The use of the executive room was a great addition to the room with drinks and snacks always available.
Room didn't look like it did on the photo, reminded me of a Premier Inn room if im honest. No sound proofing so every little bit of noise could be heard outside which meant we only had a couple of hours sleep for the first 2 nights. For an "Executive Room" it was very small and cold at night.

Stayed here previously under the Jury’s brand, the revamp on takeover is amazing the decor is more aesthetically pleasing. Liked everything about the place

Fantastic hotel, breakfast, comfort of the beds & pillows & excellent location. Couldn't fault anything.
Aircon' unit didnt work in both rooms & It was exceptionally hot & difficult to sleep. It was reported & they said someone would come the following day to reset it but no one came. We were given fans. I mentioned it again the 2nd day but it wasn't fixed. We just opened windows, shut curtains etc.

Very rude night manager asking us to go to bed, so cleaners could clean, whilst we were watching World Cup match, in lobby.

good selection for breakfast, plenty of options. check in was straightforward. bed was comfy and room was spacious. shower was nice and powerful
the staff in the dining room were rude, twice our table was cleared while we had fresh juice/food on it. we had our first table taken by someone else due to this. there was no manners in any of the breakfast room staff. all other staff members were lovely.

Loved the executive lounge. The staff were really friendly and helful. The room was bright and airy. Modern. Design. The shower was amazing.
