Best hotel stay ive had in glasgow. Staff were all amazing and the hotel was spotless. The location is great for a lot of things especially the train station. Bed was the biggest bed ive ever seen. The rain shower was A+++ Glad i picked it as a treat for myself.
The heating in the room wasnt very good even at 30 the room still had a chill and the heating was noisy.

The Staff are amazing. Especially Hamish the Duty manager and Stevan, The restaurant manager. Reception staff, also.
The rooms are beautiful.
Comfy bed
Powerful shower.
Free glass bottle of sparkling and still water.
Breakfast was hot, fresh and plenty of choice.
The noise from the railway station.
The noise from the traffic.
If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.
