Handy location
Room was really grubby, the 1970s horror film set inspired bathroom was clean though, bed was clean, but generally room was stained and grubby, and considering i was told i had been upgraded to a superior room god help the regular rooms, cooked breakfast was inedible, slices of tarmac instead of black pudding, deep fried mushrooms oozing oil, oddly fizzy tasting apple juice which tasted off, sausages were so over cooked you could use them as raw plugs

Construction outside can't be helped but still something to consider if anyone in your group has mobility issues.

room :- best described as tired ,everything functioned but starting to show their ages.
Location:- for us the location was excellent adjacent to Queen St. Station and close to both shopping and cultural places of interest.
LIked best :- without a doubt the location.
For the price i felt they delivered extremely well.

Excellent location. I couldn’t have asked for better. Rooms were spacious. Good value. Beautiful building. Good facilities
Some sockets didn’t work, bit outdated. Instant coffee. Coffee bags would go down a treat.
