The location, the spacious rooms, the decoration.
I did not appreciate the breakfast and the breakfast service. There is not much choice in anything, sincerely big disappointment. Breakfast starts at 0700 and being there at that time the scrambled eggs were dry like if they were cooked 3 hr earlier. Minimum display of food and waitresses intended to clear your table quick. Didn’t appreciate it at all. Also the cleaners do not vacuum clean the room daily ,bathroom floor ,nor the hall of the hotel and they do not replenish the complimentary coffee/tea station .

Loved the location all front of house staff were lovely
Sadly the cleanliness of our room was not the standard of a 4* hotel beds had been made bins had been emptied our tea tray had not be cleaned and neither had the bathroom these are basic tasks !!!
Did report this to reception, and received an apology.
The lighting in the bedroom we felt was very dull and also felt for the price breakfast was limited

Staff were extremely courteous,helpful and polite, particularly Marcello who even brought our luggage to the room .

Decor is stunning throughout. Restaurants and bar areas are well thought through, nice compact gym with all the equipment I would need. Wellness room is a really nice touch too.

I stayed here for an over night the breakfast was excellent had loads to choose from stevie was so welcoming great guy ,over all I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice clean hotel the address is the one to book x

Clean, within walking distance from all central attractions. Comfortable rooms and amenities, star wifi.
Gym Facility could have been more equipped. Coffee capsules were not re-stocked after the first day.
