Poor experience. Bathroom sink blocked. Reported and the simple cleaned out the dirty water and left it blocked leaving it unusable during the stay

Disappointing
Hotel was great. Breakfast was lovely.
We booked a Junior Suite and can honestly say had the worst nights sleep ever. The floorboards were very noisey and it felt like the guest in the next door room walked the floor the whole night and it sounded like they were in our room.

Convenient for the city centre.
The room was sparsely decorated and austere. There was no warmth to it and barely worth the price. The staff, although efficient and pleasant enough, seemed slightly aloof and disinterested. No genuine warmth to be honest.Not the best example of a Malmaison hotel.

I believe my complaint is as much the hotels responsibility as it is Booking.coms.
When searching for a hotel i used the filter for "parking" to then find when I arrived at the hotel you do not offer parking.
You only offer a small discount at a local car park or the option of on street parking which is only for a maximum of 2 hours and its just cost me £15 as we arrived late and can't move the car conveniently until after breakfast

Loved it the Signature Suite was excellent really enjoyed it beautifully furnished and all the wee touches was great. Love Arran Aromatics the bath salts smelt great. Super comfy bed and pillows. Shower bath fantastic . Had a lovely steak dinner and pleased to find it half price. Breakfast good highly recommend it all.
Just a tip to leave sugar at the coffee machine as well as the wardrobe in the bedroom.
