Beautiful location and the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful.
The breakfast staff were super helpful in providing gluten free options and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Amazing view of the hills and paddocks from our room
For £170 a night I expected better quality rooms but they were very basic and the beds were small and uncomfortable. Below Premier inn quality.
The coffee machine in the room leaked water all over the desk (and my laptop) and the toilet roll holder needed fixing. The room was also unbearably hot throughout the night.
Also very unimpressed with the additional £50 holding fee which gets taken off your credit card when you book in and which (at 4pm day of checkout) I'm still waiting to be returned. No reason to hold it that long (we left the room in good condition).

It was located in a quiet area not far from the Glasgow airport. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was delicious .
The restaurant on site was Italian. It was loud and the service and food was just okay.

Lodges were lovely and very comfortable.
Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding, we had a table for 9 and all meals came out together and all were hot.
Breakfast for 12 of us and the staff handled it without hesitation.
We had 2 lodges with jacuzzi and sauna would have been nice to be able to use them before we went to the wedding but only available from 4pm.

We were surprised by how lovely the place was, and seeing the paddocks with horses was an extra boon. The room was very clean and comfy. The dinner at the restaurant was fabulous, as was breakfast.
It was really nice, and there was nothing we didn't like.

The room was comfortable and it was in a beautiful setting. We got to watch riders in an indoor arena while we ate dinner and from our room we saw riders in an outside ring
The price was higher than I would have liked.

The function suites are beautiful . The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast staff were helpful.
Staff in all, were a credit.
The hotel rooms are quite basic for the price . We only had one hand towel. The lamps were dusty. We had to ask for more milk & tea. There was no bar in the hotel , as it was a wet & windy night we didn’t want to walk to the restaurant twice getting wet. Room service was an option but only one chair or sit on the bed

Staff were friendly & helpful. Good selection at breakfast (though would benefit from covers in hot food during non-peak times), grounds & view were lovely.
Noise through walls & ceiling in room was loud - poor insulation meant could hear a lot of conversation at what seemed like normal conversation level was audible. Feels like the spa area could be better used if not only on a pre-book system (aka available for all included unless room has booked privately).

Very Good
Junior Suite was spacious, Jacuzzi bath was very welcome. Facilities were good, Food in the resturant was excellent.
Bulbs missing in lighting, Nail varnish marks on bath, door handles and stains in carpet. No fridge! Bathroom marble shelf not fixed down, Dangerous! Rwalplug holes in bathroom wall
