Poor
The only positive of this hotel is the location. It’s right next to the train station.
Appalling value for money on the room. £190 for a King Double room (booked well in advance) and it was tiny. Could barely move around the bed and if one of us needed to get ready the other one would need to leave the room or sit in the (also very small) bathroom. For £190 this is unacceptable. I would LOVE to see the size of a standard double room here.
Overall design of the hotel is awful too. To get to the reception desk there is a bottle neck. To get to the dining room, a bottle neck. Same to get to the lifts and bar. It feels like you are constantly queuing to get somewhere.
Breakfast very disappointing as well. Constantly running out of food. Queues to get to anything and no room to move.
Finally, incredibly rude security staff if coming back to the hotel after 22.00. Treated like underaged kids trying to sneak into a night club as opposed to guests paying high fees to stay there.

The staff on reception were very friendly and attentive. They kindly stowed away all our luggage (many heavy and awkward bags) before and after check-in. The rooms are stylish and come with all mod cons. Lovely bathroom and shower (the massage setting is
I think for the price, a continental breakfast could be included. Possibly picked an expensive weekend to come, as I recall it being a bit cheaper when we stayed before.

Hotel lovely inside
Comfortable and decent sized room for one night.
Rooms quiet.
Bar area lovely. Really enjoyed the pornstar martini.
The staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Parking validation for 1/2 price NPC was a welcomed surprise.
For the price of what you're getting there is nothing I didn't like.

We loved the decor, the staff were very good and the bar area and drinks were lovely.
The rooms are quite small and would've liked the choice of a cooked breakfast.

Comfortable bed, quiet modern room, full length mirror, good rain shower. Great location, so near Central station. Reception staff friendly.
Small room, dusty, no biscuts, long walk from room to lift. Expensive for one overnight stay and breakfast not included. Didn't like the picture - big photo above the bed of a girl with her dog sitting in the seat of the train next to her.
