the location in the city was fantastic. hotel staff were very helpful and attentive.
we only stayed for one night so didn't have as much time in the hotel as we would haveliked but we couldn't fault anything

Staff were lovely. Breakfast & dinner was great. Beds comfy. I love that it’s dog friendly.
Lift was very slow and stopped at random floors. Doors wouldn’t open at one point.
Stairway wasn’t obvious but I eventually found it.
Carpets not well hoovered and that was noticeable on the first night. I’m not sure why there is a charge for a dog PER night as nothing was cleaned in between nights. It would have been understandable if floors were hoovered at least.

Beautifully decorated and clean bar area, friendly and helpful staff, very good prices compared to other hotels in the city, and although we did not partake, the option for room service around the clock was a great option. The food we did eat in the evening was great and the breakfast was good too!
Room itself a little tired and in need of some care. Bulb missing from one table lamp, and another light switch did not seem to activate any lights in the room. Some burn marks and missing veneer on the dressing table. However, the beds were VERY comfortable and the room was clean, so it served it's purpose perfectly well. These are only very minor issues and would not stop us from coming back!

Excellent location for the rest of Glasgow. Dog friendly. Comfy rooms, clean and genuinely nice & helpful staff. Good value for money.
Would have given a rating if excellent if they had more vegetarian breakfast options. Only meat substitute was falafel, which I personally don't like. Although they were replaced later on, there were no fried eggs or potato waffles left when I was getting my breakfast so what was available for me to eat was fairly limited.
