Room was disabled room that we did not request and was on the bottom floor no net curtains or blinds for privacy x coffe pods but no coffee machine.
The room was next to door to reception door which was used all night

Hotel was perfect for event at the Braehead Arena, breakfast was really good
Restaurant in hotel the food was good, however the service wasn’t the best. Wine dumped on table no glasses, warm wine glasses, then the fries we ordered never arrived for main course

It was stunning, rustic and cosy!
Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but we still enjoyed our stay.

Location was great and the breakfast was wonderful
Some of the lights in the room didn't work and the duvet was thin. One of the pillows was marked.

The hotel was set in nice peaceful surroundings.
This was advertised as a spa hotel. It had nothing. I booked for my boyfriends birthday. Staff were most unhelpful. They never looked into this for me. Booking.com never got back to help me either. I paid almost £200 for a basic room with no spa facilities and was really disappointed.

Breakfast was first class, everything that you could have wanted. Everything was fresh, even the poached eggs that we asked for!!!
