Comfortable room/bed, easy to access, central for a city break, keyed security to hallways and rooms. Fabulous staff, especially the breakfast staff, super friendly and helpful.
I thought I wouldn’t like not having a window, but it was fine and most of my time was out and about anyway.

The staff were lovely and the location was great. The room also looked nice and the lighting was uniqe and fun.
Even though the room looked nice, it was very small... to the point you dont even get a kettle. The bed was two sinle beds pushed together with a double matress on top. The matress was FAR too soft and pillows were tough. This and the fact the AC didnt cool the room down led to two nights with absolutley no sleep for me and my wife. There were no hand towels in the bathroom either.

The lady staff was amazing and could arrange for us early check-in and gave proper directions. The room has superb lightning experience.

I had two rooms. Both were cold, in one the heating didn't work at all and in the other it barely worked.I got a portable electric fan for one. In one room the sink is clogged and the door handle is broken, in another the safe is broken.
The walls are dirty, they could use some painting.I've stayed in several hotels in Glasgow and this one was the worst.
The advertisement said there would be a kettle in the rooms, but there wasn't one. That's one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
