Decor was beautiful and II posto the pizza restaurant was very good. The cocktail bar was the highlight of our stay.
Breakfast very poor I ordered avocado toast and it was brown and obviously passed its best. I didn’t get the chance to say anything as no staff member checked on us to see if everything was okay. There was no offer of another tea or coffee, or toast and the buffet was very sparse. I left hungry. The outdoor hot tub was closed also which was very disappointing.

Comfortable room with a beautiful view.
Restaurant food. Steak not well done re our request. Didn't expect chips you could purchase from McDonald's. Overall, not impressed. The manager is looking into this for me.

A beautiful location with lots of potential
Our first time visiting & we were told it has just been refurbished. For the most-part it was beautiful but still some improvements to be made. The entrance was cheapened by the infra red heaters used to try & heat the foyer -which was absolutely freezing (felt sorry for the staff). The Italian restaurant was sub-standard, with a tatty entrance & no atmosphere. Also disappointed with the spa facilties, we expected more! Just a pool with noisy extractors.

Gorgeous design, great staff, I loved opportunity to use spa facilities after the check out again.
Food.
Medium steak arrived well done and breakfast avo toast was burned and pocked eggs were fully cooked. Upsetting in a place like this when you expect something special… had 2 meals and both had big overcooking issues
