We were checked in to a room we didn’t ask for, with no windows. Sold as a big room with a lovely bath, it was the most basic bath and bathroom set up and the room felt claustrophobic with no windows. The noise from the bar outside meant I didn’t sleep until around 4am. Overall it was just very disappointing for a £350 a night stay.

An easy short walk from Glasgow Central station, wonderfully convenient. Excellent staff, friendly and very helpful. Good sized room, very clean, smart tv with streaming and casting. A decent breakfast with hot and cold options.
My room on the 6 th floor had only very small high up windows which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. There are also some stairs to the elevator which isn’t ideal with heavy luggage.

The hotel was fantastic, lovely and clean, very friendly staff (especially the breakfast staff), great facilities and breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable with aircon and a nice size bathroom. With a nice touch of having a smart TV with access to hotel amenities on the TV including the menu for the restaurant.
If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there is an abundance of choice of restaurants within a few blocks. I was spoilt for choice
The hotel has two sets of steps before you access the lift, which with heavy bags isn't ideal, but it wasn't a huge problem.
The Aircon in the gym was also controlled by reception and it was too high, it needed to be cooler.

Location nice and close to everything in city. Breakfast very tasty. Staff were lovely.

This was our second stay in just a few weeks. The rooms are modern, clean & very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere & the staff are always friendly, welcoming & helpful.
The only downside is that it's a wee bit pricey, especially for a one-night stay, but saying that, the quality of the hotel & service does help justify the cost.

Spacious room, big nice bed and modern clean bathroom. Hotel overall was beautiful. Breakfast was a lovely little selection and all the staff were great.
We were on the top floor (6) and because of that there was only one small top window which was kinda sad, not enough natural light to properly put make up on.

Clean enough and good customer service
Couldn’t sleep as the ceiling must be paper thin and we could hear every footstep and movement from above us which wasn’t just a little noise it was very disturbing.
Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
Paid for a double club room to be given a bed which was two single beds put together which meant we would fall through the middle with the beds separating with movement. One of the worst rooms I have slept in and I’ve stayed in ALOT of hotels
Extremely disappointed my husband and I were celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary.
