The lodge was nice
Check in time is very late for the price you pay & although the lodge was clean the maid had left a plate with food on it just inside the door

Beautiful location and the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful.
The breakfast staff were super helpful in providing gluten free options and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Amazing view of the hills and paddocks from our room
For £170 a night I expected better quality rooms but they were very basic and the beds were small and uncomfortable. Below Premier inn quality.
The coffee machine in the room leaked water all over the desk (and my laptop) and the toilet roll holder needed fixing. The room was also unbearably hot throughout the night.
Also very unimpressed with the additional £50 holding fee which gets taken off your credit card when you book in and which (at 4pm day of checkout) I'm still waiting to be returned. No reason to hold it that long (we left the room in good condition).

Nice view from the room to the horses outside. I attended a wedding at the venue and the grand marquee was a stunning facility. The breakfast room was very relaxing and good food selection.
The room was quite dated and wasn’t worth how much we paid for it. On top of this, we were asked to provide a £50 safety deposit and our card details which I felt was over the top for what it was.
The coffee machine in the breakfast room appeared very complicated and confused all the guests trying to work it.
We had trouble sleeping as the room next door played loud music and the guests were noisy. I attempted several times to contact reception via the in room phone. Eventually our call was answered after 1am and a staff member addressed the problem.

Wonderful
The whole experience. Breakfast was buffet style in the hotel. There was an option of sit down served breakfast in the restaurant.
We were attending a Curry and Comedy event.

Immaculate and beautifully presented.
Staff were amazing.
Nothing really. It would definitely benefit from a leisure facility such as pool, steam and sauna etc for me but the whole place is awesome.

Size of junior suite although there where no coat hangers to put clothes on apart from the ones with dressing gowns on.
Room.was quite dusty in bits.
Noise in morning. ..6am...seemed.like fans from kitchen.
Very annoying and seeing it was a Sunday didn't like the rude awakening..
Breakfast was awful...No glasses at times,
Coffee machine was awful and had to wait for fill ups of scrambled egg etc...

Lovely location , the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful,
Communication was good prior to visit
Breakfast had decent choices, and the raspberry yoghurt was awesome.
Palomino restaurant was excellent too especially Ross who fabulous.
Gracie was awesome too
Minor issue , but the pillows weren't very comfy , hubby thought they were fine but he can sleep on a clothes line. I stay in numerous hotels and just found them pretty hard.
