Location was perfect. We were there for our grandsons graduation at the Royal Concert Hall was just across the road. Ideal for shopping. Breakfast was good with lots to select from.
The first mornings breakfast they had run out and we had to edit quite a while for it to be topped up

Bathroom nice and clean, as I would expect anyway. Closeness to the theatre we were attending.
Breakfast with powdered scrambled egg. No fresh egg available, fried or poached. Bed so firm We suffered huge discomfort due to having arthritic hip joints. A few other small items that should be routinely checked by maintenance.

Breakfast: poor cooked breakfast, cold bacon, tasteless, cold and and unappetising scrambled egg. Really expect better at a hotel of this quality, and expensive to boot.
