The hotel is on a complex with food, casino, cinema, bingo & bowling nearby. There was also local eateries & bars within walking distances for our leisure visit. It was a 20min walk to the station. Our room had a nice window view and 2 options for the shower. For a short city break with little time spent in there, it does what it needs to do for a budget hotel.
No tea making facilities. No lid on the toilet in the bathroom which felt odd & had to avoid splashes when flushing! There was only 1 lift working for the whole of the hotel and only stairs for emergency.

Comfortable bed and pillows. 20 minutes walk to the city center of Glasgow.
Free parking.
“Mother Hubbard’s” fish and chips was tasty.
Shower took very long to produce hot water. Windows can only be opened a small bit.

It was clean and uncluttered. Adequate for a short stay. Free parking was a bonus.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The lift control was inconsistent. Automatic voice announced the wrong floor. Security was lax meaning anyone could gain access to the hotel who were not guests. The public areas look a bit tired and grubby.
