This hotel has great value. It's like right in the center of stuff, and the room was really nice and clean. The concierge was friendly and let us check in early (even earlier than the 1pm early checkin that I purchased). They helped switch us from a two-twin-bed room to a single queen-bed room. And the breakfast buffet was tasty.
The hotel was also conveniently close to the Sixt car rental agency where we booked a car from the next day so that was easy to get to.
No major flaws, but perhaps a few small things to note:
- There's a few small sets of stairs between the lobby and the elevator
- The room is indeed quiet, we didn't hear neighbors or most street noise. But for maybe an hour or two in the evening (fortunately before we went to bed) there was a very loud street party with what sounded like a DJ. This might just be Glasgow party culture, but that one we could hear.

Wonderful
A beautifully crafted boutique hotel in the centre of Glasgow. We loved the art deco feel but with all mod cons. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. We are going back again soon!
Rooms were a tad on the small side but the high ceilings made them feel expansive.

Overall, we liked The Address Glasgow. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of most places.
After upgrading to a Club Room, the room was spacious and comfortable, with windows on two sides, a coffee machine, and SPA access included.
The gym is small but well equipped and has everything needed for a proper workout. Breakfast was perfectly fine and typical for a UK hotel, with the pleasant surprise of having fresh vegetables available, which is not particularly common at British hotel breakfasts.
The standard room we were initially given was extremely small, with a tiny high-level window facing an internal lightwell. We were also surprised to learn that SPA access for standard rooms costs an additional £15 per person, something we did not see clearly stated on Booking.com.
For the same £30 total, we upgraded to a much better Club Room with SPA access included. However, we had to discover this option ourselves — the receptionist did not suggest it.
The main issue is staff service. At around 10:30 pm, I tried to order a cocktail at the hotel bar. The bartender refused because he had already cleaned the equipment and did not want to wash the shaker again, even though the bar was still open for another 30 minutes.
For a hotel of this level, this is not acceptable. The hotel itself is good, but management should definitely pay more attention to staff training and service standards.
One minor point: the gym has a water dispenser but no cups, even disposable ones.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very large, comfortable room, good breakfast
The stairs from the reception desk to the elevator are difficult to access, but that's probably due to the building's structure. It's a shame, as it's the only drawback, albeit one that makes the stay difficult.
