Staff were friendly and gave good information. Great location and easy to walk to a lot of key city centre places.
Bed was hard and not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming. Room obviously geared up for accessible use which is fine, but the wet room drain needs looked at as it is so slow to drain.

Check-in was easy, and the staff member was approachable, and pleasant. The facilities were adequate for a single night stay, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that both a firm, and soft pillow were provided.

Lovely room very clean, bed really comfortable and shower was great! All staff were very welcoming and so friendly. My friend and I have booked again for December.
Can’t think of anything to improve our stay.
