We arrived late into Glasgow airport so the location was perfect as it was just a short drive from the airport. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety

The hotel was spotless, and the on-site restaurant is good value with lots of tasty dishes. The staff were lovely and friendly. However, on our 2nd visit to the restaurant, very slow to see to us.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Some items were overcooked and very dry. .

The area is very nice with some great views.
The log cabin was tired and very run down, the standards of cleaning were poor, toilet doors, seats, were broken, en-suite sink was blocked, fridge and air fryer were disgusting, you couldn’t have kept any fresh foods in the fridge or even cooked anything in the air fryer. There was a huge Dyson on the carpet in the main bedroom which was disgusting, the crockery or cutlery were disgusting and couldn’t be used. The side lights if the cabin were broken and had to use our mobile phone lights to walk around the back to get access to the hot tub.

Clean, well stocked lodge. Brilliant hot tub and sauna facilities
Internet was poor. could not get netflix or other apps working on TV so had to rely on watching random TV channels. Sofa has lost its support/cushioning on the seats.

Ingliston is lovely place and surroundings. Staff first class. Lodges are very clean. However, they are in desperate need of refurbishment. They are very dark and old fashioned. Not very comfortable lounge area. They have taken out the microwave and replaced it with an airfryer. You need both if you have 6 adults staying over and no toaster. Very poor furnished kitchen and living area. Bedrooms very dark.

The showers were amazing, and the room was clean and well stocked.
Nothing was a problem, and the staff and the hotel and restaurant couldn't do enough to help.
We had a lovely Valentines stay and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning.
Rooms were slightly small, but they were clean and well equipped.
