Close to city centre and staff lovely with poor mobility issues ensuring peep done and process in emergency carefully explained.
Room was very plasticky, no carpet or chair, no kettle, mattress very firm. I needed twin room and should have read description but flashing multi coloured disco lights could have paid for a comfy chair and kettle in room I think. There was a metal stool but elderly mum struggled with it and was uncomfortable in/on bed. Hot drinks annd snacks could be purchased in reception annd the lovely staff offered to bring up if we googled reception phone number as poor mobility. Otherwise satisfactory. It was a bed and shower room with ok continental breakfast, no toast but gluten free muesli or cornflakes and nondairy milks so cannot complain I suppose. Not as sound proofed as some hotels. Especially around 3am

Loved everything expecially the staff, so very friendly ❤️ and LOVED the lights in the rooms!!! So much fun to be able to choose the colours
