Friendly welcome, bar staff refused the included comp voucher so don't upgrade.Rooms not much bigger, dirty Nespresso machine, bathroom lovely Exec lounge pretty standard, breakfast very good, top notches for overnight oats - all in all don't bother upgrading. "Cocktail specials poor, bar staff / waiting very poor. breakfast staff and breakfast grill chef amazing!!!
Housekeeping staff entering at 12 when paying for 2pm checkout. Just embarrassed

Everything, the gym was amazing! Looked great and add all the machines and free weights you would want and love the vibe of it! Being able to connect your phone to the tv is brilliant! Every hotel should have that :)

Everything was great. Ideal location for where we were visiting. Nearby car park. Close to train line to get to The Armadillo. Breakfast was excellent quality and staff very professional but friendly at the same time. We will definitely be back

What a fantastic location close to many amenities and car parking The reception area was beautiful Staff very professional and smart The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the evening meal was superb
I was so disappointed reading reviews I thought this place was going to be amazing how wrong was I people are easily pleased if they think tiny rooms that are very cold despite having the heater on it didn’t work very well that have 1 light bulb in the ceiling the room is so dark I was using my phone torch to look for things there’s no where to do hair and make up you have to live out of your suitcase as the wardrobe is tiny with 2 coat hangers no where for underwear The most uncomfortable bed it was so hard the pillows were really hard and made my ears sore the bedding was like cardboard It wasn’t that clean we had coke left in the fridge it was dusty the windows filthy no shower mat hardly any loo roll Might I add we had one of the executive rooms I dread to think what an average room is like The constant noise from traffic and trains never stops and we had a strange fan kinda noise going 24/7 really annoying complained to be told it’s some kinda safety feature needles to say we didn’t get much sleep I’m afraid I’m not easily pleased I expected much more
