The staff were all fantastic - a shout out to Victoria on reception who was extremely helpful and helped organise a slightly later check out due to a family member medical issue.

Room was suitable for 3 and not cramped. Had extras like tables and chairs which was nice. Could have had more refreshments but I got more when asked which was excellent. The safety aspect is good also

the location was near to the theater
the room was crampet,
Not much choice for dinner in the restaurant and what we had was bland.
We choice to have the breakfast, which was very poor, the cooked option was dry over cooked and looked like it had been sat in the warmers for hours. The cereal was for some reason just out in the open in bowls for any thing to fall in it or insects to land on it. would have expected it to be in closed air tight containers.

My. granddaughter and I were pleasantly supp when we arrived. The room was so big the bed was marvellous. I asked for a blanket and was given a lovely soft warm blanket. Breakfast was great again my granddaughter asked for two soft fried eggs and they went and made them fresh for her.Not

Quiet clean room with comfortable bed.
Excellent location. Big advantage to be able to park in the car park across road for only £12 for 24 hours.
