It's location to the airport is this hotels selling point. The rooms are comfortable, shower over bath. The shower was brilliant, hot and high pressure. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Staff I encountered were friendly and approachable. (Other than the issue I have mentioned below)
I had dinner in the restaurant and I was still eating my starter when they brought my main course out. I get when it's busy they start cooking mains at more or less the same time as the starter to save time, however the restaurant wasn't overly busy and I felt like they were trying to rush me. To be fair they apologised but i still felt a bit disgruntled.
The TV in the room wasn't working great and kept going to the "menu" page. The date on the TV said "2009" The rooms are a bit dated but overall not bad value.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly
The cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. The carpet and walls were stained and the glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste remains from rinsing, clearly from a previous guest.
