Location is great room is comfortable staff are friendly.
Plenty tea and milk provided.
Shower is ok.
Carpet needed hoovered it had bits on it.
Toilet when it was flushed water spurted out.
Pillows uncomfortable.
There was an incident above our room where people were fighting and the police had to be called.

Was great distance from where we had our works xmas night out. Woman on reception was really nice and helpful as it was my first time staying there. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was so comfortable that it was hard for me to get out of. Already booked another stay for February

Breakfast choice was poor, very little to offer even for a continental. Staff gave little information on check in just told us the room number, we had to ask about breakfast and was told the location not the times for this, this had to be asked also.

Great location, beds are comfy however I do think it’s two beds pushed together , decor is lovely and staff are helpful
We stayed 3 nights and house keeping did not take any rubbish out of the room we went down to reception on day 1 to complain then it still wasn’t sorted the next day however the reception staff were understanding and helpful with compensating us with free drinks and breakfast

Lovely hotel, very stylish and practical, staff welcoming and friendly, perfect location for our annual xmas date night up the town..
High end touches like luxury toiletries etc for a budget priced room! Even the other guests we met in the lifts were friendly would definitely stay here again
Maybe one tiny thing, a better area to sit and do my makeup...the bathroom had great lighting but after a shower the mirror was too steamed up to see what I was doing! Although a floor length mirror was available in the room it didn't have great lighting and no shelf or ledge to put your things on close to it..but I managed just fine anyway
