Sink in the room did not drain correctly, which should have been obvious to the room cleaners. Why do hotels not serve whole milk?

Everything the food was amazing the staff were amazing they even helped pull off a very nice surprise but went above and beyond even left a personalised note witch she has taken home with her honestly one of the best hotels i have stayed in

It was clean and comfortable and great access to the city centre and metro.
The stairs and multiple fire doors made it difficult to manage large bags. The lift isn't available from reception.

Simply furnished but comfortable rooms in a good location
Incredibly inaccessible for big bags and strollers. There are several small flights of stairs with no alternative options, and only one very small lift to get part of the way there. Breakfast was also quite underwhelming.

Location is excellent. Staff very helpful. Dinner in restaurant was very good. Good to be able to visit the spa too.
Shower cubicle in bathroom could possibly be a bit small for some guests.

The room was a good size, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Staff very helpful and polite. Bar area looked really nice.
Lay out and generally finding your way around the hotel is quite confusing, especially to begin with. Lights in room could be brighter and more flexible/user friendly. Window directly across lane from a call centre / office windows.

Excellent location, spacious clean room. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was quite limited for a hotel buffet. Few veggie options in the cooked breakfast - e.g. no mushrooms, tomatoes, veggie sausages etc. Four basic cereals. Basic bread - brown or white sliced only. Ok for one night but bit limited for three night stay. Inexpensive improvements on these elements would significantly improve the range.
