I liked the location, it was out the way but close by to shops, bars and restaurants.
The bed was really comfortable and the view was good.

Room was modern and clean. A little small for a suite but had everything you could need. Access to the lounge was nice with snacks you could take back to the room.
Location is very central although obviously very close to the station and you can hear the trains. Food in the restaurant was pretty poor and very expensive which was the only real disappointment.

The hotel as a whole was stylish, comfortable and very welcoming. I especially like the comfortable bed and the shower was great. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Great location near the city’s shopping area. Lovely hotel, we had a super king deluxe room, with large bed. Very clean bathroom and air conditioning.
Great cocktails at the bar.
Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and continental food.

Close to Glasgow Central it’s in an ideal location for a city break. We were treated to a complimentary upgrade which always makes you feel like a valued customer. The room was spacious, the bed big and comfy and the shower room was everything we needed.

Location great, nice breakfast.
Loads of things wrong in room - heating broken (I was so cold I pulled duvet off the spare bed and still had cold nose and feet), nespresso machine broken, hairdryer missing, lightbulbs bust. Staff did their best to fix.

The hotel room was nice, clean, comfortable. But farily expensive for a room for a night
It was very noisy overnight, not from other guests but what seemed to be the plumbing system. Very loud noises coming from the walla in the middle of the night
