Exceptional
The location, staff, decor, room and spa were all wonderful. I also enjoyed having the bar and space to lounge after a long day of exploring. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept very well. I loved being able to use the fitness facilities and having access to the spa. I booked a Club level room and will always do that or more to access the spa. Loved my stay and felt well-cared for by every staff member I encountered.

Very Good
Good location in the center of town only a few blocks away from Central Station and about ten minutes walk to Queens station. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room we had was oddly shaped, and that made it a bit awkward. There was no lighting over the desk, which also was a bit awkward.

Breakfast pretty average but the whole place is ridiculously priced for what it is

Very Good
The hotel looked new and very clean, staff was always available at reception
The hotel has a lift bt before getting to the lift there are some stairs so if your luggage is heavy, is not ideal

Very Good
Good central location. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Smallest bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel. 2 people could not enter at the same time. Stairs to get to the lifts and then more stairs to get to some of the rooms so definitely not accessible for everyone. There was only one person working at the desk so calls to reception often went unanswered.

It had a very welcoming staff and Christopher the bartender that was just amazing!! The location was very good and very close to the the city and the attractions
It had an abstract multilayer layout and was not convenient for handicap

Nothing in particular. Years ago I stayed at The Address in Dubai and it was luxurious. I wouldn’t say the same for The Address Glasgow. Rooms were smaller, and the area was noisy at night. Sunday night was quiet by midnight and that was nice.
It’s a bit too noisy at night especially Friday and Saturday nights.
Why do guests have to pay an extra fee or upgrade to use the sauna? Found this ridiculous. In my experience of hotels with sauna, guests never have to pay extra fee to use the sauna.

Wonderful
The room felt spacious - the pictures is relatively representable. Personnel was kind and helping, and very quick at solving minor inconveniences. Even though we only asked for the towels to be changed, the room was also tidied up, which was nice.
The general cleanliness of the room was nice, but small things like the bed-lamps and under the bed could have been better. There was no mini-fridge in the room for cooling personal beverages.

Wonderful
Our original room did not have a window (that we could see out of) and it had an ajoined room that was not sound-proofed. It sounded like our neighbours were in our room.
We asked the front desk for a new room and they immediately switched us to a beautiful private room with huge windows. We had a lovely stay in this new room!

Great location - helpful staff - nice breakfast
