Convenient parking. Near restaurants, bars, cafes. Walkable to Buchanan Galleries where we wanted to go to Arran Scottish soap. Room very comfortable.
Did not think the additional charge for breakfast was worth it.

Lovely clean hotel room. Loved that the toilet was in a separate room to the shower however would be better if there was a sink in the toilet as well. Loved that there were toys for the wee ones in reception. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and weren’t charged anymore.
There was a slight sewer smell in reception. Couldn’t smell anywhere else in hotel and wouldn’t put us off returning.

friendly and helpful front desk
only thing is having no big light on the roof in the main bed area & all sockets being on yhe same wall (furthest away from bed) but did not disrupt our stay at all :)

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good and the location was good.
The run was so cold when we asked him why the heating wasn’t on they said because it would put heating in the other rooms yeah there’s a thermostat in the rooms they give us a wheelie heater

Staff friendly on arrival, great location for what we needed.
Not enough plug sockets. Was really disappointed about the cleaners waking us up to clean the room when we had paid for late check out.

Great hotel, good location. I liked that they had a children's corner so my daughter could play with the toys and games. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly helpful staff.
Parking is Abit limited for the size of the hotel.
