Not the property’s fault but was clammy day and walked from Queen st station.. was uphill with case on wheels.. if anyone reads this get a taxi lol

Tiny toom, tv wouldn't connect to ipad as the contract for the service had been allowed to expire. Fan in room was broken.

Location was ok, handy for the centre, not the loveliest but ok, staff were nice
Bathroom pod was shabby and leaked, beds were tiny. Cooked Breakfast was dreadful the and we couldn’t eat the food.

The size of the room and the bathroom was bigger than I expected (I excepted to be very small)
The location was quiet and a 10 minutes walk into Sauchiehall Street, which is busy
The staff are friendly
The lighting was dark
The cleanliness was not the best
When other people's door closes, there is a loud thump, so you are hear it quite a bit in the morning.

It was obvious this is a asylum hotel. Very disconcerting having multiple nationality occupancy. Lots of young men hanging around. The room although very tiny was adequate for a stop over, however once we returned the room smelt so strongly of methane smell from bathroom we felt bound to ask for another room. As it was full we actually applied for refund and checked out at 10.45pm due to feeling unsafe which is quite a statement given we were in the middle of Glasgow and felt safer outside with no alternative hotel. Luckily we found the Ibis could take us which allowed us to rest.

Location perfect for Kings Theatre. Breakfast was amazing. What a choice and very helpful staff members. The whole experience was very positive

Location was good. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to the train and bus stations
The toilet flush was very old. My friends room flush stopped working and they could only fix it the next day in the morning.
