Very Good
The hotel was quiet and pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for sightseeing, dining and access to transport. The bar was nice and the bedroom was comfortable.
Breakfast was good but options were limited and staff seemed to be too busy.

Loved the location nice and central and nice little bar restaurant attached with some lovely cocktails to try.
For the price paid for one night the room wasn’t up to much , was very small! Also loved the thought of the spa all to ourselves for an hour but unfortunately there was no availability for the spa during our stay which was disappointing.

Breakfast, location - close to town center and train stations, room was clean, comfortable and quiet, general manager very helpful and personable. Spa but we did not use it.
Elevator does not reach lobby level you still have steps to contend with if you have luggage. Apparently there is a maintenance elevator but you have to ask for it. Bar area can get rowdy. Quirky doors.

Rooms didn't have stair-free access which made it difficult with large bags. The rooms were noisy from the busy location and the cleaning was insufficient. The facilities were okay but dated.

The location was good. The bus stop was a short walk away if you didn't want to get stung at taxi prices. There are lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The staff were friendly at all times. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was warm, and the gym facilities were decent. I would stay here again.
The breakfast options were limited but decent for a few nights' stay. I couldn't get to use the spa facilities as they were fully booked.

Breakfast was quite limited for a hotel buffet. Few veggie options in the cooked breakfast - e.g. no mushrooms, tomatoes, veggie sausages etc. Four basic cereals. Basic bread - brown or white sliced only. Ok for one night but bit limited for three night stay. Inexpensive improvements on these elements would significantly improve the range.

Great location, nicely designed. Very clean. Nice staff.
Disappointed that a request, which had been accepted, for adjoining rooms, was not actioned and our family was split up, 3 floors apart. And, the water at night was warm, not hot, for a bath. The hotel is a little higgledy, piggeldy which was both really interesting but also a little annoying! I think there might only have been 1 lift which was never an issue when we stayed, but might be on occassion.

Excellent Location. Kind and very courteous staff.
The rooms didn’t project the online description.
The showers were clogged from the first 2 mins using it. It flooded and the hotel attempted to fix it the second day. When used again; it flooded once more.
The breakfast needs more food selection.

Room was very dark. When checking out there was some confusion and no one seemed to know what was going on. When checking in, our room was ready but it was before 3pm so if we wanted to check in early we had to pay an extra fee.
