The room we were given was tiny and had no air con. Its a very expensive hotel, really not sure what you are paying for

Great location
Room was incredibly hot and although the room had patio doors, one was screwed shut and the other one had a security strap attached which only allowed the door to be opened very slightly. A fan was supplied but this didnt help with the temperature and was very noisy which didnt help with sleeping.
No water glasses were supplied.

Really friendly staff, we were upgraded for free on arrival which was a lovely gesture! Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
Only criticism is that the room was very hot. There was a fan which we had on the whole time, but it ended up circulating warm air.
