Hotel is in a grat location, the hotel staff were lovely !
The welcome we received was excellent from staff on the reception, other hotel staff were also very plesant and welcoming.
The facilities were very good and the breakfast was well worth the cost.

Good location Near to, but not on, Sauchiehall Street. Parking in the hotel next door was only £10, but spaces are limited. The room was OK, a reasonable size and a comfortable bed. The shower was not brilliant, but it did the job.
The hotel was not easy to find, despite having a satnav in the car. The roads are all one way, and getting there was a nightmare.

The location, it was really clean and good shower.
The bed was SO loud. The tiniest movement made the loudest creaking, squeaky noise so we didn't sleep well at all..bit disappointed when we spent over £200 for room only.

Perfect spot for a couple of relaxing days in Glasgow! Room was secure, clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Great location being slightly away from the main centre of town but still close to everything you need.
The TV was advertised as having the option for Smart TV but it didn't work when I tried. I contacted staff as per their "fix in 15 minute" policy but it took a long time to hear back and no solution was offered within the timeframe. As per the policy it says that a night will be compensated if they can't fix the issue and this was not offered. Bit of false advertising.

The staff and their attitude, being gaslit by staff. Dirty beds and loud banging and shouting coming from other rooms which to the staff members was ‘just the tv’
