Very friendly staff, we arrived early and they checked us in right away. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on. Great selection for breakfast and tasty. We would definitely stay again.

Location - ideally situated for Glasgow Concert Hall and for shopping.
The bathroom was a little worn, but clean.
Lighting in the room was either harsh (using the main lighting source which were spotlights over the headboard) or dim (using the wall lamps).

Convenience, and welcome from staff who were friendly and helpful throughout stay. Cleanliness and comfort (apart from heating in room). Breakfast was good although coffee taste disappointed
After leaving our room for a few hours, the room was cold on returning. It took a while to warm up again which was not pleasant late at night.

Spotless comfortable hotel in the centre of Glasgow at a very reasonable rate. Efficient pleasant and helpful staff. Good range of breakfast options. We’ll be happy to return. Close to Queen Street train station, 10 minute walk to Central Station.
