Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, good location with both railway stations close by.
Not much room but was just adequate, no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The staff were superb and very helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional. Room was clean and the environment is good and easy access to the city center.

I found staff at reception very helpful. I had paid a small amount to choose my (bigger) room prior to arrival, and this was comfortable with all the facilities I needed. The location was excellent, I thought - central and within short walking distance of main stations and subway station.
It really suited me for my stay in Glasgow, so no complaints.

Great location, easy walk to the train and bus stations. Close to eateries and shopping if you need it. Super helpful staff. I didn’t take breakfast but it looked like a good spread.
The room was quite small with a twin configuration and it was bars to manage luggage. Not sure how 2 people with suitcases would do it. The bathroom was also small but functional and clean.

The Receptionist (I want to say his name was Mario) was so helpful and welcoming! Giving us recommendations on places to have a nice drink. And so helpful when we left asking if we needed any taxi booked or helped with our bags to the car !
