Very Good

Superior room was spotless very spacious and comfortable

Because the hotel is so near the train line you hear the rail sounds . I had asked for high floor twice pre visit as I am a light sleeper . Our room was on the 4th floor so not a high floor but sound was not too intrusive.

Very central location and pretty modern hotel. Room was a good size also with comfortable beds.

The heating didn’t work properly in our room which in December is unfortunately. Bathroom specifically was freezing cold.

We’ve stayed here a few times now, lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, great location. We stayed in the junior suite this time and it was nice to have a sofa to sit on and a bigger bathroom plus the use of the executive lounge.

I wish they would have one soft and one firm pillow but they don’t it’s two firm pillows and I find it like sleeping on a brick. On 2 occasions staff were outside our room for quite sometime on walkie talkies and they were extremely loud (not a biggy but it did disturb us)

Location is great. Hotel is nice and feels safe. Beds are okay, a little soft.

Room for three people was really tight. Nowhere for all of us three to put our suitcases unlessit took all of the floor space.. Only one really small cabinet. Nowhere to hang our jackets. Could really use a standing hanger (or wall hangers) for outside clothes. And also better cabinet space for three people to be able to put some clothes away or hang something up. Only 5 hangers for 3 people.
