Lovely staff, location and room. I had to leave too early to try the breakfast but the reception guy did offer to make up a bagged breakfast for me - which was kind.

The hotel has a lift bt before getting to the lift there are some stairs so if your luggage is heavy, is not ideal

We were checked in to a room we didn’t ask for, with no windows. Sold as a big room with a lovely bath, it was the most basic bath and bathroom set up and the room felt claustrophobic with no windows. The noise from the bar outside meant I didn’t sleep until around 4am. Overall it was just very disappointing for a £350 a night stay.
