The hotel was quiet and pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for sightseeing, dining and access to transport. The bar was nice and the bedroom was comfortable.
Breakfast was good but options were limited and staff seemed to be too busy.

Loved the location nice and central and nice little bar restaurant attached with some lovely cocktails to try.
For the price paid for one night the room wasn’t up to much , was very small! Also loved the thought of the spa all to ourselves for an hour but unfortunately there was no availability for the spa during our stay which was disappointing.

Paid for an upgraded room and advertised as complimentary spa main reason for the upgrade and was told at the front desk that I couldn’t get as it was fully booked but still had to pay the full price I paid

was overpriced for the twin room but it was valentines weekend, and have noticed the room rates lower since. a fairly compact room. shower room nice, shower was fine.
