Everything was perfect, room lovely and clean, booked for 2 adults and were given a room with 2 double beds. Considering how big the hotel was and we were staying on a Friday night, it was so quiet. Lived having a wee fridge in the room too.

The location was okay. The Hotel breakfast has a great choice. The Superior double room was okay for one night.
The Superior double room was a bit smaller than expected. The floor in the room had some debris on it (not a lot) it makes you think has this room been cleaned properly. I reported it to the front desk on check-out, I think they should at least have offered to take off the cost of one breakfast but they didn't offer anything.

Spacious room with 2 comfortable double beds and lovely toiletries. Access to the executive lounge and late check-out was a real bonus. Great location for exploring Glasgow

Affordable and good.
Was one guy in the reception that has talked to us any how in the day we want extend our stay for only more days. We want change the room to go more higher. The day before we was supposed to sign out, we went to reception and we asked and a very good lady tald us , you just come here in the reception tomorrow before the our you are supposed to sign out and because you are already here we just give you a room another room higher. So in the morning in day after, immediately after our breakfast we went to reception to give us the other room higher the guy that attended to us arrogantly told us , you only can change your room at 3pm not now. We tried to explain what the day before his colleague told us but him cut us off very arrogantly. Me and my daughter just avoided him and decided stay in the same room. That was so awkward and unpleasant. We asked ourselves is it because we are black??? - We avoided him and decided to not let him spoil our holiday. Thank you!
