Very well situated hotel close to the bus station, really nice staff and clean and pleasant room. We enjoyed the bathtub, and the room service was superb. Overall a really nice place for a stay in Glasgow.
We found the hotel to be on the pricier side.

WiFi was so weak in my 3rd floor room I had to sit in the lobby to do anything that required WiFi. For such a large chain hotel this was inexcusable

Very close to the train station which was the reason to stay one night. Reception desk staff helpful and they provided herbal tea bags not in the room on request at the bar area for no extra charge . Also held my luggage for a couple hours after check out which was appreciated.
Seemed high priced for a basic room.

Location was great, staff was wonderful and gave us so many suggestions for museums and restaurants (all recommendations were great).

Very professional and friendly staff, great location and very clean. Also had a great dinner. Although it’s in the heart of city it was quiet at night. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Restaurant and bar area could use some refurbishment and make the bar area cozier.

TO BE HONEST, NOTHING. THIS HOTEL IS RATED 4-STAR, BUT IT SHOULD BE 1-STAR.
The staff (Not all) were very rude and unprofessional. The room was extremely small and a fire hazard.

The hotel staff and room were amazing. The reception --very accomodating including early check in which should be the rule.
The breakfast area is nice but the staff not as helpful or warm. Also the food did not seem like it was up to a very high standard. It's too bad because I love the hotel and would go back but not get food other than tea or drinks at the food area.

All the young staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional. (Naomi at check-in, young man at the bar, room service and breakfast staff). They really brightened up our visit ?.
Breakfast was excellent.
Not much of a choice of room service menu and slightly on the expensive side.
