Breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice. Room and facilities in room good. Big comfy bed and very clean. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Service from staff excellent and a special thank you for Patricia.
Cost for evening meal was in my view overpriced. £21.00 for Frozen Fish, Chips and peas was very disappointing. ☹️Air conditioning very noisy and had to switch off. Not good in warm weather.

I found the bed and pillows not very comfortable. The usb ports in my room didn’t work.

Conveniently located for Glasgow Central station and the main shopping streets, one of Leonardo’s jewels has to be the omelette chefs: a great way to start the day!
The surrounding area isn’t the smartest, but you forget that when you step in the door.

Stayed in a Leonardo hotel previously and this was just as good as that one. Great bed lots of space and very clean. Liked the high quality coffee and tea selection in the room and the white company toiletries. Nice side view of the Clyde from room 614 and it is within walking distance of Glasgow central station. There are places nearby to grab a breakfast if you don’t want the hotel one. I rarely eat breakfast so did not try Leonardo’s

Decent location right at the edge of city centre. Nice to be by the water. The gym is excellent -- one of the better hotel gyms around, with a squat rack (surprising), machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, and two pelotons. It's a full gym. That was a big plus.
The bed was not terrific. The sound privacy between rooms was not good; I could hear my neighbors' TV through the walls. I would have called to complain but they shut it off after about a half hour, though I regret not asking the front desk to say something. Also, the cleaning job they did on my room was very incomplete. Breakfast seemed fine, though I didn't eat much. Would have been nice to have non-machine coffee.

Location. Friendly staff.(especially Angus)
Paid for a junior suite which was was right next to the lifts.i am a light sleeper so I asked for a quiet room.
Callum put us in 11th floor , I asked about train noise as I have stayed there before and was awake at 5am due to train noise.
He assured me we were so high up we would not hear anything. 5am again train noise was present. Even my daughter was wakened and she is a heavy sleeper.
When I complained I was told we should have been moved to th street side of the building.
They gave us a free breakfast which is in my opinion not any where compensation.
