Wifi and AC worked well. Bed comfy. Shower pressure good. Great central location, 7 min away on foot from coach bus station. Quiet despite central location.

Rooms a small but very efficient. Breakfast was very good and would used the common area to socialize. We walked to Buchanan Street and walked to Enterprise to pick up van.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were great.
That a room with a window costs extra, and then that window is not sound proof at all, could hear everything outside. We also didn’t love how small the rooms are and the bathroom door. The lack of close parking was also not great. We weren’t impressed that only one pillow was provided for each of us but we weren’t impressed able to get a second one each. I also didn’t love that the rooms didn’t have phones to reach the front desk.

Access to the breakfast area all day - for reading, quiet space. Kindness of staff - and helpfulness. Proximity to pedestrian mall and also to bus station.
I am not used to "open" closets and desks that fold down - and folding chairs with no padding. It is definitely designed for people a lot younger than me! And I still liked it.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent!
The rooms are super tiny with a lack of convenient outlets for charging. A kettle in the room would be an added bonus but in fairness I’m not sure where they could put it.

We left our passports in the safe and forgot to get them when checking out.
A few hours later we noticed that and tried to contact this hotel. They did not respond to us for hours despite repeated phone calls and email. We informed them about the situation while being on a tour in the highlands. They said they will look immediately but did not reply back for more than 24 hours and us calling and emailing repeatedly again. They eventually told us that housekeeping did not report finding anything in the safe and someone had a quick look and didn’t see anything. They had no interest in following up further. We know we put our passports in the safe and did not remove them which means someone with access to the safe must have. Now we have to change our entire trip and go through an emergency lost passport process costing thousands of dollars. We know it was our initial mistake forgetting the passports, but given that they were in a hotel safe it should have been a very easy fix of contacting the hotel and arranging to pick them up. This hotel made it as difficult as possible and won’t account for items missing from one of their safes.

Great location, Close to train and bus station, lots of great food options nearby, all within walking distance. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast option.
