Hotel location ideal for purpose of our visit to Glasgow. Friendly staff on arrival and departure. Breakfast tasty, bed comfortable - overall, enjoyed our stay.
Paid extra for club room, but no air-con in room, unable to open windows and had to leave the noisy fan on all night to make the room comfortable to sleep in.
On arrival at breakfast, member of staff (didn’t catch her name) could have been a bit friendlier and welcoming when showing us to our table.

The breakfast was good.
The shower was good.
Bathroom was only room with plenty light in it.
Fridge in room to cool bottles down in.
Can take drinks from bar into room.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable.
The room was dark and had a serious lack of light how is one wee poxy light ment make a room appealing.
No vanity table and mirror with light had move the chair to mirror at wardrobe and attempt use light above that wasn't any use and use phone torch to be able see.
The place out back made a load of noise during the night at one point must have emptied bottle bins about 3 times in a night then there was banging coming from them as well.
Couldn't open windows to allow air into room because of this and the room was hot and stuffy.
