Old world, could use a little upgrade but there's something Charming about it. Elevators are a little squeaky. Right next to the train station very convenient. I would stay there again
I didn't pay for the breakfast but took a peek into the dining room and it wasn't appealing to me.

The hotel was very spacious with easy access.
We did not expect a shower over the bath. My husband has had a mild stroke - but he did manage to shower with my help.

The hotel is in an excellent location as I arrived at Glasgow Central Train Station and departed the following day from Queen Street Train Station. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. I was thankful to have a morning drink in the room, and it was good to have an iron/ironing board available. All in all a good experience.

The tap over the wash basin was rather over enthusiastic. Had to be careful turning it on or you got drenched

Excellent location right next door to Glasgow Queen Street Station in easy walking distance from Buchanan Street. It is an older hotel, but still comfortable. We were glad to find an osculating fan in the wardrobe as the room was warm and the windows did not open.

It was central to shops etc
The room was run down, in need of a makeover.
The carpet was worn and stained, the curtains were dirty.. the bed was a small double and it was very hot in bedroom and windows didn’t open much. Not worth the price we paid for 3 nights, breakfast not included.
