Everything. This hotel exceeds my expectation. It's so clean. The shower pressure is so great. The staff are so friendly. Everything is perfect!
Perhaps the breakfast sausage and the black pudding can be cooked less salty.

The bed and the pillows. The staff cheerful and pleasant to talk to
No face towel had to get one from reception. Should provide face towel in the rooms. Also no body lotion with the toiletries. Just body wash, hand wash and shampoo. Limited with toiletries.

The hotel is placed very adjacent to Buchanan St Bus station and a brisk walk from the train stations and the city centre. The staff on reception were very efficient so it did not take me long to get to my room. The lifts were quick and easy to operate once you remembered to tap the lift before selecting your floor level. I liked having a bath with shower attachment rather than the usual shower corner, as in most hotels.
I was a little disappointed to find that there were no sports channels on the room TV-although there was a large choice of other channels. I solved the problem by going next door to the bar in the Maldron hotel !
