Overall the room was comfy, tea and coffee etc available when requested. The room had a pod style appearance and the toilet and shower in a pod but was adequate for our 2 night stay. Location was ideal for our stay as near lots of bars, restaurants and takeaways
No coat hangers for coats in room near entrance, 2 hangers in shower room which are not adequate for clothing and if using the coat hangers in the wardrobe there is no room to hang clothes - when booking there needs to be an explanation that if walking from Central stations it is up a very steep incline, advice would be to walk to end of the shopping centre, ie outside of John Lewis and then walk to the hotel from there as this is flat - or take a taxi

Location was brilliant and staff friendly
Rooms very dark. Weirdly your sheets are out on a mattress topper not the full mattress. This makes it feel like the room is like the standard of a hostel not a cheap hotel.

TV was best bit about room
Room freezing the heating never worked...fan heater supplied pointless really noisy to leave on only heated you up if you say in front of it but not room...really noisy corridors all night bed super uncomfortable sheers/duvet really thin ...shower flooded the bathroom ..
