Beds are super comfy. Staff very nice. Convenient for our trip to Theatre Royal.
We were in an accessible room but it was a struggle to get in the door with the wheelchair as the bed corner is so close to the door. I had to arch over my husband’s wheelchair to hold the door open as he went underneath me. Room is very compact. You couldn’t bring an electric powerchair in there, it’s no where near big enough and no proper turning circle.

Staff where lovely very helpful room was nice and clean had a good night sleep and great breakfast plenty to eat will definitely be back at this hotel

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and provide an excellent service.
The overnight parking rate organised through the hotel was also a big plus.

We only stayed for a night, but we liked how easy it was to move around town from the location, the staff were nice, quick check in and out, bathroom ensuite.
The only little detail we did not like was that there was no toilet brush. We like to keep things clean while we are hosted, so that could have been better haha. But just a tiny detail.
