The room interior was nice and bed was comfy, the coffee machine was good and hot shower was good
There was hair in the shower, and redish finger marks on the inside opening of the toilet door, and stains on the green chair next to the bed and unfortunately couldn't turn the light near the outside door off without the bedroom light going off and only one socket even though there was usbs on it

Everything, size of room, great shower, spotless, very friendly staff and got a late checkout which was also great as we had a night at the darts where we enjoyed a few drinks knowing we had a lie in in the morning.Brilliant

Location and room size
The sheets had brown stains. The music was playing from midnight until 5 a.m. It felt like there was a rave party nearby.

Staff were excellent,
the room needed some repairs, side tables had glass top which slipped about and nearly fell off.Lighting was poor walpaper abit tatty. The room was clean but shabby.

Room much better than expected and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very quiet although in the city centre. The breakfast was was really good value for money. All the staff members we met or dealt with were excellent, very positive and professional.
