Location was great as my wife and I was going to see a show at the Royal concert hall and it was less than a five minute walk.Rome was a bit small but saying that it was lovely and cosy and was great for a one night stay.We also had breakfast which was very good.Would definitely use this hotel again.
The only thing was as my wife and I are well over retirement age we found that the shower which was inside the bath to be not suitable for us but saying that there might be rooms with walk in shower.

City centre location just a short walk from the Royal Concert Hall, fabulous nearby restaurants and Buchanan Bus Station.
Reception staff friendly and efficient.
Room very comfortable and great bed.
Air conditioning a little noisy, but other than that everything met my expectations.

Only the location of the hotel ,and the breakfast was ok
The beds were extremely hard and I didn't sleep well at all ,pillows were cheap as well, the room was 2 small and cramped, and only had one chair
