Great location, very near the bus station and close to the city centre. Good breakfast as well. Housekeeping very helpful.
The lighting in the room was quite low, could have done with a central light. Air conditioning/heating unit was quite noisy.

Great freindly service from staff, everyone went out of there way to help hotel is also really well located in city centre, buffet breakfast was really nice
We thought the evening menu was a little overpriced, view from our room was not good but suppose that's the luck of the drawer.

Good location, not extremely pricy compared to other alternatives in the city centre , we’ve had a good night’s sleep.
Generally the place could use a bit of renovation. It’s been a bit cold during our stay, but afterwards we’ve been told the hotel stuff could fix it if we asked them (so this one’s on us). Second night someone was placed in a room which had a connection to our room - we could hear everything from the other room, luckily the neighbours weren’t noisy.
Breakfast wasn’t included, but as we are vegan full price breakfast was a bit pricey (only few options there) - but this one’s common for many hotels not just this one. Overall it’s ok for a short stay especially when location is important

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was hot and good pressure.
There was a shower over the bath which meant I had a big step into the bath for showering. The toilet paper was only single ply!
