I liked venue, lots to do around bowling cinema and good eating places. Also a casino and gym if you wanted to lose what you'd eaten at nearby eateries.
Toilet in like a cupboard, no good for bigger person, paid for breakfast, being in Scotland id expect minimum a cooked scottish breakfast. Not cold meats and cold croissants and warm beans and warm cheese that had sat all morning.

the staff offered a second room to us to resolve an issue we had on night one and when asked by me if the room was on the house the staff said they would make sure it was. Upon check out the next day we were charged with that room. Management did nothing in response and simply said it was against company policy to offer free rooms. If it’s against company policy then maybe you should train your staff to not say such things. Everyone makes mistakes but to not own it and then make the customer pay for it is very poor customer service. Far from the striving for superior customer service they claim in response to these reviews. I guess budget customer service is to be expected from a budget hotel. Happy to note that the rest of the tours and restaurants we visited in Glasgow provided exceptional customer service just not this place. Stay at your own risk.
