Location was great.
Lack of tv channels and the limited ones that where there didn’t work and were out of signal.
Room heating was terrible, the room was cold all night!

The rooms were clean! Facilities were great and staff were good! Bed was a little uncomfortable and room was small as no window but overall would stay again

The room had some nice features and the amenities (like the dining area and coffee station) were quite nice. It was also in a great location, less than a two minute walk from Buchanan Street.
The room wasn't as clean as it looked. I spilled some water on the floor and used a white towel to dry it, the towel was visibly dirty after wiping the floor. The bed was comfy but you only get one pillow per person, so I didn't sleep very well. The rooms are also very small.

Good location (short walk from shops/Queen Street station), friendly staff, clean and good temperature in the room in late November. Easy check in/check out. Safe. My room did not have a window which was fine and it of course meant there was no noise from the street. Cool lights that you can dim/change color of. Big TV.
Bed was a bit too soft but that is personal preference. Ventilation was a bit loud.

Bed was uncomfortable
I stayed 3 nights. They didn't do up the room once in the 3 days. Toiletries soap and toilet paper was not replenished.
Bookings .com said breakfast was included.
The hotel said no . Breakfast is an extra £11.00

The AC unit was either blowing out freezing or absolutely roasting hot, I barely slept as had to keep getting up trying to get an even temperature in the room.
The bed was very short, I'm only 5'7 and my feet were hanging off the end.
The room was dusty and tatty in places.
