Upgraded to an executive room on the standby system which was great, love the extras - access to the lounge which had soft drinks, water, hot drinks, biscuits, quiet space. Also had a ticket for a free coffee at the bar, 10% of food & drink. The room was spotless, spacious & had small added extras, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap & a small beauty box with cotton buds & pads.
Staff were lovely, very attentive. Had breakfast in the morning whuch was lovely, plenty of choice even for me as i require gluten free options. They had a nice seeded bread instead of the usual plain white.

We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for 1 night we found the staff pleasant the room was nice and the hotel was in a great location when we visit Glasgow again we will come back and stay at the Leonardo Hotel.
We only stayed for 1 night due to work commitments would have been nice to have a longer stay.

Too much noise coming from other rooms and the hallway during the night. Not very soundproof. Was kept awake till the early hrs of the morning. TV Channels didn't work properly.
