Easy checking in and out, polite staff, clean and practical room. The location is also very good.
The bathroom is a bit smaller than you'd want, but it is certainly clean and has everything you need.

The hotel's excellent location, close to the train station, was very convenient. Overall, it was a great option for a night's stay. The room was clean, although a little worn. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Leaving our luggage before checking in was a great option!
The lack of a toilet brush. While it's not always necessary, it's a basic requirement for hotel rooms. There were also no trash bags in the trash bins. Overall, I don't consider these shortcomings to be a big deal.

The shower cubicle needed a good scrub. No toilet paper in the room either & carpets needed a decent clean too.

The room was very clean & the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean & well thought out.
We were very pleased to have an extra fan heater as it was very cold at the time.
The location is good with lots of nearby shops & cafes.
We thought there could have been more tea bags, sugar & milk.
We asked if we could check out at 12 on the day of departure & was told that would be fine. However we had a manager knocking on our door after 11 to ask us why we were still there. I exlplained we had requested this but tge information had not been passed on. We later got an apology but that was not a pleasant experience.
We are regular visitors to this hotel & are very satisfied in the whole.
