Friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was clinically clean, warm and so comfortable. The location was excellent. We are going to Ibis in Annecy France at New Year and are hoping for more of the same . Breakfast was awesome.

Central location - 5 minute walk from Glasgow Central or Queen Street, reception team were helpful, friendly and welcoming. We arrived at midday and our room was ready, it was clean fresh and quiet ( even though we were right in the city centre over the weekend ) The hotel bar was quiet too, we didn’t eat at the hotel but breakfast looked good. On our last day we could leave our bags, free hot drinks in reception were available, and if you were staying two nights and didn’t have house keeping on the next day you could have a free drink at the bar. All in all a great hotel, and the best part was the staff.

Location wise it’s fairly central. Noisy part of town however, facing off into servicing alleys. A street that can attract some undesirables, so best to look elsewhere if safety is paramount

Close to centre of city. Nice clean room and shower. Secure hotel. Great breakfast.
No fried eggs for breakfast. No tunnocks teacakes anymore.

Noisy fan from toilet and brought cold in to the room . Heating was great but again noisy although heated room well . Both were too noisy . Room was clean. Staff fine . Breakfast good. Would stay again .
