Great location and rooms were comfy and clean. Staff were super friendly
Lots of noise from the ally outside our room, due to emptying of glass bottles and refuge etc. room windows need better sound proofing

It is very well located. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Great coffee. The front desk staff, particularly Leann, were very very nice and attentive.
There is no lift to the lift so I would not recommend if you have a lot of suitcases or people with mobility issues. The whole hotel is nice except for the lift access area which is dated and quite ugly. We also happened to get there when there were a lot of people so the bar area was a bit loud.

Fantastic location. Easy to get around
Someone’s old dock left in the cupboard. Both pairs of complimentary slippers had someone’s hair all over them.

The location was great. Had good bars around the area. Very clean, staff were lovely.
This is just being fussy, but the bed was a little hard and so were the pillows.

Breakfast, location - close to town center and train stations, room was clean, comfortable and quiet, general manager very helpful and personable. Spa but we did not use it.
Elevator does not reach lobby level you still have steps to contend with if you have luggage. Apparently there is a maintenance elevator but you have to ask for it. Bar area can get rowdy. Quirky doors.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The spa was a great way to wind down. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Stylish, comfortable room.
Breakfast service wasn't good, had to wait at least 15 minutes for hot food to be replenished. Several things had run out. Other items which had run out like yoghurt and fruit also took considerable time to be restocked. Once it came the food was good.
