Friendly and helpful staff, lovely comfortable room, very clean, excellent location, the discounted parking conveniently located directly across from the hotel was brilliant and was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
A bit expensive for room only (compared to elsewhere) but I guess that is because of the city centre location. Shower was 'adequate' but water flow was a bit weak. Seating in bar area seems a bit limited late at night (as other tables were set out for breakfast), but there are other bars close by.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the location is great.
The swing door is a bit small when entering with luggage.
