Great central location, smart and stylish
There were a couple of short flights of stairs to get to the lift which wasnt good as our bags were heavy. No offer of assistance either.

Staff were welcoming staff friendly hotel was in an Ideal location approx 5 minutes walk from Glasgow Central Station. Room was clean and tidy plenty of towels comfortable bed.
Excellent Breakfast.

Location and facilities.
The room was small for two guests. It was not value for money..Not good for long stays , the same breakfast was served all five days..Limited vegetarian dishes were there. Overall not fully satisfied with what I paid to the property..

The bed was way too hard, the shower barely had any water running.
The coffee at breakfast was almost undrinkable.
Very surprised that there was no cooler in the room, was in a club king room and it was like a windowless storage room

Staff were all very helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Very central location.
Good selection of food at breakfast.
In our first room the heating wasn't working and some building work started early in the morning.
We were moved to another room.

Great location in the Center.
Staff all very pleasant, big shout out to Karla, really looked after us as did the other bar staff. Evening menu was really delicious as were the puddings.
Breakfast was ok, the breakfast didn’t look like the advert on your electronic advertising boards around the hotel!! Would have been nice to have fresh warm pastries instead of cold dry ones.
