Staff were so helpful. Room was brilliant, with a fabulous bath/hot water supply. Bed was very comfortable. Great location for shopping/transport links.

Good location, plenty of space.
Staff were not able to provide an additional single bed in the room, although there was plenty of space, and the service was offered on the website. The hotel and room were very warm (despite setting temperature for room). Breakfast was good, but maybe not as good as the write up.

Love the location. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
That toilet in the single room wasn't just slow like one of the receptionists said. It was bad enough to make me wish that I had chosen another hotel.
