In a convenient location and really easy to get to. Staff were lovely and really happy to help out with holding my back and checking in later in the day. And really kind the whole time!
The ac in my bedroom made a noise almost on a timer through the night and it woke me up a few times. Other than that was very easy to get back to sleep.

Location is excellent . Hotel bedroom clean and staff friendly
Breakfast - terrible coffee . Yoghurt /fruit/granola selection poor quality. Not worth paying for breakfast

I liked the fact that this hotel was so close to Buchanan Street bus station. I was so impressed how disable friendly this hotel was. I loved the fact that the rooms had a partition which you could open. The staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. I really felt comfortable and welcomd.

The staff were exceptional, very warm and welcoming .The location was perfect for our trip everything was within walking distance for what we wanted . A hearty breakfast could be had that sets you up for the rest of the day .
The bathroom in our room was a bit small but functional .
