Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed and a good shower.
Room was too hot. No air conditioning.
However a small cool air unit was made available so that helped a little.

Very comfy bed, great central location, professional and friendly staff , helpful and knowledgeable with directions and local bus services, breakfast good standard . Would def stay again.

We've stayed here before. Comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Very good breakfast, which was being served next door in the connecting Novotel as they were getting back to normal after hosting Commonwealth Game's teams. The 2 guys on duty in the breakfast room were superb.
