Good
The location is perfect for city centre. Close to shops and many great restaurants. Decor inside was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Room rate was better than others. Would stay again.
We parked in the Q-park but couldn't get the discount code in time. Website says code is given in booking confirmation but it wasn't. Phoned the hotel 6 to 8 times trying to speak to someone for 90 mins but gave up. Paid full price £28 instead of the 50% off that we should have got. Only one person running reception, said she was too busy to answer the phone. More staff needed. One other note was there appeared to be dried blood on the side of our bathroom sink which must not have been cleaned from the night before. I cleaned it as we were running late for a meal reservation.

Wonderful
Really friendly at reception, in fact all staff were friendly Great location, close to the station, may bars and restaurants.
Modern bathroom.
Really nitpicking but it would have been nice to have boiled eggs at breakfast and maybe some bread rolls rather than just bread slices.

Wonderful
The whole vibe was nice ...very clean ..great location...bit pricey but that was due to the metallica concert we were down for and it being start of summer season...which was to be expected
Only thing we didnt like was the bed ...mattress was comfy but it was a 2 part bed joined togetehr which me and the husband kept falling in between during the night...

Very central to everything - very modern decor
1 of the 2 rooms wasn't ready, I found the rooms a bit dark

Location
Felt like we were ripped off. We just got a box room without a proper window. Ok they used dynamic pricing because of the Metallica concert but £350 for the one night for a room as bad as this was a joke.

Wonderful
The location of the property is brilliant. Perfect for exploring the city.
The staff are super friendly & helpful.
The beds are incredibly comfy and the room was spacious and designed well. The bathroom feels luxurious.
The air conditioning did absolutely nothing. Could hear it running but no cold air circulated the room. Was a shame because the bed is so comfy, kept waking in the night because it was so hot

Wonderful
Everything was good. Central location, close to Railway station, the next day we had to fly out. So bus station to airport was couple of blocks away too.
We had heavy luggage and ther was no direct access to elevators.

Wonderful
The room felt spacious - the pictures is relatively representable. Personnel was kind and helping, and very quick at solving minor inconveniences. Even though we only asked for the towels to be changed, the room was also tidied up, which was nice.
The general cleanliness of the room was nice, but small things like the bed-lamps and under the bed could have been better. There was no mini-fridge in the room for cooling personal beverages.

Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in town, close enough to all the amenities you may require. The bus station is also close by so the commute was very easy. The breakfast area is gorgeous and the selection is good, can't complain.
