Disappointing
Very clean. Good location for town. Nice staff and excellent breakfast.
Sound of the station all night and there was a rattle in the air conditioner that kept me awake half the night. Mentioned it in the morning but the staff member didn’t seem overly concerned.

Gym was great - loved the Peloton as I was able to log on to my account and use it! Food was good and staff really friendly. Good central location.
The room walls seemed thin and my bed seemed to back onto the room bed next door. Next door had a VERY good time…while I got woken up ridiculously early and periods of no sleep!

Decor was beautiful! Gorgeous furnishings, staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming, we had torrential rain (and snow) during our nights stay and staff offed taxis and umbrella’s to help us stay dry during our visit
The only thing about the whole stay was how dim the room was, no lights at the area of the coffee maker,

All good. No negatives. Especially impressed that there is a fridge in the room. Nice decor. Helpful staff. Good value for money.
The price of food was way too high. When we stayed a few weeks ago my partner was horrified at the poor quality of the fish and chips. Swimming in grease and very expensive. Maybe that was a one off? I haven't tried the food myself as I'd rather nip out and get a takeaway for a fraction of the price.
