The hotel was a nice and relaxing environment, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
we absolutely loved the spa facilities that were on offer and would definitely return in the future.
The water pressure of the shower in our room was very poor but that is the only down fall of our stay.

Loved the location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and bed so comfortable. Having the bottle of water in room was a nice touch.
We stayed in room 214 right next to the lane the noise at times was very loud so getting a good night's sleep was not to be .would think double or treble glazed windows would help .

Rooms, hotel overall, and local area were attractive. Handicap room was very functional. Front desk support was friendly and communication before arrival was consistently very helpful and timely.
Hotel should have it made clearer how to get room cleaned daily. Breakfast included was fine and the room it was served in was nice (added hot offers for a fee looked very good); they were kind to offer a takeaway breakfast for our last day early departure but it was not very interesting or fresh since I assume it was made the day before. Rooms should definitely have refrigerators.

The Shower Partition Only Covered Half The Shower Which Led To The Floor Being Submerged In Water Which Was Beyond Annoying We Had To Cover The Floor In Towels Of We'd Slip On The Non Slip Floor

This hotel is very well located in Glasgow, making it easy to reach everything in the city. The property is elegant, with many amenities available, and the staff were always kind and helpful.
I was disappointed to find that they did not accept cash for my stay, which I consider inconvenient and restrictive. Apart from this, my experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice place in the center of Glasgow, close to stations and subway, with many restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Ideal for exploring the city. The room was large and fairly comfortable. I appreaciated tea and coffee and the good quality shower products. There was hot water in the shower, soft towels and a large bed in the room. People were friendly upon check in and check out, breakfast was varied enough and breakfast service was good, friendly and efficient.
Pillows were terrible with no real alternative, and beds were a bit too soft for me. Soundproofing of the rooms was also poor, especially the front door. I could hear the other doors in the hallway opening and closing. In addition, the fire alarm in the room was flashing constantly during the night and there was a lot of light from the exit light near the door. Aircon gave off a musty smell so I preferred to open the fairly small window in the room itself, although then, there was alot of noise from the (kitchen?) ventilation system attached to the outside of the building. Luckily, the windows' sound proofing was fine and the noise died down a bit at night.
