The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a shower in my room as I have recently had an operation for a new knee and can't get into a bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location for airport, easy to check in, comfortable bed
Not enough lighting! Could hardly read the CH thermostat, had to use phone light. You only provide task lighting, but availability of far brighter light needed.
I know it was a design phase at one point, but it really really isn’t now. Guests want to be able to see to do things if required, and can then have lower lighting when relaxing.

Rooms so tired rig-amortise has set it, in desperate need of refurb, but staff were nice, it’s never the foot soldiers to blame, always the generals, they should be ashamed keeping hotel in that state really
