Room was a disabled one but that was my fault. I ordered an accessible room not realising what it was! Bed was huge and very comfortable. Very quiet so slept great.
Breakfast on our first morning was a disaster. Waited 45 mins and my partner eventually had to leave as he had an appointment so he didn't get his breakfast. When mine arrived (Eggs Benedict) the bacon was burnt to a crisp and the muffin was rock hard. Breakfast the next day was good however. Only waited 20 mins and the food was hot and good.

Very beautiful place. Very nice aesthetics. Everything was very clean. Extremely polite staff, always willing to help.
A lot of noise. Poor soundproofing. We were waking up at 6 a.m. because of the noise.

Great cooked breakfast, huge comfortable bed, generally good value.
Reported a toilet leak on Saturday morning, still not fixed by check out on Monday morning. Was told it had been looked at when we checked out but they couldn’t fix it and it was only because i asked that they told me. Was left dodging toilet water pooling on the floor.

The staff member at the front desk was very helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance of the city centre. Glasgow Central Station was only a 5 minute walk away so it was very convenient.
We had a room with a city view but it only looked onto the building across the street. Not a big deal otherwise as the room was still excellent.
