Good hotel, well located and fine for single night's weekend stay. Friendly and efficient staff. Room was good and met expectations.

stayed at this hotel for one night, and my initial experience was good, so I decided to extend my stay for another night.
However, I was surprised when the front desk staff informed me that there were no available rooms and that the hotel was fully booked.
Out of curiosity, I checked Booking.com and found that rooms were still available for booking.
I immediately booked six rooms through the website while standing at the hotel reception, and the same staff member who had just told me there were no rooms was the one who handed me the keys!
I felt very disappointed and confused by this behavior, which shows a lack of transparency in dealing with guests.
I hope the hotel management reviews this issue and improves their approach, as this experience was quite disappointing despite the good quality of the accommodation itself.

Location for both couples is perfect .
Very nice staff everywhere.
Wee room but new, clean & the mattress was fantastic !
Firm & we will ask exactly what kind it was !
Breakfast was extensive & varied.
Coffee machine makes much better coffee than the jugs.
Would have liked warm croissants.
Afternoon danish pastries were tiny.
