Double room was a good size, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and the shower was great. Nespresso coffee machine and a good tea selection. Great breakfast choices and friendly staff.
Nothing really - a small but rather important critique was there wasn’t any coat hooks in the room and there wasn’t a light above the mirror to do your hair etc, the rooms were lacking in light, nice to chill but not to get ready to go out

Location was good and within walking distance to attractions. Room was adequate as was the bathroom! Lovely shower !
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices on offer.
Service of room !
Room was not made up on 2nd day and no clean towels were provided .
Asked why at reception and received a strange reply that they do not make up the rooms every day especially if no request is hanging on door !! ?? Our friends next door had their room made up without requests??

Very nice & clean & staff very very helpful & pleasant. Lovely room & bathroom with a nice nepresso machine. Lovely toiletries that smell fab. Good location especially for Central Railway station.

The facilities in the room was exceptional. The room was beautiful, bathroom was great and all in all great. Great service from the maids and reception also. Easy check in and out. Bar was great too downstairs.
The only small thing is that it’s located next to the train station, although not a lot of noise there was still some

The room was lovely and roomy, the shower was great, coffee was good (pod machine). Location was very handy, close to Park and Ride (Park and Walk in our case), and handy for the city centre.

The room was spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Our bathroom had a large walk-in shower with excellent water pressure.
The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way for us.
Shopping and places to eat were a short walk from the hotel, making it an excellent location to stay with very reasonable rates. The hotel also has luggage storage, which was a huge bonus for us.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

I always stay here when travelling to Glasgow. Location is excellent, rooms and facilities are brilliant and the staff are always so friendly and attentive! Patricia has checked me in so many times and is always so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
