Lovely large reception space. Comfy mattress and bedding. Good facilities. Good location.
Room was on the small side. I booked a double room: bed was large and comfortable but it was two singles beds together that separated through the night. Should be better considering the price

The location is perfect for whatever the stay is for. Accessible to and from the majority of entertainment venues and extremely central to all food options.
The staff were extremely welcoming and efficient.
Unfortunately (and in no relation controllable by the hotel therefore i would not deduct any points but worth referencing.) under the bridges next to the hotel seemed advisable to avoid as the evening continued due to a variety of different situations happening throughout but that doesn't eliminate the feel of comfort and safety the hotel provides.
The doors are locked in the evening, accessible by guests and a doorman keeps watch.

No iron or ironing board, no bin, decor is in need of a refresh.
Information regarding the road race that was happening on the Sunday, roads were closed and we found it very difficult to navigate through Glasgow. This was not mentioned at time of booking or at check in

The room was comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Overall the quality of the bed and furniture is very good for the relatively low price of the rooms. The room and bathroom were clean, and despite the location near Glasgow Central, there was no noise to disturb sleep.
The elevators are always a little cumbersome in Motel One hotels, and unless you are on the top floor, it is usually quicker to take the stairs.
