Great location. Friendly staff.
AirCon was broken and didn't work. Room was very warm and had to open the window. The traffic and noise outside was very loud and made it hard to sleep.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for travellers, right next to the station, and in city centre. Great buffet breakfast. Superb value for money. Will come again next time we're passing through Glasgow.

The kettle has a very short lead and there’s nowhere safe to put the kettle while it boils,quite dangerous boiling a kettle on the floor

Location is brilliant. It is directly across from Glasgow Central station with a taxi rank and plenty of bus stops nearby. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants too. The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Amazing value really and I would stay here again.

Having stayed there before i knew what to expect-i was there for a concert and this met the brief. Room clean and comfortable. reception staff friendly and helpful and also know how to manage the check in process quickly when busy. I didnt have breakfast as i had an early start.

Gorgeous hotel, well decorated and lit. The are staff welcoming and polite. Rooms were well presented, had everything you need from hanging space and suitcase rack to table and chair. Bed unbelievably comfortable and pillows felt brand new. Bathroom compact but shower a good size. Take your own toiletries as only shampoo / body wash provided, although I’m sure they have things available upon request. Black out curtains and sound proofing were on point. Our window looked over the train station but heard nothing at all it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while ! Location amazing, next door to station in centre of city. The price was also very competitive. Couldn’t ask for more, 10/10!
Would highly recommend this hotel to all.
