Cheap and staff were friendly when getting my parking validated
Beds were extremely uncomfortable, carpets were very badly stained, toilet was soo loud and creaky and didn’t flush properly and the toilet paper was sooo cheap and like sandpaper

Reasonable city centre location, 15/20 mins walk from main shopping areas and handy for bus
Hotel clean and all basics you’d need
Staff were amazing, super helpful and welcoming and really great
Not the hotels fault but we did have an inconsiderate and very loud neighbour across the hall who had a loud phone call in the hall very early in the morning for 20 minutes, actually ended up having to go out and ask him to quiet down he was so loud while we were trying to sleep before our morning flight out, don’t see why he didn’t take the call in his own room or go to the lobby instead of disturbing everyone - aside from that our stay was everything we needed and the staff are honestly great

Great location. Rooms spacious and tidy.
I wish the housekeeping wouldn’t start banging on folks doors from 9am onwards. If I’m due to check out at 11, I’d like to think that they’d just wait til I’ve left….

Great room ,modern ,very clean had every thing that was required.Close to resturants theatre the reason for our stay .Very comfortable and breakfast was exceptional and staff were very helpful .We asked for poached eggs not a problem . Would recommend most definitely .
If it isn’t broken you don’t need to fix it .That’s my motto . Keep delivering what your doing and everyone is happy customers and staff .Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable .
