Location and cleanliness. Both excellent.
Cameras in the sauna. Staff didn’t really explain anything on check in - breakfast / facilities etc.

Slightly overpriced and the spa facilities are not worth the extra money. As when we was there there was 7 people sharing a tiny room

The location is great! Close to both stations, restaurants & bars.
The bathroom was dirty & had some sort of crusty fluid on the walls which I was able to remove some off when having a closer look. The upgrade is 100% not worth the money, I’ve stayed in much better rooms for a lot less in Glasgow. The shower and toilet backed up in the morning and flooded the bathroom. I was unable to get a shower and didn’t get so much as an apology when advising reception staff only that it would be reported. Wellbeing room looked nothing like pictures there’s was no chaise lounge at the end of the bed, it was a normal room with an upgraded but very dirty bathroom.

The room was lovely and super stylish, tall ceilings and great views. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were brilliant. I loved the lighting and the bathroom was super clean and fresh, with nice hand soaps and shower gel etc provided. The tv in the room had easy access to all streaming platforms, as well as Spotify and YouTube for music. The rooms were so quiet, you would have thought we were the only guests! We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food, but next time we stay we will definitely be making the most of the restaurant and room service menu! The staff were lovely also, the girl at check in particularly was very sweet and professional.
I didn’t know we could access a wellness suite in advance of my stay, so we didn’t bring anything suitable to wear which meant we didn’t get to use it. It would have been great if they had items for sale at the suite which you could buy in order to use it. But I’ll remember it for next time!

Modern chic, relaxing environment..
For breakfast.Not a lot of choice. Especially the vegetarian options. Environment felt understaffed. My room choice was good. Only exception was I was given the accessible as that was the only room left. When you book in advance you should be given a choice,but understood that was a legal requirement.
