Although the property was generally clean, the room itself was quite small and lacked any windows to the outside. This made the space feel closed in and not as advertised. It would be helpful if the listing described this more clearly

Small, modern clean room, with small bathroom with excellent shower. Good location for centre of Glasgow.
No kettle for tea or coffee in the room.

The location was very central and easy to find, and check-in was quick and straightforward
Staff seemed somewhat indifferent, and asking questions during check-in or about luggage storage often felt like an inconvenience. While some team members were very friendly, the overall reception experience lacked consistency.
The room and en-suite felt tired and worn. The cleanliness wasn’t great the plug holes were dirty, and the corners of the shower unit needed attention. The water pressure was poor, and there appeared to be a drainage system near room 111 that would activate for a few seconds throughout the night.
Several items in the room were broken, including the safe door, bathroom hooks, and one of the decorative wall bowls. It also felt a bit unreasonable that room cleaning with fresh sheets and towels was only offered on the third day of the stay, especially since there was nowhere to hang towels to dry.

great central location! warm and comfy despite its small size
outside the room was very noisy - perhaps just our room location but lots of noises from machinery/vents/pipes or something and a very loud corridor with staff coming and going from very early on
