Rooms were large bed was very comfortable staff were very pleasant and helpful
Rooms very dated walls are all scraped and furniture marked and scraped top of the wardrobe was filthy went to breakfast at approximately 8pm the cooked breakfast was awful black pudding and bacon were solid and the scrambled egg was tasteless sausage was OK but the rest of the breakfast was nice

NO sockets at bed! Not enough sockets. One lift was old and noisy.

It’s location is perfect to explore the city centre
There was no walk in shower! I found it difficult to climb in & out of the bath & my husband couldn’t use it at all as his legs are bad.
That’s not a negative for other users, only for our use.

Very well kept and the decor was sublime
There were two electric sockets not working in the room and the door to the bathroom and bathroom door were very stiff and hard to open and close quietly as to not wake up people in room beside us. There wasn’t anything severely bad though just those little things that are easily fixed.
