Lovely bar, which makes great cocktails and is open until 1:30am every night for guests.. The room itself is always very clean, the bed very comfortable, and amazing pillows

It was a great hotel in an excellent location! Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely comfortable room, which was very quiet with good facilities.
Drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced! Would definitely use this hotel chain again.
The only gripe I have with most hotels not just this one is the sockets are nowhere near a mirror when you want to use the hairdryer!! The lead from the hairdryer was long but I felt I was fighting the dryer to style my hair as it was at full stretc

Unfortunately the room I was given must have had a faulty heating thermostat, as I could not get it to work. I had to go to bed wearing a hooded top and socks to keep warm in bed; causing me to regularly waking from sleep.

Great location next to the train station. Comfortable bed, had a good night's sleep. Staff were very helpful. No problems.
We couldn't get an evening meal as they don't serve food. Also, breakfast was only continental and expensive so we chose to eat out. Plenty of options nearby. No bath but the shower was good.

I wasn't well and had to go to hospital during my stay. The staff were so helpful and organised late 3pm check out for free so we could get a sleep.
Sam and Elena were so polite and helpful.
Would prefer cooked breakfast however continental had plenty

Room was a good size, very clean and had all the amenities we needed (great that hairdryer doesn't require you to press the button continuously like some hotels). The staff were very helpful and friendly and engaged with us - it didn't feel transactional.
The only thing which doesn't relate to the hotel is that the footpaths and roads are being worked on so it is a little challenging getting about immediately outside the hotel but imagine this will be sorted soon
