Clean and very pleasant staff, nice decor and location
Room was extremely hot, with no air conditioning and unable to open a window due to noisy building work/deliveries. Two single beds were just a double mattress swapped out and 2 single ones put on the bed. Unable to separate them due to layout of room. Beds were comfy but pillows were awful. Were offered breakfast booking when we arrived for £20 or 24 per person on the day if we decided we wanted it..which I thinks a bit pricey. Not major issues but when paying premium you expect little things lie this not to happen.

Lovely helpful staff, very welcoming vibe.
Delicious breakfast (apart from the terrible coffee - yes I’m from Australia).

Very comfortable bed with the best hotel pillows! The staff were all lovely and were very accommodating to my allergies at breakfast.
The entire hotel was covered with scaffolding during our stay, which we weren't told in advance. We actually walked past the hotel completely when trying to find it because you couldn't see it for scaffold and netting.

Staff were really friendly , We stayed in the suite and it was amazing! . The bed was extremely comfy .
For what your paying for the room for a night , snacks and drinks in the room should be included in the price.
