Everything about our stay was exceptional. Nice friendly environment with great staff, good quality food with plenty of choice at breakfast and the decor was traditional but with a modern twist, just fabulous. We Loved our stay here and would definately come back again when visiting the Highlands, a beautiful quality place to stay.

Bedroom, grounds and interior were stunning. Very comfortable bed and gorgeous views. Adam the bar tender who done our whiskey tasting is an absolute credit to the team there. He really made the evening, a true gent.
We only had late night food in the gallery but it was delicious!
At check in our bags were put aside to be taking to the room as we were told there were a few flights of stairs after the lift to our room. So they kindly offered to take them. We enquired about a booking we had for the whiskey tasting and were told we would be contacted to see if it was still available at 6pm. We waited 40 minutes for our bags to arrive after getting to our room, which wasn’t ideal as needed the bags to get ready. We then went to the bar and the service was exceptionally slow, considering the hotel was very quiet (Sunday evening). We then enquired again about the whiskey tasting and were told it was available there and then (but don’t feel we should have had to chase?).
It was my husband’s 40th the day we checked out and I had booked him a massage. The spa was shut due to maintenance problems unfortunately, out with their control but again do feel check in staff should have made us aware this would be cancelled and they didn’t. The staff on reception. I spoke with to ensure the booking no longer existed were very apologetic and did try to offer alternative activities which I appreciated.

Great Hotel. Great stay. Great staff. Loved the interior. Comfy beds, best sleeps I’ve had in months and amazing spa massages from Malissa and Louise. One of the best massages we ever got and we had loads.
We will definitely come again.
Spa section has so much more potential. Could add a plunge pool, jacuzzi.
Although staff were absolutely lovely, they were a little bit disorganised when it came up for dinner and breakfast as bringing out wrong orders or there wasn’t just one person per section, felt there was a lack of communication between waiters.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and water.... huge bathroom. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a served hot dish and cold buffet starter.
