Location, parking availability. Personal touch in room with handwritten card & snacks provided. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bar area had been renovated since our last stay & looked & looked better for it.
Room is functional rather than outstanding, but comfortable enough.

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Check-in was without issues (except the reception being renovated). Wi-fi worked well. It is close to bus and train stations and there are plenty shops and restaurants in the area.
Reception and elevators were being renovated and there was associated mess, did not affect the rooms though.

Was nice and clean, comfortable. Location was great was close to places we wanted to visit.
Toilet took a few times to flush so would check it.

Location. Breakfast was good
There was only one working lift and even that one had problems. It was lined for works. We paid £217 for a one night stay which we don’t think is value for money.

Bed was huge, my husband is over 6ft so he was very happy.
Rest of the room was a bit cramped but obviously, due to the massive size of the bed, we were more than happy so all good

Staff welcoming.Room clean tea coffee tray .good location close to public transport .Breakfast OK.
No face cloth in bathroomor bottle of water for tea making ect. Price put me off booking for longer .
