The staff were okay. The room was clean and bed comfortable.
The location of the hotel is not sauchiehall street but west regent street and it took a while to find it in the pouring rain.
There was no heating in the room. No thermostat or radiators. I was freezing cold and soaked through with no heating. Not good!

Good location to King's Theatre. friendly staff at reception.
Room.wasnt great. Lots of stains on carpet. Not a full mattress protector. Mattress at bottom exposed. Didn't want to walk on carpet with bare feet. Toilet door was like a train toilet. Door didn't fully close. There is a step up to bathroom as shower water runs into bathroom.

Disappointing
The pillows were very comfortable, which helped me get some rest. The location was also convenient for getting around.
The room was not clean, and there was no bottled water available in the room or for purchase. Breakfast was disappointing the eggs and pancakes were cold at 10am when we went down for breakfast. The WiFi did not work during my stay, and when I requested towels, they never arrived.
