Nice large comfortable bed and room. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. 10 minute walk from train station.
One elevator wasnt working. The one that did was tiny.

The best part of it is the GYM and the sauna/steam room.
There is no mini bar in the room and thus I was not able to store my food or drinks! There is noise from outside as there are heavy construction around. And lastly, only two small elevators are available and one of them is out of service.

Really close to the theatre I was working. Gym next to my room. Lovely and helpful staff! Cheap parking. Comfy bed. Good temperature. No one ever disturbed me when I was in my room (some hotels still knock).
Fridge didnt work. Hairdryer didnt work. Lift buttons so sensitive you ended up pressing all the buttons and stopping at all the floors when you didnt need to. Other guests having the same issue.

Friendly, respectful staff - lovely people.
Elegant place, matching colors. It really feels very good when you stay in a place made with esthetic sense. Clean and comfortable beds. Excellent shower, well supplied bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion. Gorgeous coffee - I liked the espresso machine in my room and in the restaurant. Fresh and healthy food for breakfast. I also liked the mini fridge in my room.
Slightly cold for me, but I've asked for an extra duvet and it was perfect. Also, the temperature can be adjusted.

The bar, lounge area and staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and a good size.
The WC has no sink so you cant wash your hands until you go into the other room.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable, friendly well stocked bar, friendly staff in reception, bar and Housekeeping. Definitely met the Novotel Accor standard I expected
Just two lifts for many bedroom, busy hotel - often had to wait or let full lift go away.
Housekeeping came to door 3 times on departure day, asking when we were leaving - all before 11am
