Rooms were nice
Breakfast was a shambles arrived at 9:30 and stood waiting 10 minutes to be seated then we waited another 15 min for our order to be taken then we waited another 30 min for our food to arrive and when it arrived the mushrooms were freezing but the rest of it was ok,Then we had to pay £19 for parking next door and that was the reduced rate

Hello, I already posted a review about this Hotel but wanted to respond to the answer they posted on Booking . Com. It was a typical off the shelf answer with no courtesy to my concern. First of all the staff, Mark , Ngan , Masha saw me every single day, 2 times a day sometimes 3 , going to get food and enquiring about extending my stay. I was obviously Alive. Plus the room was serviced on Saturday , middle of my stay., with the Do not Disturb sign taken off the door. Do the Hotel Manager and Houskeeping Manager not talk to their Front Desk or Houskeeping staff?? Instead of disrupting my morning with knocking on the door to see if I’m alive? I was obviously alive the night before. Your system is flawed and lacks personal responsibility.
Do not give me a perfunctory answer and instead fix you Hotel Policy. I will never stay with you again and you have lost a return customer.

Hello, I’m unfortunately staying at the property one more night as I already paid for it. The 2 staff at the front desk Ngan and Mark have been great.
Do not stay here unless you want to be Inspected. I stayed here in early December and I liked everything hence my return. But this morning soured me as “Security “knocked on my door ( despite the No Disturb sign. ) to apparently check if I was alive???
It was very annoying as I am grieving, in the midst of prayer , for the Loss of my Mother. They also wanted to inspect the room and I didn’t even think to ask them for identification. I’m 67 yrs old with nothing to hide and still have no idea for this intrusion???
It has changed my whole opinion of the establishment and I will not stay here again.

It was in a good location and the rooms were clean
It was very noisy. The cleaners were in and out their room very early and the door kept banging. It was also cold in the room

Location excellent, good breakfast, clean room.
Stayed at this hotel many many times over the years while visiting relatives in Glasgow. The big down side is that the lighting in all the rooms is completely inadequate. It is very annoying and uncomfortable if reading or getting ready.

Location was fabulous, breakfast was fantastic and room was good.
Safe box was not working, fridge was off, ceiling was a bit unclean part, because of leaking which was dry but didn't touch up

Was in town for family catch up . A warm welcome was extended to me at to this trendy hotel , staff were polite and engaging . All day dining is a great feature and menu is comprehensive to suit all. The room was spacious well laid out and very comfortable . Great value for money .
Really nothing material to report from my short stay and I would definitely recommend , and stay again !

Lovely dpacious rooms and lots of facilities
Breakfast was exceptional and varied - lots of vegetarian options and breakfast staff were wonderful
The room was cleaned late, and he rushed, so he didn't leave towels or tissue and we called reception a couple of times and didn't get towels
Paid parking can be expensive if you're staying more than one day
Pillows were not very comfortable but otherwise rooms were lovely
