Reception staff. Polite, friendly, happy to answer any of our questions. Our evening meal was delicious. Breakfast was good good.
Restaurant staff telling us to much about there life.
At breakfast time a member of staff cleared some plates from the table, while were still eating. Never spoke, no good morning. It cost nothing to be polite.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Location was very good - especially for our visit to the nearby King's Theatre. Bar food was tasty and good selection of drinks. We only had a continental breakfast one morning on the restaurant and was good. We were credited with a voucher to spend in the hotel after an issue with our room. Our standard room was a decent size.
Air conditioning in our room had a fault and was very loud but the staff did move us to a different room (next door). The rooms above the bar aren't sound proofed enough and you can hear rowdy groups of people from the room.

Breakfast was good and in a cool setting. Comfortable bed and good to have the bath option. Great to have a fridge and bathrobes. The coffee machine was super too. An unorthodox hotel choice.
Rather gloomy lighting. Expected a super room with deluxe luxuries as we paid a little extra. Being in the original church area was mentioned. There was no view and the window looked out at an inner atrium? There were no luxury toiletries eg hand or body lotion.

The breakfast was very tasty and the room decor was nice.
