Staff were very polite friendly and all seemed to be happy in their work. Room was comfy and a perfect location for getting off airport bus, and in the morning walking across to the departures terminal.
Nothing negative. Rooms were as we accepted for a Holiday Inn

Bed was uncomfortable and itchy, sheet torn, bin in bathroom hadn’t been emptied and had sanitary waste from previous guest. All in all left feeling dirty

Check-in was good and helpful.
The restaurant staff was terrible. We waited about 15 minutes beforeI went to get menus and ask for water. We were seared next to the checkout area were 4 waiter stood around and did nothing. Customer had to go up and ask for checks and for food that had been ordered but not delivered. The upside was the food was good.
