hotel would not accept cash as a payment
night team (black hair gentleman ) were quite rude when trying to gain access but the 2 girls who checked me in were lovely

Very friendly staff when it came to extra tea, coffee and milk. I tripped around the corner from the hotel and they had a first responder patch me up. They wanted to call an ambulance but I refused and went myself to the small injury clinic the next morning. They let me leave my suitcase before check in to save me dragging it around Glasgow for 6 hours
Mainly the breakfast set up. Laid out like a buffet but no trays. So you get your cereal. Take it to your table. Go and make your toast. Take it to the table. Same with coffee etc. I was alone and on one occasion they cleared and binned my food before I got back to the table so I had to start again. My only complaint.

Lovely clean room with very comfortable beds and get shower. Staff were very friendly too.
Location was ideal .The price of the room was £54 for a Sunday night excellent value
