The hotel is very nice, the bar has a good variety of drinks and food.
The rooms were comfortable and the shower was great.
The bar closes a bit too early in my opinion. Some other hotels even have a 24/7 bar. Lighting in the room can improve since it was a bit too dark even with all lights on.

Room unbearably hot. No way to cool. Cool outside but no way to turn off blasting heat. Location a bit seedy.

Good location in the center of Glasgow, very clean and well equipped. Despite being next to the railway was not noisy.

The staff were friendly and cleaning staff did a great job everyday.
I asked for a room with a view so they put me on 9th floor which was great.
The windows were so good I was overlooking station and could hardly hear anything
Location is great too.
The TV needed more channels and tuning in. Not much choice

The staff was perfect, our room was divine, super clean, super comfy. The breakfast is really good. And the , couldn't ask for better
