Very clean, lovely down the stairs area, cocktails were tasty
Our room was absolutely freezing, we could not turn the heating up. Stayed up most of the night because wasn’t comfortable with the room temperature, completed to the staff but they didn’t say much apart form it was capped and you have to mention it to uncapped with isn’t helpful

Location was great
It was noisy even when I asked for a quiet room however I’ve experience this at every hotel I’ve stayed at in Glasgow city centre.
Not an issue if you’re there to party but exhausting if you’re staying for work
The lifts don’t go to the reception so you need to carry your cases up the stairs

Good sized room which was clean with a good bathroom. Nice bar, good breakfast area, great location within walking distance of everything you could want.

The room was great very comfertible
The staff upon entry wasn't very helpful I had to come back down stairs twice due to not connecting the room. Keys properly didn't advise us how to get upstairs. I was advised the health suite was 45 min slots nwe couldn't get in due to. The amount of people in there
