Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We had a room with an adjoining door to another room. Couple next door argued all night very loud could hear every word. Room had used cotton buds on dresser beneath mirror. Table for breakfast seats dirty old food on floor under table.

Staff really nice.
The room was ok but overlooked the car park where bottles where being thrown into the bins. Thankfully they did not continue late into the night. The place was quite run down and the breakfast room really gloomy - seriously dark.

In a City with a huge selection of hotels, Malmaison is plenty boutique enough to feel completely special. It has abundance of character and superbly located if you need to be in the heart of town. Staff were super-friendly and the standard room was more than ample for a short stay.
