Wonderful
Our original room did not have a window (that we could see out of) and it had an ajoined room that was not sound-proofed. It sounded like our neighbours were in our room. We asked the front desk for a new room and they immediately switched us to a beautiful private room with huge windows. We had a lovely stay in this new room!

Great Location just a couple if minutes walk from Queen Street Train Station - Nice spacious / very clean and modern room and a nice ample breakfast being served with friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Also very close to everything you need in coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops for a weekend away.
Nothing to dislike - although did find it strange to have 2 drinking water glasses in the room and no bottle of water to go with them ??‍♂️ (But of course Scottish tap water is perfect to drink) that you would normally find in other hotels of the same standard.

Great location, the lobby/bar area, and the included breakfast. Bed and shower were also comfortable.
Confusing floor layouts. Rooms don't feel cozy and our room on the second floor faced the mechanical system giving us no view and little natural light. Glad we were only there for one night.

Good coffee. We were surprised that porridge was not on the buffet’s table.
The entry to the hotel is thru a pub. There were several sets of stairs that needed to be negotiated, which was challenging with luggage, even with wheeled bags. We had to ask for a small fridge twice as the first time the message did not get relayed to housekeeper.

A big thanks to Benjamin who helped me with my bow tie when I was leaving for my event and a great pins colada cocktail The check in lady was very friendly Bar staff, Blossom and two others whose names I didn't ask on Friday evening were engaging, friendly and nice to talk to

Very clean, lovely down the stairs area, cocktails were tasty
Our room was absolutely freezing, we could not turn the heating up. Stayed up most of the night because wasn’t comfortable with the room temperature, completed to the staff but they didn’t say much apart form it was capped and you have to mention it to uncapped with isn’t helpful

A lovely stay in an ideal location in Central Glasgow. The team on reception were exceedingly friendly and warm, and set a brilliant tone from the moment we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well insulated (it was quite loud outside but you wouldn't know from within the room - perfect!) I was so impressed!

The hotel was quiet and pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for sightseeing, dining and access to transport. The bar was nice and the bedroom was comfortable.
Breakfast was good but options were limited and staff seemed to be too busy.

Loved the location nice and central and nice little bar restaurant attached with some lovely cocktails to try.
For the price paid for one night the room wasn’t up to much , was very small! Also loved the thought of the spa all to ourselves for an hour but unfortunately there was no availability for the spa during our stay which was disappointing.
