Room size was great, and very clean
We booked the wellness suite, and was very excited to use the cold plunge alongside the sauna. but unfortunately both times we had booked it was closed for maintenance. and we were not informed before hand.

Very large comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom.
Asked for room clean,only 1 set of towels left for 2 people. Breakfast only ok. Lift not cleaned....looks like takeaway curry spilled.. not cleaned.

The bed was super comfy.
The spa. Couldnt get in to it then had to go down to front desk to ask for another key in my swimwear. Once in was rather disappointed. Not enough seating for four people. Sticky mess in steam room seating. Cold plunge railings to get in and out wobbly. Thought there would be more than those two things considering the amount having to pay. Got there late and also had to leave early as not enough seating for everyone inside.

The breakfast was adequate,choices were limited but enough for what we needed.The location is good for exploring the city and accessing public transport and places to eat,shop etc.
There was a constant drone either from the hotel or the office block next door,the room was cold and the temperature could not be increased.The curtains had to be kept closed due to being overlooked by an office block.
On day 2 we returned to find our room door open and the room not cleaned,we informed reception who were very apologetic but no further explanation was given,fortunately we had not left any valuables in the room.A complimentary drink at least would have shown that customer care was important.

Central location to all the places we wanted to see. Walking distance to all the shops. Loved the breakfast and excess to the sauna.
No excess to the lift from reception. Had to carry our suitcases up the stairs before getting to the lift.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, and in a buffet style, and with helpful staff on hand.
Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The wash basin was getting blocked and didn't flow away, however, after reporting the issue the staff were keen to get the problem sorted out.
There was a lift, but you had to do some stairs first before reaching the lift. Not so good for people with mobility problems.

Good coffee. We were surprised that porridge was not on the buffet’s table.
The entry to the hotel is thru a pub. There were several sets of stairs that needed to be negotiated, which was challenging with luggage, even with wheeled bags. We had to ask for a small fridge twice as the first time the message did not get relayed to housekeeper.
