Good location, nice restaurants, close to train station
Bed was comfortable ... a little on the firmer side. Has a bar and restaurant.
Staff are very nice.
Kettle in closet.
This hotel is a solid option for the location. I would stay again.
I found it hot, and the window in this room actually opened but did not provide any relief. There is an air conditioner, but it did not work properly or could be me.

Bed was very comfy, room was lovely and clean. Room was laid out exactly as you would expect for the price
Limited veggie/vegan options on the breakfast so wasn’t worth the cost. Would be about value for money if you eat meat (sausages/bacon/black pudding)

Perfect location, rooms very clean. The facilities available were absolutely fabulous and a cracking breakfast. Really good value for money. Definitely would stay here again.

Location - perfect, very central, a few minutes walk from main railway station, bars, restaurants and shopping
Staff - excellent, very friendly, professional and courteous
Room - very clean, modern, comfortable bed, toiletries provided. Shower fine, but not very powerful
Facilities - great bar and restaurant are, pool table available for guests, decent music in the background
Breakfast - good choice of continental with cheese, ham, pastries, jams etc. hot food a bit disappointing as had to wait for hot plates to be replenished which took a while and still wasn’t very hot
