Wonderful
Room was excellent although the bathroom was chilly - no heating!
Breakfast was excellent - wide choice, nicely cooked and presented, good choice of breads and pastries.
Location - very central easy to walk to most places. Good choice of things to see- galleries, cathedral and restaurants.

I had a free upgrade on arrival, quick check in, the room was very clean, modern, all the facilities, lots of free refreshments , shower products all The White Company, the room just had everything you needed and all the facilities, bed really comfortable too.

Had events to attend in Glasgow on consecutive Saturdays but the cost doubled from one Saturday to the next - sadly only stayed the first Saturday

Great location,close to train station and city centre.Short walk to 02 academy which was reason for hotel choice.Room excellent and breakfast was superb.Would definitely stay here again

The staff were really nice and the location is good. The breakfast was awesome too!
It was dirty. We found a fake nail under the bed and there were greasy hand marks on the window. Also I'm pretty sure the double glazing in room 415 was busted because it was cold and loud.

Easy online check-in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable . We didn't eat there so can't comment on food.

Central location, helpful reception staff, ease of getting to and from places. Super comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet being on the roadside of the hotel.breakfast was good too.
Maybe look at a bit better lighting for applying makeup and getting ready.
