Stayed in the hotel beautiful ,breakfast was delicious definitely recommend and will be back soon
That booking .com states that its dog friendly when in fact there’s no dogs allowed in the hotel only the lodges we booked hotel thinking we could take dog then had to find someone to look after our dog at the last minute

We did the stable tour which was lovely. The horses are friendly and beautiful. The room, the junior suite, was very nice.
I love this place, I've stayed here a few times, but I wish they took better care of it.

This was supposed to be a Junior Suite!It was entirely different from the description! There was no separation between the sleeping area and the seating area! Which meant no privacy! One of the key reasons you hire a suite.The sink in the bathroom had an ancient crack which could break any moment, the shower head does not stay on the pole keeps on falling down, the water pressure was pathetic.A dirty smell and stuff coming out of the jets pr water holes
All night long the drone of of a generator or an extractor fan was unbearable!
The pillows were flat as pancakes.Being a 4 star hotel, could not believe how pathetic the pillows were! The bed was a double, was really too small for 2 people of average size!For a Suite atleast super king size is a must for the price we paid for a one night stay.Tea and coffee facilities were the new style of coffee pods in Italian!No sweetener and the coffee pods were really strong coffee.ok for some! A single sachet of Nescafe was definitely missed!.
The view was a narrow balcony window which would only open a little as there was a lock fitted to restrict opening.Being a Suite it was really disappointing not to be able to see the beautiful views.All one could see a parched field with a horse trying to find grass to graze!
On the whole an overpriced double room sold as a Suite, badly furnished and nothing special about this place.Give it a miss at those high prices.

Outstanding views …lovley location .. quiet area
Cleaning staff let the place down .. one of my pillows was burst open that should of been replaced, I had a two night stay cleaners came in made the bed but didn’t remove dirty cups or top up teas and coffees .. shower handle was very loose and window didn’t close properly ..
