Hotel was nicely decorated and location was excellent
My only negative is that I was under the impression that access to the wellness suite/spa was exclusive for the slot that you booked. However, this was not the case and at one point there were 8 of us in there, which isn’t great considering there are only 3 loungers and 1 plunge pool

The staff are very helpful and friendly .
For the price the room felt small, a small crack in the sink which the staff were aware of. The positive attitude of the staff certainly outweigh a couple of minor points

Clean, extremely convenient for Airport bus, Red bus, bus to Parkhead and for shopping and restaurants.

We had a big room with nice seating area.
Windows were too high to sea anything outside, thus, no view even though we were on the top floor. Should be mentioned in the room description.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location for all my needs and walking distance to the train station when I was heading home. The Spa was a nice bonus. The black out curtains were superb, actually black out and fitted correctly.
I can't stress this enough, 2 single beds pushed together does not make a double or king size bed. It's just 2 single beds pushed together with a wafer thin sheet on top. You can't sleep in the middle, as it has a big old crack. So you should charge accordingly.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to 2 train stations and also to the bus station, as well as restaurants and stores. The breakfast was very good, too. But perhaps the best part of the hotel is the people who work there. They were friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to make you feel like a valued guest.
It is right in the city, so you do get some noisy cars at night once in a while.

The room itself was nice, the hotel is very modern, decorated well, feels very luxurious. It’s close to the station and to bars and places to eat. The price was ok
There is a spa on site, we didn’t realise you had to pay extra for it. Still, no problem. We were only staying one night checking in and 3 and out at 11. We were told the spa is only available while you stay. I’ve never stayed at a place where you can’t use the spa before check in or after check out especially considering you are paying. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel so we were pretty disappointed. .

Central location, Room.
Breakfast was fine, with cooked items, but not very varied. The reception staff were relatively slow in responding to guest requests. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 12:30 PM), I was informed by the reception staff that the reserved room was ready but could not be accessed until after 3:00 PM. However, for an additional £30, access to the room could be arranged immediately upon arrival!

Disappointing
The location was very convenient and central. It was easy to get around by bus and tram, which made our stay much easier. The staff were also generally helpful.
There are several sets of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be quite inconvenient when carrying luggage. The hotel was also quite cold during our stay. In addition, there was a lot of noise from the corridor as well as from the pubs across the street. The towels were not changed regularly, and when we asked for fresh ones, some of them arrived with stains. Basic amenities such as toothpaste were not provided in the room and had to be requested from reception. Breakfast was standard, but the menu was exactly the same every day.
