Despite being near to a busy road, the room was quiet.
Quiet and comfortable room. Handy for the Bus station as I was leaving on an early morning bus.

The hotel staff and room were amazing. The reception --very accomodating including early check in which should be the rule.
The breakfast area is nice but the staff not as helpful or warm. Also the food did not seem like it was up to a very high standard. It's too bad because I love the hotel and would go back but not get food other than tea or drinks at the food area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our travel plans, which we now plan to use when we travel. The entrance was lovely and welcoming, the receptionist was extremely nice & helpful, the room was cosy, homely & suited our needs perfectly. We didn't understand the heating system, the receptionist was really good at explaining it to us,. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave at 6 am & breakfast started at 6:30, overall loved it.
Heating system, could be explained better in room, more information on how it works what the icons mean & where they are instead of just press 2 and 3 together when there are different icons.

Restaurant food was excellent and the waiting staff extremely friendly and welcoming
There was a slight buzz in the room from either the lights or the air con. If your driving to the hotel at the moment it’s extremely difficult to get to the hotel and carpark
