Disappointing
The location of the Hotel was perfect for our needs and the bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was not cleaned on a daily basis when requested and the towels were not changed.
The room was very shabby, broken floor tiles, ripped upholstery.
The TV didn't work and when I complained on the first day I was promised it would be looked at but nothing was done.
My son ordered tagliatelle carbonora and it came with loads of bits of bone in it, looks as though the chef took a machete to a price of ham with a bone in it.

The staff were great. Their service could not be faulted. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The location was very convenient for the airport and they provided a complimentary shuttle service.
The room was small and in need of refurbishing.

Location. Close to bus stop with connection to the centre of the city close to the airport.
Staff very pleasant and professional.
Breakfast was very basic and it was not hot.
Bathroom had a mouldy smell if door remained close for longer.
Price reflected the location, not the amenities.
