Excellent location in the heart of Glasgow. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were ready early so another bonus and were spotless and well equipped for everything we needed. Beds were comfy and breakfast spot on in the morning. Overall excellent value for money and a great place to stay.

Very professional and friendly staff, great location and very clean. Also had a great dinner. Although it’s in the heart of city it was quiet at night. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Restaurant and bar area could use some refurbishment and make the bar area cozier.
