Perfect location, a nice big family room, fantastic shower, lovely staff behind the bar and reception. Was the last day of the Olish staff member and it was a pleasant time drinking there with her serving us. Shame we couldn't order a long Island cocktail wasn't allowed apparently.
Scottish full breakfast was disappointing. No square sausage and only one egg, one link sausage and have to go for own toast when it's busy and queues. So get toast and don't know when breakfast will arrive or get breakfast then go queue for toast and return to a cold breakfast. Should be more eggs and sausages, it's Scottish so should have square sausage and haggis. Toast should be served with the breakfast. More beans too small wee bowl came out. Should be tomato, mushrooms, eggs, link sausage, square sausage, potato scones, beans, haggis, black pudding and multiple of each for that full Scottish breakfast price. Got a pensioners serving and wasn't a Scottish breakfast. Plus toast should be served at the same time with it. Also long blonde hair girl serving should be in a plat or hair net. Sorry but I'm being honest. Born and raised in the hotel industry. Whole hotel was perfect except the breakfast. Busy breakfast halland everyone queuing for one switched on coffee machine too. Second machine not even switched on. Great selection of juices and continental breakfast though.

The hotel is situated in the commercial centre of Glasgow. It is in fact about a five minute walk from Glasgow Central Railway Station.
I was impressed with the reception staff who were both very attentive and helpful.
Having stayed in Indigo's Edinburgh hotel I suppose I was a little disappointed. I felt that this hotel hadn't the same grandeur; in fact it seemed a little tired. Perhaps its position does not help as there are a number of offices nearby that are empty-not just for the week-end. However, it was a pleasant change for me.

The staff were super helpful (e.g. I came with a bicycle and they immediately found a place to store it), and breakfast was sensational. The room was spatious and had all the amenities I desired. The price was very reasonable.
The next hotel I went to. It was was actually quite good, but totally left in the dust after the excellent experience here.

The location is convenient, 5 mins from the central station. The room sizes are okay as well & it has all the standard amenities. Breakfast was fine, but definitely not great.
The place wasn't particularly well cleaned (there was hairs still on the toilet seat) and also not well maintained (the curtains were coming off). Staff was friendly but not very proactive or engaged. Breakfast was mid (think canned fruit, mid warm breakfast, toast, simple cold cuts selection), but the breakfast area again wasn't very well maintained. Overall it's one of those chains where you can tell there is just not a lot of effort put into maintaining the place beyond the bare minimum.
