The property was amazing had much space around and was clean
Well my tv in my room wasn’t working and I told someone at receptionist to come to my room to sort it out she came couldn’t find out the issue went away and told my manager is going to come but she going came to my room 1 night before

We were right beside where we needed to be
Our room was on the first floor just above the main entrance and the noise from the street below kept me awake all night, from people smoking and talking to the wee hours, to delivery lorry after delivery lorry loading and unloading, even with the window closed the noise was so intrusive.
So it was a choice between being too hot to sleep, with the window closed and too loud (but cooler) to sleep with the window open.

The staff were great and allowed us to check in slightly earlier than expected.
Location is fine but about 15 mins walk up a hill from the main shopping area and is down a very quiet side street. There was a stain on the carpet of the room. The view out the window was pretty grim with rubbish strewn across a flat roof connected to the hotel. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and at the front door every time we went in or out. Dodgy vibes.
