Only gave me sparkling water, told me they’d take some still up to the room but never did until I left a note for the house keepers, was very parched

Very clean and staff were so helpful
The “spa” is a small room with a shower and sauna in it. The plunge pool was also out of order which we were not told about. To charge a fee for this was a bit steep

The hotel in itself was nice enough and in a good location, the room was on the small side though.
The facilities were not as advertised and we were at no point informed of this, when we spoke to the staff they couldn’t have been less helpful and uninterested if they tried. I found the staff completely under par, which considering this is the most in control part of the experience I found really shocking.

Extremely loud, banging sort noises that started at around 7am and didn’t stop till around 10 am. Room was right next to some sort of pipes assuming they are AC vents which also make a lot of noice

Location great , bar nice and good breakfast
Room had 1 small window which was 6 feet off the ground so couldn’t see out, was told check in was 3 o’clock even if room was ready as they wanted £20 for earlier check in , restaurant prices online before we went were different to when we were there, never seen anybody room cleaning and had to call for towels mid afternoon but they were quick bringing them.

Good check-in and out, very good staff, very clean, good location
The room was very cold although it is mid May. To be fair the staff tried to fix it but it took 24 hrs to feel any warmer. Did not like the dark decor and the lack of daylight as the curtains needed to be kept drawn as the room was overlooked.

Room good but not as booked. I asked for a room with a bath but didn't get one. Corridors have a damp smell.
Reception very busy and understaffed. Access is extremely limited - lift is accessible via a doorway, corridor and stairs - not great when you are lugging bags.

Good location close to rail stations and central attractions. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the wellness suite although plunge pool was closed.
The room was very small although a club room. Poorly designed- little hanging space, no drawers and limited space to dry towels due to small non heated towel rail. Most disappointing was breakfast, mediocre at best, limited veggie options, waiting for dishes to be replenished and just didn’t feel like a quality offering. Booked into the wellness suite but had to call down to reception in my robe as no one had explained this was on a different key system and I needed to complete a form.
