Location was great and very modern room
Staff member tried to enter My room 5 mins after I checked in. Cleaner woke me up in the morning not knowing I had paid for a late check out then continued to make as much noise as possible!

The room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent for the city center.
I would like the room to have a kettle. But this is a minor issue

Great location, value for money and astonishing staff.
The rooms were very very tiny. Plus I believe that 11£ was a bit much for the quality and quantity of breakfast. Otherwise if someone wants a place only to sleep it's really good.

A second power point on the other side of the bed would have been handy but not the end of the world.

Staff were excellent and very helpful, we have stayed before and we both love the quirky room lighting, plus the room was clean. Location for the hotel was also great.
The tv reception was bad, bit we were out exploring most of the time. The room.was clean, but a little rough around the edges, such shelves were unsecure, some of the coatings on furniture were falling off creating sharpe edges, general wear and tear.
