We appreciated the traditional features of the connected townhouses which comprised the hotel; it made the stay feel special, and as an introduction to historical, elegant Glasgow, it was the right choice for us.
The street parking was a bit unclear outside the hotel.

Very comfortable large luxurious room and bathroom in beautiful old building in West End of Glasgow. Nice cosy bar. Easy to park.

Disappointing
We’ve eaten in the restaurant before and it’s fabulous but we were disappointed with the room itself and the welcome or lack of it from the staff.
The room was not well maintained. Window didn’t open properly. No air conditioning. Accessibility was also poor - attic room. Fortunately we are fit and able but anyone with even mild mobility issues would struggle in the room we had.
