Good location. Nice room
The heating system was sporadic. It was difficult to use. The room for very cold at night. Upon returning to the room late at night it was uncomfortably cold. The air convection heating took a long time to warm up the room.
I was disappointed to be charged £10 for a later check out until 12 noon (1 hour). Other hotels allow this free of charge upon request at reception.

This hotel, just like Leonardo hotel that I stayed at in Glasgow was really nice.
- Firstly, the staff member I dealt with was lovely. He was very personable and we had a nice chat.
- The foyer had a very nice hotel feel to it
- The restaurant staff we lovely and there were two lovely Scottish ladies who paid for my wine at dinner which was so sweet!
- The food and wine was really nice
- Breakfast was lovely
P.s... I lost a tartan scrunchie, if it's found, please let me know! Thank you :)
The room i was assigned smelt of bleach so i was changed to another room. The second room smelt of pino clean but was better than bleach. Aside from that the room was nice.

Everthing was PerfectCare From reception to rõõm
We had a late checkout for 2pm which we appreciated so much. However, The housekeeper knocked at 9am and at 11am to Cleaning The rõõm and that was annoying.

Great staff and good sized room, comfortable pillows and mattress. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was a nice spread, with lots of variation. Overall exactly what a hotel should be. No complaints!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotels decor and general level of standard. The bar was a nice area to sit and enjoy a drink. The rooms and bathroom were a nice size and decor was all modern and clean. The coffee and tea provided in the rooms was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The heating in the room was a little tricky to work out.
