Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was located just outside the busiest part of the City Centre. Room was lovely and staff at reception and hotel bar were great.

Was given a room with an adjoining door to the neighbourhood which was lockable, but because of the door and thin walls we could hear every thing they did and they could hear us which was no good for is at 7am or them at 2am

Really nice room with good quality fittings and nice touches. Excellent location with easy parking next door and a good discount. Staff are super friendly. Indigos are usually good and this is no exception.

Breakfast. First morning - a poor Scottish breakfast, hard as stone haggis, only one egg, a small cup of beans, blood pudding, cold mushrooms
2nd morning - we (4 people) all ordered omelettes , we waited 45 minutes before giving up. Lots of people complaining.
3rd morning - No cooked breakfast available.
My wife was less than enamoured with the gluten free toast (photo included)
When we asked for refund we were told breakfast was not included, when I showed the confirmation from Booking.com , the receptionist said they never know when booking.com have included breakfast.

Finding it hard to say anything due to experience .
Allowing strangers into the hotel reception and bar area and made me and my partner feel uncomfortable asking us for drinks and then when we went to our bedroom our room door was being attempted opened outside while trying to sleep,this went on through night until 4:30 am ,no staff approached the stranger to ask them to leave had to do this myself I informed reception in morning and all I got was”Sorry”.

The room was lovely and hotel in general was amazing (Rainfall shower was the perfect level of hot and great water pressure. Much needed after a few hours in Bellahouston). However, it was the staff that made the trip! We were in town for a concert, and all of the reception staff were so accommodating when we needed taxi services and let back into the building (admittedly, in the early hours of the morning). Really had and amazing stay, thank you so much to everyone! Shout out to the blonde lady on reception working the Saturday night shift/Early Sunday morning on the 5th July, she was so hospitable and welcoming.
