Parts of it were very luxurious and comfortable. The spa was very nice.
The first room we were given, despite being one of the premium rooms, was cell like with a small window facing a wall covered in heating units. The pipes rattled in the wall and the aircon was very loud. It reminded me of cheap breezeblock hotels in Thailand! The changing room for the sauna was essentially a cupboard along the hallway.

The staff was helpful and gave us good recommendations for where to go for drinks. The bartender was a lot of fun. The breakfast dining room was very cheerful and filled with light.
The room was a decent size but the wardrobe was not as efficient as it could have been. The safe and the ironing board were in the way. We could've used more hangers.
