Good location and very clean room.
Room was tiny, and as there was no window, felt quite claustrophobic. Not a fan of the coloured disco lights - would have preferred some brighter white lights - and it would have been nice to have a kettle, bottle of water, spare pillow, etc. Overpriced for a basic, budget room.

Didn't have breakfast. Receptionist extremely pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean and well organised. Location ideal for our city centre event.
A little kettle and basically hospitality tray would have made the room perfect.

Bed was comfortable, room was stylish and equipped with all the things you could need. Close to both stations. Mood lighting is great.
Getting woken from 4am to 5am with McDonald's delivery in the back alley way next to our room. Mentioned to staff for next time to move us to the front of the hotel.

Self check in and self check out - flawless. Quick and easy.
Location was great, very central.
On arrival and because of the heavy rain I needed to use the hairdryer in the room but couldn't for any length of time as it sounded like it could take off from Glasgow Airport runway, definitely needs replaced.
Had an awful night sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable, only one pillow to sleep on so couldn't choose the most comfortable one to use as per most hotels, and the duvet was so small it just about covered the bed so husband and I fought most of the night for it.
Room was too small to be able to use the drop down shelves properly without taking our items off and moving around them.
Fire/smoke alarm went off briefly at 1am (neither of us smoke or vape).

Location centre of Glasgow easy/quick check in staff friendly..room a pod but well equipped comfy bed decent size tv plenty of hangers for clothes decent size bathroom..good price for city centre..would stay again
No tea making facilities in room..weird mood lighting set up in room ..in the morning no hot water so had to have a cold shower..advised staff on checkout who said whole hotel was without hot water so obviously a major problem occurred which was out of there control

Comfy, clean and modern room. It's also functional with tables and chairs that can be tucked away for more space. The breakfast room could be used until late for working on your laptop which was convenient for me when I couldn't find space in coffee shops to work. The staff was polite and helpful and bag drop helped with my day. There's no kettle/tea/coffee in the room but you can get them downstairs for an affordable price (~£2 for a latte).
Would be good if they provided water for the guests in their room.
