Good location for where we needed to be.
The staff and their attitude, being gaslit by staff. Dirty beds and loud banging and shouting coming from other rooms which to the staff members was ‘just the tv’

The facilities are good. Everything was clean. I liked the design and decor of the room. It functions well.
The foyer/ bar is welcoming and comfy. The breakfast room is too and the food is good. The staff are lovely and the location is good. The push button system for ordering taxis works well.
