Nice clean hotel in a central location, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The food of an evening was overpriced for what you got. The quality wasn't bad but not worth what you pay for it.

Good location from the bus station.
Neat, tidy and safe room.
Beds were comfy and clean, as were the towels.
Poor windows. Extremely noisy hearing the wind and street noise as if the windows were open.
Fairly loud hearing other people make their way back to their rooms. I wasn’t sure on the confusion having booked through booking.com.. it was as if they weren’t expecting us to show up. We got our room changed before we got in.
Didn’t really appreciate our welcome and the staff member who checked us in’s welcome, either.
The beds were definitely not queen size, I’d definitely say a double/small double.

Good location, good rooms, lovely staff.
I prepaid on Booking.com, on the auto check out I was charged an extra fee that I did not owe. I have phone the hotel looking for a refund and have not yet received it. The staff at reception check in even confirmed all was paid prior to arrival. Quite annoying, as I was travelling after and had to stop to make a phone call, despite being quite helpful over the phone I was told the refund would not be seen for a few days, and now I just have to trust that it will happen.

Staff very efficient at clearing tables and restocking.
Room very spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom and shower very good.
Would like to recommend Callum in the bar area - so friendly and helpful.
Very low level lighting in the room made working difficult
