Even though its in the heart of the city centre, it was very quiet. Great room, comfortable bed, excellent shower! Tea and coffee were available in the room, along with a fridge that had water in it. We would definitely book again!

Our room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable with a street/skyline view. The bathroom was also a good size, with a spacious shower cubicle. Given our plans, we didn't eat at the hotel. When checking in, the friendly receptionist asked if we would be having breakfast and explained that by booking it a day before, the price was c£14 rather than c £18 per person, if one decided on the day. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and departed on Monday c 815am and the area, although central and 5 minute walk to Glasgow Central Station, was quiet throughout our stay. The bar area was spacious with several tables and chairs and the bar had a good selecction of beers/wines/coffee options

The hotel was in a great location, and the room was well presented and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was really good (I liked the fact the shower controls are at the other end from the shower head, so you can turn it on to warm up before you get in!). The Tunnocks wafers in the fridge were a nice touch. The breakfast was good quality and there was loads of choice, so it's worth paying a bit extra to add the breakfast on. I liked the belgian waffles and the tattie scones! Overall, I think the hotel was good value for money for what we paid.
There was nothing we didn't like.
