Tiny room, no hanging space, not cosy, felt like a claustrophobic ferry cabin. No dove to hang clothes or towels or stow things, awful lighting. Had to pay for coffee and tea, none in room. Heard a screaming match in middle of night. Will never go back.

Lively area with a lot of restaurants, cafés and pubs. Only 8-10 minute walk to central station. I really liked the coloured and dimmed light options.
We heard our neighbours slamming their doors constantly.
The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't "normal" on the toilet.
Not enough shelfs/tables/places to put stuff. We got 4 hangers but only 4 places to hang them plus our jackets...

Ideally located between Glasgow Central and Queens Street stations for using train. Good value clean hotel

One of the staff were nice
Rude staff upon entrance, sweat build up on tv remote, soaps didn't smell nice, constant fan was far too loud, tv had poor speakers and picture, button noises were too loud in the room and on the lift, liquid marks on the chair. The fan really is far too loud to have a good night's sleep and once you're sleep deprived it ruins the visit. There's no way to turn it down or off, just a constant loud noise in the room like a vacuum cleaner.
I could forgive everything else if they just turned down that fan 50-75% in volume.
