Sadly due to the restaurant not being on the same floor as reception and me being disabled I never made breakfast but I was very kindly brought a pot of Earl Grey tea by the receptionist .
Stairs to get to the lift . Not suited for wheelchair users , however staff will take you round to the disabled access .

Great location, clean, comfortable beds.
Very small room without a fridge.
Although a good variety for breakfast, the hot food was tepid and the bacon was not good quality.

Hotel is in a great location. Stayed in a twin room that had lots of space with robes and slippers provided. Staff in reception and bar area were very friendly and welcoming
Only negative was the fact that we were woken before nine in the morning with banging noise from upstairs. Sounded as though repair work was being carried out directly above us

Staff at reception were excellent- Kelly was superb and handled our check in superbly well - very welcoming and a great start to our stay. The room was well laid out and large and nice and quiet. Enjoyed our stay if only for 1 night
No shower cap in room
Breakfast was a bit messy as no sausages and bacon for 10 mins and then when they arrived no hash browns - food was good but it needs to be kept filled Staff were friendly and helpful
