Facilities excellent, executive room fantastic which included use of executive lounge, early check in and late check out - fantastic!! Breakfast was very good, large selection of hot and cold food. Staff very friendly, polite and professional in all areas of the hotel especially Kamil on reception.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location on the river and close to shops . Room was ready for us before checkin time and hotel happy to hold onto backs after checkout. Will definitely be back!
