All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a very pleasant and helpful waitress. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful and very well kept. Horses and paddocks were a bonus. In a lovely quiet area but only about 20 minutes from Glasgow and also convenient for the airport. We will definitely stay at hotel again.
Nothing everything as great. Could not fault the hotel or surroundings.

Breakfast was lovley.
Main meal at the wedding was terrible - chicken was so over cooked and service took so long between courses
Room wasn't very clean - toilet was dirty around shower with hair and dirt. terrible shower

A young waitress Mischa was very good, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.staff in general we're friendly.
Too many younger staff with limited experience and knowledge of products. One exception as noted above. I was charged for food attributed to my room from another customer. This was resolved after my visit and followed up on the Monday. It looked like there was very little leadership in the restaurant, no cohesion with tasks noted.

The location is great, away from the main road, but easily accessible. The rooms are to a uniformly good standard. Food in the attached Palomino’s restaurant is excellent.
Staff were very helpful.
Minor comment - the bedside light couldn’t be operated without getting out of bed and no means of charging a phone by the bed.

Rooms were far too hot. Fan on the go from check in. And heatin on! Which couldn’t be turned off. Most uncomfortable nights sleep
