Lovely clean room and wonderful staff. Great location by Queen Street Rail Station.
I've stayed here a number of times over the years and loved it. But now the restaurant is closed except for the breakfast buffet . . . no lunch or dinner available . . . no room service available . . . no afternoon tea served. After traveling 22 hours and looking forward to afternoon tea or dinner in my room, I had to go out in the rain to find something to eat. Be aware of how their amenities have changed!

I’ve stayed many times over the years . I stayed in club room facing the square . Location is perfect for both the station and shopping when we visit Glasgow .
Staff on reception friendly, helpful and welcoming . The room was spotless and generally the bed was comfortable . Also plenty room to move about .
Marked down slightly only because of the lumpy pillows which stopped me getting a decent nights sleep this time, so was a bit less able for shopping next day . However , I shall bring my own pillow next time.
