As a solo traveller I felt safe as you had to use key card to get to room floors
the staff were great nothing was an issue
I know it couldn't be helped but the view out side was other rooms in a square
The lighting in the room wasn't the best

it does say when you search that this includes parking however this isn’t true but they do offer a discount for parking nearby. this may be a bit misleading however

Staff were super friendly. Room exactly as described.
Interior courtyard view. Mattress was super firm and hard as a rock. Fire alarm went off at 12:30 am due to some guest "taking a shower" and the "steam set it off".

Staff were friendly and helpful location perfect . Ncp car park less than 5 minutes walk away
Unfortunately nobodies fault but fire alarm went off at 12.30 am . No real explanation as to why so everyone evacuated .
Also shower pressure pretty poor .

Location
The room was not in a properly clean state when I arrived. There were several spill marks on the chair and the sitting stool, and the walls had small dirt marks. The floor also didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, as I could clearly see hairs on it. Another inconvenience was the lighting setup. There is only one switch to control the lights, located near the door, and it turns on all the lights at once—including the aisle and bedside lights. This makes it difficult to control the lighting comfortably from the bed.
