Great location, good breakfast, lots of choice
We moved rooms because the first one only had a tiny window that opened out to a shaft, almost no light...the second room was fine

Breakfast is The worst... that's why my rating is poor.
Also no one made up the room my entire stay.

The location was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, probably the cleanest I have stayed in on the mainland. The food was really nice. Room service option was good.
It was very noisy, we woke a few times with the noise of bottles being dumped into a bottle bank or something outside. It didn't bother us too much but might bother other people. We just went back to sleep!

The Address was lovely and was such a good find! We stayed there for the Glasgow half marathon and were so pleased with the location, comfort and overall experience.

Property ideally situated, couldn’t ask for a better location
Found it too noisy at night from external noise, certainly not the hotels fault, after all it is in the centre of this great city.
Maybe next time we would ask for a room away from the main road

Friendly staff
Bedroom was very small and lighting was dim in some parts of the room. Bedroom was in alleyway facing offices opposite so needed to keep curtains closed for privacy during office hours
