- Close to everything in town. Big bathroom and walk in shower. Plenty tea, coffee and milk. Comfy bed.
Location not the safest (even warned by taxi driver) not to go out alone in location at night as known as the “four corners”. We were unaware of this prior to booking.
The lady at front desk was rude when asking for a second hairdryer, and more towels (as room for 3 but only amenities were supplied for two)
Overall nice hotel but was it worth the money - definitely not. Stayed in premier inns half the price and staff made us feel much more welcome.

Really nice hotel and great location. Staff were friendly and the room was turned over really well every day.
The walls between bedroom and toilet were very thin. Shop downstairs was really expensive.

All good.Only thing asked for extension had to pay for every hour past 11am.Most hotels give you an extra or two hour extension(especially after taking 3 rooms).But overall loved the location

Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast had a decent spread. The hotel is very close to Glasgow Railway Station and the city centre, which makes getting around easy. There are also plenty of good restaurant options in the vicinity, adding to the convenience of the location.

This was an amazing hotel. I booked it last minute on a deal when my train was diverted to Glasgow, and it exceeded my expectations. Easy location, huge lobby with plenty of amenities, and a great room. Highly recommend!

It was very nicely decorated and comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and amazing city centre location.
This is a bit strange but the air freshener in the lobby was incredibly overpowering! It literally stung my nose. Breakfast all looked amazing on the surface but the fried eggs - all cooked and left to dry under heat - were awful, the bacon was dry and tasted terrible and the OJ was vile!!! Really watery and no flavour at all, obviously powdered muck. They had wee smoothies like the Radisson so I was really excited but those were really tart and flavourless. I was really disappointed with the entire breakfast.

The hotel was so easy to find and was so central to all the things we were doing on our trip! The room was lovely and clean (as was the rest of the hotel) and the staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful! Big shout out to Samuel who helped out my elderly mother with her large suitcase!
Other than the lifts taking a while to arrive when called, there is nothing. It is a fabulous hotel!
