Great location, close to the city centre, easy check in. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great choice of breakfast items to choose from. Will definitely stay again, next time I visit Glasgow. 10/10

Pillows, our bath towels changed but only one replaced? This was not a mistake as we had 3 double rooms with couples in all three, and only one bath towel left in each?? Nothing else was done in the room so it didn’t make sense.
