The hotel staf was very helpful with getting some tips about the city. We traveled in from Germany, and funnily enough, the person behind the desk, was also from Germany, and she gave us some real good insider information about the city. The hotel itself was great, good continental breakfast, the room was clean, the TV had plenty of entertainment, and the location was very central. Cannot do anything else but recommend.
It's not really criticism, and this is an overal problem for many hotels, but oftentimes the TV's in the rooms are equipped with streaming functions to connect your phone or tablet, so you can watch your own Netflix, Disney+ and amazon prime. Also this hotel fully blocked that function on their television, even though there are hotels that support this. It did not affect our stay or anything, but would have made the nights at the hotel also a bit more personalised.

I loved how close it was to everything close by. Only a 20-15 min walk from the hydro which was convenient and easy to navigate. Right outside Central station and only a breif walk from the bus station. It has local shops close by pretty much anything you could possibly need. I was a easy check in and staff were lovely. We found the room did fabulous for two of us! Basic and comfortable! Would come agian!
Honestly this stay was everything! The only thing we found slightly distracting (Nothing to do with the hotel) was the road works outside were very loud so just be mindful of that around 7 am. :)

Loved the place and the location! The lobby and breakfast area were lovely and it was a perfect place for me to rest after flying in from the states.
I was just an easily confused american and didn't fully understand the lighting and to put the room card in the wall thing to make it work.

Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. View from window was amazing! Very comfy room with nice bathroom. Also had a really good hairdryer.
Needed bin in room. No plug near mirror so hairstyling difficult.
