Very well laid out, spacious and the rooms in the hotel were fantastic. Staff were outstanding! Very polite, highly professional, efficient and very well presented at all times. The food in Palamino’s restaurant was exquisite and the Stornoway Chicken was exceptional. We had a fantastic 2 day stay for work and were made to feel very welcome at all times.

I paid for a delux room I was room 23 I had a baby with me and there was someone on the balcony beside me playing music too all hours also I requested a travel cot and it was broken so had to sleep with the baby in bed with us also got a iron from reception and it was black it had burnt something previously when I went to iron my top the black marks have been transferred on to my T-shirt

Wonderful
This was my 2nd stay and my favourite place to just escape that is relatively local. Peaceful location. Can watch the horses from the window. Jacuzzi in the room, clean and tidy room. Bed was very comfy, best sleep ive had since my last stay!
Everything was mostly perfect. Very expensive for the one night I stayed. £100 more than I spent a few months ago for the exact same room.

The detail put into these cabins is so very much appreciated, beautiful bed linen, black out curtains, comfortable and new beds. The owners are definitely really concerned with the visitor experience. No expense spared to make the stay as comfortable and clean as home

Room was disabled room that we did not request and was on the bottom floor no net curtains or blinds for privacy x coffe pods but no coffee machine.
The room was next to door to reception door which was used all night

Hotel was perfect for event at the Braehead Arena, breakfast was really good
Restaurant in hotel the food was good, however the service wasn’t the best. Wine dumped on table no glasses, warm wine glasses, then the fries we ordered never arrived for main course
