Very Good
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, location was perfect. Good restaurants and pubs nearby.
Hotel doesn't have any outdoor space, but it's in a densely built-up, historical area, so not surprising.

Good
I loved the location, the 24 hour staff, the modernness and of course, the party lights! I did really like the lighting overall
I hated the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and didn't close. It has like a rubber stopper seal (and not a real seal) with no catch so you can't close the door entirely, lock it or mitigate smells/sounds. It also had the loudest squeak. I don't know if the air con settings reset every time or it saves the last one used but the first night, the air conditioning was so loud I could barely sleep and thought it was really stormy outside for most of the night. The tiny ledge table in between the beds was broken - it was just slightly at an angle - so everything you put on it slid right off and it was the only option for one bed so there was nowhere to put my stuff and also no charging port for the furthest away bed. Also the mirror with the fold out desk makes no sense because when sitting there, you can't see most of your face in the mirror, otherwise would have been perfect for doing your makeup

Very Good
Nice clean and close to the station. Nice hairdryer and the staff was polite.
There were no plugs on one side of the bed and the water pressure was terrible. The breakfast was very limited and the coffee was not good.

Pleasant
What does this hotel has as an non questionable advantage is the staff. Really frinedly team of proffesionals will help you to make your stay as comfortable as they could.
Location is good, for instance we came by bus, used railway station a lot and then returned back by bus - everything in 10 minutes walk distance.
The price for such tiny room without window is a ridicuously expensive, that for sure. And freezing temperature in room where is no window is bizzare, AC couldn't heat room up even a little (we stayed in April, not in winter). On our complaint, fortunately for us, staff was able to lend us a heater.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Glasgow. The room is very minimal but not too small for me (staying one night alone). Everything was clean and I thought the room design was kind of cool despite being windowless. Good price; good breakfast buffet.
The breakfast isn’t included if you don’t book direct through Point A; this can be a little confusing because when you check in they just tell you where to get breakfast in the morning as if you’re already signed up for it. However, you can pay the £11 breakfast charge in the breakfast room if you haven’t already signed up.

Good
Point A is usually good value and often has the best deal for central Glasgow (unless Glasgow is having a crazy hotel price week - which can be quite often!) The location is excellent.
The rooms are starting to show a bit of wear and tear. This is mostly due to the shelves and wall panels delaminating.

Loved that you could change the lighting it could be white dimmed or coloured which made it quite romantic. Breakfast was great they catered for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free.It is right in the centre of Glasgow.
No window in the room but we knew that in advance. Not suitable for an extended stay as not a lot of space for clothing.

I was greeted upon entry and staff went over and above to help me get settled. My suitcase broke and they supplied a screwdriver to help me fix it. Made a rough start turn into a great rest of the day. I was able to leave my suitcase and go explore before check in and once back the room was cozy and just as pictured/expected. The bed was comfortable. Great location. Staff definitely made it the most wonderful experience though.
