It was perfectly located for us, right next to the train station. Everything we needed was catered for and the staff were amazing.
We felt so welcome!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jojo who made us feel so welcome. My friend is visually impaired and I was guiding - Jojo treated him with such dignity and respect talking directly to him as well as to me. This was just wonderful and egalitarian something that isn’t always experienced. I would like to commend Jojo for her impeccable manner and say a huge thank you to her.
Jojo explained everything we needed to know. She was attentive and kind. We felt like royalty.
We had the most amazing breakfast, after a comfortable and luxurious sleep in the most beautiful room . We both have said that we want to come back again and we were sad to leave.
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Location is good, breakfast is more choice than usual standard English breakfast. There is a pancake machine.
Building is an old one. There will be a smell in the room, just the smell of old. Roof of room is very high, so it might be a bit cold to me. Especially if room in the corner, you will feel nose getting cold even heater has opened for 2 hours.

Location was excellent, however the work being carried on around George square ruined things quite a bit .
The pedestrian walkway is way to narrow , and the hotel ramp entrance is an accident waiting to happen .
Breakfast was terrible very poor choice , very watered down juice !
Entrance to hotel although it is temporary, was very unsatisfactory and not safe for people with mobility difficulties.
Hotel interior badly in need of a makeover .

Very Central for Trains, shops, and eateries.
We came back to hotel, for a drink and the Nightshift manager refused to serve us as he said we had too much to drink, this was certainly not the case. It was pure laziness and a power trip by the nightshift manager.

Central location. Reception staff member at check in was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was deplorable. Came down at 9am to one slice of bacon in buffet area and dried out eggs. Requested fresh. I can hardly explain what arrived. 2 of our party requested eggs. One plate of nearly white in colour slimey scrambled eggs arrived. Not sure if we were meant to share them. I still can't figure out why they were white and slimey. They were not edible. The rest of the breakfast on offer was a poor poor representation of a hotel buffet breakfast for the price paid. No staff ensuring all was well.
None of the building works were made known at time of booking nor were we informed of the Market being moved. Construction noise from 0730am. This may not be hotels fault but certainly affected the stay.

Tatty furniture that was chipped and dated.

The whole room was fantastic, so much bigger than we expected and in amazing condition. Bathroom was spacious and easy to use, bed very comfortable and temperature easy to control.

Very welcoming and smooth check in. Nice spacious room.
Breakfast wasn’t the best, we went for breakfast at 8.30, sausages and bacon were over done and dried out. Scrambled egg and beans were cold. After shopping we went to the bar for a well earned glass of wine to be told the bar was closed as there was nobody to man it. We also witnessed other guests turned away from the bar. Not good enough Millenium
Breakfast was poor, no sevice in bar very poor. I’ve stayed a few times but I don’t think that I’d return as there are many other good city center hotels
