I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Lesley on the night shift for her kindness, compassion, and excellent work. On Saturday night, she kindly arranged for my room to be changed due to the disturbance caused by the remake of When Harry Met Sally being filmed in a room on my hall. Her understanding, professionalism, and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier, and I am very grateful for the care and consideration she showed. Thank you, Lesley, for going above and beyond
Horrifying screaming from the room in my hall and it was obvious what it was but my room was changed.

I found breakfast very disappointing. Quantity was there but not quality. The coffee in particular was awful. I drink it black and it was so weak it looked like dirty water and was undrinkable.

There is traffic noise to be heard in hotel, more than I anticipated, however it did not detract from my stay
