The location is the best - so close to the bus station to the airport and walking distance downtown.
The access by car is difficult and unclear; there is no where to stop clearly to off load luggage.

This is a great hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in Glasgow for two nights before heading out on a Rabbie's excursion to the Isle of Skye. The hotel is right by the bus station so very convenient. We also were able to store our luggage while on our trip as we stayed at the hotel again for another night after we returned. We were easily able to walk many places in Glasgow from the hotel as well as take the subway. Convenient to a lot of areas. Nice rooms and good location.
This was on us but we booked during the Commonwealth Games so the price of the hotel was a bit more than I think it would have been normally so not as good of a value but again we didn't realize until we were planning our trip that the Commonwealth Games were on.

Location
Tight space for 2 people who don’t share a bed and have to use a sofa bed, water splashes all over due to high faucet and small sink, cost was exorbitant for what we got (just because of the commonwealth games going on).

Very well situated hotel close to the bus station, really nice staff and clean and pleasant room. We enjoyed the bathtub, and the room service was superb. Overall a really nice place for a stay in Glasgow.
We found the hotel to be on the pricier side.

WiFi was so weak in my 3rd floor room I had to sit in the lobby to do anything that required WiFi. For such a large chain hotel this was inexcusable

Very close to the train station which was the reason to stay one night. Reception desk staff helpful and they provided herbal tea bags not in the room on request at the bar area for no extra charge . Also held my luggage for a couple hours after check out which was appreciated.
Seemed high priced for a basic room.

AC cranked. Close to meeting point for bus tour. Bed was comfortable.
