Room was very nice and clean
Paid for an upgraded room and advertised as complimentary spa main reason for the upgrade and was told at the front desk that I couldn’t get as it was fully booked but still had to pay the full price I paid

was overpriced for the twin room but it was valentines weekend, and have noticed the room rates lower since. a fairly compact room. shower room nice, shower was fine.

Booked this hotel for the spa and when you arrived we were told there was no extra booking for the spa. Also the hotel was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again.
