Staff were wonderful as is the location. Room was really nice. View was of the back alley but honestly, it was pretty interesting people watching. Quiet area even though there were lots of people. Fantastic access to the area and all it has to offer!
The bed was really hard but that's about the only complaint ;)

Clean and comfortable rooms, welcoming staff as we arrived later than expected due to issues with our flight. Breakfast very good and staff there courteous as well. Conveniently located near the bus station.

Lots of sights to see within walking distance during the day and for our two evenings out. They do offer complimentary breakfast but we left prior to that being offered. I messed up when I booked hotels and their sister Holiday Inn is literally next door to this one. We lucked out they had availability on a Fri later in the day. It was nice we could leave our luggage in a locked room prior to being able to check in to room.
There was some mix up and guy at desk said he didn't find us. So it took a Lil bit to check in. Earlier at around 9 am we were able to leave our luggage there until we could check into room. I told him the gal earlier found us.
