Loved that you could change the lighting it could be white dimmed or coloured which made it quite romantic. Breakfast was great they catered for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free.It is right in the centre of Glasgow.
No window in the room but we knew that in advance. Not suitable for an extended stay as not a lot of space for clothing.

I was greeted upon entry and staff went over and above to help me get settled. My suitcase broke and they supplied a screwdriver to help me fix it. Made a rough start turn into a great rest of the day. I was able to leave my suitcase and go explore before check in and once back the room was cozy and just as pictured/expected. The bed was comfortable. Great location. Staff definitely made it the most wonderful experience though.

The wifi speed was fast and reliable.
First, the rooms were dirty. The linen seemed clean but there were hand prints on the walls, dirt, and what looked like splashes of drink. Second, the breakfast was not good. No one in my group ate it after the first try. It was mainly bread items and the rest had low quality flavor. Third, there were no extra pillows in the rooms and the towels were rough. Fourth, the location is in a rough neighborhood. There was a bar fight across the street and the women in my group were nervous to go out after sunset alone.

Fantastic location, great shower, staff were friendly, check in / out was seamless.
The room was a bit cold despite fiddling with the heating, there was also a summer duvet on the bed which didn’t help matters. Lighting in the room was a pain to fiddle with and as I’m visually impaired, good lighting is quite important. Coffee machine was broken when I stayed, so I had to scour Glasgow for coffee at 6am (easier said than done!). For the price though, can’t mumble; it’s a place to lay your head and grab a shower.

The room was comfortable. It was a nice comfy bed and a good shower. The staff, David, was excellent when he checked me in and answered any questions during my stay.
Breakfast was not included, it was an additional 11 pounds or 15 USD. There was no water kettle in the room or in the public area for usage. It is a very nice hotel, but there are no amenities. There’s no gym, no pool, no tea kettle, no microwave, basically it’s just a room. I never saw a housekeeping. I was there for three nights and he never came in and took out my garbage.
