Good
Like where it was situated, close to everything. Bed was comfortable and very clean
Room was very small, not like the pictures I had seen, I had booked the club king room and the pictures and videos I had seen on YouTube/google and booking.com where not the room I got, I paid nearly £400 and it felt like a standard room ? We didn’t have the chair at the bottom of the bed and you can see in the photos advertised there was a lot of space, the room we had I don’t think was a club king room? But still lovely, don’t think I’d book again though.

Pleasant
Front desk staff were lovely at check in and departure. Room was a good size.
We booked a twin room and paid extra to use the Wellness Suite. There are three beds and a sauna in there…. There were 6 of us in there at one time. Three separate groups. Really uncomfortable as there are there people at any time that absolutely have to be in the hot sauna as there’s no where else to sit. We were only in for 25 mins as just not a relaxing experience. Complained about it at checkout, as we’d specifically booked for the use of those facilities to relax, and they said the manager would contact me - a week later and I’ve heard nothing. Very poor.
Breakfast was also very poor. The room we were sat in was freezing cold from high aircon. The food was lukewarm at best. I can’t eat dairy and there was almost nothing I could eat - coffee was out of a machine so couldn’t have a latte, just had to get an espresso and add cold oat milk. There was no flora, just butter. I asked if they could make me a fried or scrambled egg as only scrambled eggs which have milk added on offer. They came back and said no they couldn’t. So had a slice of dry toast and a bit of bacon with a cold coffee. My friend isn’t dairy free and they thought it was pretty terrible too. Could have gotten a better breakfast from Greggs for a quarter of the price.
The room was a twin but the beds were pushed right up against each other and the side tables meant you couldn’t move them - ok for me as with a long term friend but if you’d booked it for work or with someone you didn’t know well …you’d basically have been in the same bed at them. Also the toiletries smelled like germaline which was very strange - felt like I was washing in antiseptic.

Very good location.
Sink in the room did not drain correctly, which should have been obvious to the room cleaners.
Why do hotels not serve whole milk?

Very Good
It was clean and comfortable and great access to the city centre and metro.
The stairs and multiple fire doors made it difficult to manage large bags. The lift isn't available from reception.
