Location is great, very nice and clean room, and hotel staff is very nice and friendly too! Also, breakfast was great.
Car park doesn’t belong to the hotel and it’s not for free.

Room was nice. Traditional breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was nice. They cooked you fresh eggs upon request. Location is super convenient to the bus station, and just a short walk to the city attractions, no transportation needed once there.
Couldn't get early check-in, they wouldn't allow you to request in advance, and on the day off we attempted twice but didn't get the room until 3pm. They did store our luggage in the lobby, but we couldn't change clothes after the airport until it was time to get ready for dinner. Didn't love that the in-room kettle to boil water for tea was plastic not metal.

We have been to this Hotel many times over the years and it never disappoints that’s why we always want to go back to it. We choose a bigger room with sofa and easy chair as my mobility is not the best. It’s spotlessly clean and has very cosy furnishings which is like our living room. Home from home. Just love where it is situated as it is easy walking distance for all the lovely shops.
As for the staff - they are so cheery and helpful and nothing is any trouble.

Very central. Well appointed. Very friendly staff, especially Michael at reception. Clean and comfortable, breakfast good.
Wet room type bathroom is not to our taste but very functional and very clean.

Great location lovely rooms very modern and has a bath aswell as a shower. Property is central for a great night out and staff are very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
