Beds as uncomfortable as I’ve ever come accross. Mattresses need renewed. One thing I look
For in a hotel is a comfortable bed…
Hotel decor and furnishing very dated. Silicone round the bathroom surfaces etc.
The main thing was there did not seem
To be any cold water in either of the taps on the sink. No matter how long you wait both taps come though hot. Similar story with the shower. Someone could really badly burn themselves as it’s not even obvious which tap is supposed to be which.

When we arrived our room was quite chilly. The concierge checked it and put the heating up for us - it was nice and warm when we went to bed.
We arrived late due to stormy weather and ate at the restaurant. It was practically empty and seemed like the staff were struggling even so. When we said we didn’t want dessert the waitress tutted at us.

The friendlessness of the staff
Coffee bags in the bedrooms were just awful. Cheap coke and orange mixers in the bar. First five channels on TV on Sunday evening didn't get a signal and went off.
