It was a great location in the city centre
We had an internal room that was quite dark and the only window opened into the atrium above the bar.

Mark, Andrew, Happy, Kyle, and Simone (sorry for not spelling it right!) took the time to make us feel welcome. Mark and Kyle make the best Old Fashioned cocktails. Happy gave us great recommendations for dinner. She is a joy to chat with. Andrew gives excellent directions and suggestions. And Simone (sorry!) and my friend bonded over scary movies. And the location was PERFECT. So close to everything. Easy to catch the city bus or Red tour bus nearby.
Our windows faced a very tall brick wall. Very private, but not very inspiring. Otherwise, the room was great!

Just passing through Glasgow for one night and this place worked great. Reception staff were all very nice.
Mostly clean, though it could have used a bit more attention to detail for what customers are paying.

The hotel is in a great location near the city centre. Breakfast on our 2nd morning was lovely and the staff were very helpful.
The shower was good.
The room that we were given was very small and almost for a single person. It was average but could have done with a little maintenance.
The room rate that we paid did not justify the room allocated as the bed was small, dipped in the middle and also there was no air con.

The building, most of the staff
Its looking a bit tired. dirty light fittings, peeling wallpaper.
Cocktails were only average and one member of bar staff very grumpy ... think he thought he was a lot cooler than he was!
