Very clean hotel at a good location in a walking distance from the bus and train station.
The breakfast goold be much better as does not represents the normal English breakfast. Very small room.

Great location, street mall just around the corner, bus and train stations are also not too far. Easy check in/out.
There are steps in Level 1 where you had to lift your luggages. The room is small for a double bed size with minimal gap between the walls and the bed.

Breakfast was nice
Didn’t like how the cleaners never came in to empty the bins. They had a sign about changing towels on day 3 but I was only there 3 days and the bin was never changed. I had a take away in it from the first night so the room was a bit smelly as the bin wasn’t emptied. Corridor floors, sounded like people had cement blocks on their feet walking up and down the corridors. I had a room looking into an alley and woken at 4.15am with 2 men working in the alley shouting laughing and moving metal around for over an hour and a half. Hotel was ok but wouldn’t go back

How handy it was to town etc
The staff , very unprofessional, very rude , particularly Caitlyn & Micheal , was wrongly accused of smoking in my room and when I left they tried to take £100 from my bank then again then took £50!
Was woken at 5am with CO2 alarm goin off 3 times, got a late check out but left with no electricity from 5am till check out for it

Great location, comfy room and shower was fab, the staff were lovely - especially Fraser who made it easy to store our bags between checking out and getting our train and recommended somewhere for breakfast!
