From the moment we arrived all staff were welcoming and service was excellent. Breakfast was very good and staff made a fuss of my thirteen year old grandson which impressed him. Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the room was ideal for us as a small family unit.
WE didn't find anything that we didn't like.

This is a great hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in Glasgow for two nights before heading out on a Rabbie's excursion to the Isle of Skye. The hotel is right by the bus station so very convenient. We also were able to store our luggage while on our trip as we stayed at the hotel again for another night after we returned. We were easily able to walk many places in Glasgow from the hotel as well as take the subway. Convenient to a lot of areas. Nice rooms and good location.
This was on us but we booked during the Commonwealth Games so the price of the hotel was a bit more than I think it would have been normally so not as good of a value but again we didn't realize until we were planning our trip that the Commonwealth Games were on.

Central.
Bathrooms were tiny; bath with shower rather than walk in shower; water glasses were not washed with housekeeping so the same dirty glasses were left after first use- this is poor.
The hotel did not replenish the drinking water every day
No safe in room!!!!!!!!

Location is good, breakfast staff great and helpful
Reception staff should be more focused on guests, welcoming, saying good night and good morning. They are there for the guests!

Location was great- easy to walk to all sights and to the stations. For somewhere so central and along a main road was very quiet
Bed was too small - not used to a standard double bed anymore
