The ledge between the beds was not stable so coffee cup fell off when put on it.

Great location. Simple rooms, on the small size but fine for a short stay.
Would have liked another pillow, and a hand towel as well as the one shower towel. Would have liked conditioner. No fan in bathroom so towels didn't dry. Doors slamming of neighbouring rooms quite loud. One side of the bed had no shelf, bedside table or socket

Very central to everything. Lovely and clean, very comfortable beds! Staff were always lovely and friendly and very welcoming.
Only thing missing was a kettle to make a good cup of tea!

Handy location as short walk from Central Station & city centre. Very friendly & helpful staff - Mikey on reception was happy to chat. Breakfast choices were great with tasty pastries, both sweet & savoury. Bedroom was compact but with everything you needed for a few nights Bathroom was clean with a good shower but extremely small space.
Only given bath towels & would have liked hand towels as well. Our room on 1st floor faced a busy road & there was a lot of noise from passers-by & also of bottles being emptied into the dustbins so didn't get much sleep on the first night.

Great location, close to a council car park which is very reasonable if you’re driving. Place was spotless. Rooms are small but has everything you need.
Got a bit noisy outside when people were singing on the way home through the night.

The property, room included, were adequate. Had everything been running properly, this hotel could had been a great choice.
The bread for the included breakfast was delicious!
Too many little things did not work properly. Perhaps some of them were unimportant but all together diminished the quality of my stay at Point A.
Some examples:
1. The toilet would run out of water at the most inconvenient times and a hotel staff member would have to go fix the problem.
2. The pumps of the soap dispensers did not work properly. A small detail but very important when it comes to my stay in one of the most expensive hotels i’ve ever stayed at.
3. Mechanical problems with the refrigerators during breakfast that limit their capacity for a pleasant breakfast experience also contributed to my writing a less than stellar review of this hotel.
4. Once again, this hotel was extremely expensive for what I got in return.
5. This hotel IS actually a good choice, but NOT at those prices.

Staff are always so nice here, I've stayed a few times and they are all really welcoming and friendly.
Overall the rooms are usually really clean and comfortable but on this occasion the room wasn't as well cleaned as usual. There were some cleaning staff on the floor when I checked in and because I understood the language they were speaking I thought it was a little inappropriate they were swearing so much in the public areas

The room was very economical, a little cozy for two people, but adequate for a short stay. The space is not far from train or bus stations and makes a good location for a short visit to Glasgow.
Room was extremely small, bathroom was a bit challenging to use because of it's tight spaces.
