Close to George square
Was noisy was problems with water didn't get to leave our bags or get checked in till later our pals had to move room at 1am in the morning due to water leaking in room , had no compensation or even offer for all the upheaval. Unfortunately won't stay again

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was brilliant, also the car park is well priced and would be convenient if a little notice of how to get to it was provided.

The hotel is in an ideal location - right in the centre of Glasgow. The room was nice enough and more than adequate for a single night. While in the bar early evening, there was an electronic panel that was making a high pitch squeal - and continued to do that for the rest of our stay - it was bad enough for us but the poor staff had to listen to it all night long !
The rooms could do with a refresh. The view wasn't great from the window, but it was fine for what we wanted

Disappointing
They wouldn't let us leave the bags before check in and there was a fire alarm going on. Then we checked in and no water for half hour (they informed us of the situation) and the general condition of the room was very worned down down and not well maintained but it was clean. Not what you would expect from a Mercure hotel

The staff are excellent! We were greeted by Matthew and all other staff around the hotel were exceptional! It is clean, a great lication and really comfortable. So happy!

Very friendly and welcoming staff,clean and value for money
We couldn't use the designated car parking due to road restrictions so had to use another one which cost £25 for 24hrs

The Location was good
The size of the room, it was tiny.
Also ill fitted bathroom tiles made it unhealthy on the Eye.
They need to get the fire alarm fixed, it sounded continually on Saturday afternoon and a few times through the night, which for an uncomfortable day and a deeply restless night.
