Wonderful
Excellent location just beside the Central Station.
The room was completely soundproof despite such a busy location!
There was no bath in the bathroom.

Poor
The room was good, clean and quiet well located, chick in fast and easy.
For a executive hotel is really nice if you want sleep only.
The way employees deal with the guest, they don’t look for a solution to the problems and the phrase they say the most, “it’s not my fault”!
The Cc machine at the bar stopped working at night, we wanted to buy a bottle of wine, no other alternative was offered. I suggested paying at the reception and the receptionist on duty said no, because the bar is not integrated with the reception which did not make sense. The duty manager then put a cash only warning... That’s frustrating because after midnight there is no shop store around where you can buy wine. And for guests that use only wireless payment is a kind of frustrating, not.a nice experience. I really don't will back there.

We loved the room - the bed was very comfortable, it was nicely furnished and the whole space was very clean. It feels very high quality for the excellent value price. The breakfast options are unbelievable! So many choices and something for everyone. The location was so convenient and the parking was very easy! A really great stay.

Perfectly located in the centre of Glasgow, a short walk from the bus and train stations and just around the corner from Audio Glasgow. We stayed in a king room on the 8th floor. The room was very quiet and clean, it had everything we needed. The bed was large and comfy, the pillows were also very comfy. The ensuite was clean and modern, and the shower was easy to use. Check-in was from 15:00, check out by 12:00 (as standard). We had booked room only, I especially liked being able to check out at 12:00 as we'd had a late night.
There was nothing we could find fault with. We enjoyed our short stay here, and will come back again.

Very Good
Staff were great and very helpful, a nice quiet room and comfortable bed, perfect location.right next to Central.station and Buchanan Street, short walk to the airport bus stop.on Waterloo Street. Checking in was very easy. Great shower. The room safe was appreciated.
Just minor gripes.. The room felt just a teeny bit grubby, no bin liner. The coffee maker set up was a little confining, there were water glasses and i would have preferred china cups..None of these are significant complaints, I'll definitely come back ..

Good
Location was excellent, had a nice view of Central station and the ability to stash our bags at the front on check-in/check-out was helpful.
1. The room was super warm, and the thermostat didn't work or respond so had to sleep with windows open on a busy street.
2. Had an unfortunate encounter with a hotel staff member - allegedly we had gotten a noise complaint (which was weird seeing as we'd been in the room for only 10 minutes when the worker came) - but all aside, we were talking after a night out drinking so maybe it was noisy for our neighbours. Regardless, the approach from the hotel worker was super jarring and frankly a bit aggressive. Came a knocking at our door, demanding us to open it. When I said no to opening it (I had no idea who it was as he didn't identify himself), he let out a laugh which just kind of creeped us out.
Eventually, he told us who he was and why he was there, but as someone visiting from another country and not knowing what to expect, it had me quite rattled. Even if he had just identified himself to start that would've made it much less harsh. 2 things the hotel could do to prevent similar situations would be to have a little peephole in the door (not sure if that's customary in the UK but in North America every hotel I've ever stayed in has had one) - the other option would be to have a direct line in the rooms, they could've just called up.
Again, I know noise complaints put everyone in a bad spot - I'd like to think myself a pretty respectful guest and have definitely been on the other side of it, but the approach should really be better because it put a really big tint on what was otherwise a lovely stay in a great location with a room we quite liked.
Thanks!

Good
Was a basic room, clean and spacious for one person. Would have liked to see a bottle of water kept in the room for the amount charged for one night.
Breakfast was charged extra. For the price of £150 per night (which is quite higher than the average price I saw on their website), it should have been included as well

Wonderful
The room was clean and comfortable. with a good location near the train station. The staff was friendly the breakfast serve. There was very good. Overall, it was a good stay there.
The only thing I could say that I didn’t like about the place was the fact that the pillows were a bit big for me and that’s just a personal preference so somebody else would love the pillows, but that was about the only thing that I would say that I didn’t think was 100% but still pretty decent.
