One of the most comfortable beds i have slept in, in a hotel. So clean and cosy! Was staying for a gig in glasgow but will be coming back to this hotel in future for a relaxing night off!
The view from the room we had was awful but it didnt matter too much as the room was so lovely.

The food was lovely the wellness spa was good but wasn't tidy ie used towels everywhere.
Fire alarm went off and my partner has mobility issues and no one came to assist

Great location, close to central station and walking distances to plenty of shops & restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable.
We were in room 104 (paid to upgrade to this room) and there is a fire door on the ground floor that bangs every time someone enters the hotel, we could hear it in our room every single time. It was a shame really because other than that we enjoyed our stay but at nearly £400 for 2 nights with the upgrade, this was disappointing.

The rooms were tiny, I got the club king room and the room wasn’t the best in terms of the stature of club king room, dissatisfied by that.

Terrible noise from the hotel generator made it impossible to open the window. Brown water running from the taps. Air con didn’t work properly.
