The hotel is really well located, the staff is super friendly, breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Honestly, it was a short but perfect stay, and I'll remember the Address next time I'll be in Glasgow.

Nice welcome by front of house.
Loved the bed. Clean room & bathroom.
All the facilities that you would expect from this hotel.
Staff friendly, especially the bar staff whom shown interested in conversation and being helpful with directions and what you can do and see and experience in Glasgow. Thank you!

Just a small niggle - I had to ask for the room coffee facilities to be replenish at reception. I would have thought this would have been checked whilst cleaning the room.

Great Location just a couple if minutes walk from Queen Street Train Station - Nice spacious / very clean and modern room and a nice ample breakfast being served with friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Also very close to everything you need in coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops for a weekend away.
Nothing to dislike - although did find it strange to have 2 drinking water glasses in the room and no bottle of water to go with them

Location is excellent. Room had everything I needed. Friendly and helpcul staff.
Breakfast was poor. Coffee was awful. Coming down one morning at 9.30am (when you serve breakfast until 10.00am there was very little left of the hot items, no bread or marmalade/jams. These were only re-filled as we pointed each out to your staff. I shouldn't have to do this. On our final day we decided to eat at a local cafe "Tuscany" where the breafast quality far exceeded your offeting.

Location is excellent and very central, lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful.
The room was very chilly - with the air con restricted to a max of 19 degrees but it felt much cooler. Shame because otherwise a nice clean bright room.
