Very comfy bed, We were pleased with breakfast, plenty of choice and the hot food was waitress service which was so much better than help yourself. There was plenty of choice on the cold buffet. A big shout out to Kelvin who tended the bar, he was very helpful on two occasions, thank you so much for making me the Tequila Sunrise that wasn’t on the drinks menu, he checked his ingredients and came back to me with a yes he could make it. Definitely be back to stay at this hotel again.

Very good confortable hotel that is ideally located to the city centre within easy reach of the airport. Pleasant reception staff. enjoyed the breakfast
Unfortunately I made an error when booking the accommodation (17 April instead of 17 March). Very disappointed that given the hotel had a month's notice to resell the room on 17 April, the level of inflexibility in the booking system would not allow for this genuine error to be rectified. I subsequently ended up paying twice for my accommodation. The accommodation needed on 17 March and the incorrectly book one that won't be used on 17 April. Very poor customer service not to be able to make an exception, for a returning customer and provide a refund for the room that will not be used.
