Harry on reception was so welcoming, The young girl in the restaurant downstairs was so lovely, she couldn't have done more for us. Hotel was so quiet, very clean, cosy room, ridiculously comfy bed.... honestly well worth the money.

The location is excellent as its right in the city centre so everything is close by - shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. I purposely booked a larger 'family' room with a sofa bed as I wanted some extra space.
The hotel overall is very tired. The elevator is very slow and super small - literally could only just about accommodate me and my suitcase. Rooms are fine but sound insulation is terrible - could hear everything. I appreciate that hotel room doors have to be fire doors for safety but the constant loud slamming of them at all hours of the day or night made for a very unrestful stay.
