Room was quiet, it had a bath. It was clean, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. There was a luggage storage area.
The lights were very strong in the bedroom, would be better if they were calmer. They didn’t do a wake up call it had to be done on the TV.

Central location was excellent. Breakfast was OK.
Corridor carpets were very soiled and dirty looking. Single lift was very slow and stopped short of floor level. Bed was small for a 4* hotel and was very firm. Parking was an extra £12 per day in a public car park that was not pleasant at all.

Only one lift! breakfast foods a bit massed produced, could have been a bit more refined. Parking difficult to find. Bar a bit pricey.
