Location is great very central to everything. Transport links are right next to the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast, the hot stuff was in our opinion poor. Eggs were scrabbled but very wet and on the cold side bacon overdone. Quite a poor selection to be fair for a central hotel. You would be better eating out.

Lovely clean, had a bath! Great location. Staff so friendly. Refunded a room which I accidentally booked (selected two instead of one). Happy to refund. Very kind gentleman on reception. Wonderful stay. Beds so comfy.

Location excellent and staff lovely
Stayed here a couple of times before and was delighted with the rooms we had so as a present for my husband decided to upgrade to a junior suite which was excited about. However we were very disappointed as quite outdated and bathroom floor badly stained. In dire need of an overhaul. Also not your fault but due to works in George Square not usual lovely view.

The location was ideal for what I wanted to do in the city and the room was very comfortable and clean.
I would have liked a freshly cooked breakfast rather than everything in a buffet. I would also have liked a better selection of cereals - muesli, for example.
