Location was perfect for visiting the Ovo hydro and for the night life in the west end.
There is no issues with this stay.

the look was great , the delivery was terrible. lack of staff across the board.
Bar staff member was never at the Bar , Beer was sour ... and overall its felt like you were in the way rather than than you were a customer that they were happy to see. Was a long wait to get served and then when it happened its was huge disappointment , Beer wasn't cold , tasted off and the general Bar itself looked disorganised and not clean.

Bar and breakfast great. Did not use restaurant for evening meal. Room comfortable with reliable heating...
Parking in city centre ridiculous. Perhaps more guidance at check in would help for best parking option/discounts available.

Bathroom was lacking sensible thought about how it is used door stop right where you step out of the bath; encouraging green awareness but limiting ways of keeping towels dry and clean; dodgy shower head sink didn’t drain correctly ……….

Room very dark and water pressure in shower wasn’t working correctly so shower kept losing pressure on and off
