There was a really good selection for breakfast, from full English to continental breakfast.
Beds were very large and comfortable good size bathroom, with separate toilet
The lifts had a slight mind of their own. If the previous person had pressed all the buttons, you ended up going to different floors before going down, and they were very small

Location
The streets were being resurfaced so we had to move our car out of the hotel parking area before we went on a city walking tour. The evening staff had said they would be interacting with the resurfacing crew to help us figure out best course of action. The morning hotel staff was NOT the same person and did not provide the information needed. We moved to a parking structure several blocks away and nothing was accomplished on the street resurfacing- added a bit of cost and stress to our morning.

Location
One manager who's name I didn't catch was very rude to us about having food delivered and eating in the lounge area because nothing else was open. We even ordered many drinks from the bar. We multiple rooms so it was easier for us to share pizzas there

Wonderful
Friendly, clean, and very eco-conscious hotel. It has excellent health club facilities and is close to good local restaurants.
Laundry was the only problem. We were only staying one night and it’s a two-day turnaround for anything. There is a local (outside) laundromat, but it only takes coins and I couldn’t get change from the desk to use it and couldn’t find anywhere open to get change.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and they were very friendly and approachable.
No phone charging sockets. I had assumed they would have them so I didn't take a plug. So couldn't charge my phone which had my tickets on it. So I was in a bit of a panic. Hotel was lovely.

Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant was nice and free breakfast was wonderful.
Fire alarm went off a 5:30 AM -not a drill. Had to evacuate down 8 flights of stairs with a handicapped person. Firemen seemed to think the sprinkler system may have set it off.
Although the beds were comfortable, the room was crowded. The second twin bed has no room between it and the wall on one side. And it was right next to the first twin bed on the other side.

Informative, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, lovely rooms. Excellent location for The King's Theatre, which was the reason for our visit. Car Park with direct access into the hotel reception.
