Perfect center location.
Bar and restaurant area is very cosy.
Free hot drinks went down a treat.
Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
Room was perfect and comfortable .
Very quiet hotel at night, got a good night's sleep.

The location is perfect for Glasgow City centre. Room is quiet, no disturbance. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 5 stars to them for excellent customer service. I was in a Queen room and had everything I needed.

Very clean, vibrant room with good facilities and shower. Staff very helpful and polite. Great value for money. Would happily return and recommend.
Only annoyance was the sound of a fan generator in my room which was distracting when sleeping.
