It was close enough to walk into the airport.
The water for the shower was lukewarm. The carpet was dingy, making it look dirty.

Perfect stopover for holiday flights
The staff , mostly young, very uninterested in their jobs, plenty tidying to do but none of them doing it. There was never a clear table to sit at although there were plenty empty

Broken toilet seat, used soap and shower hat in bathroom. Ordering food in the bar was a shambles..staff had no idea who ordered what..

Location to the airport was fantastic. Staff very helpful. Room was quiet.
No usb ports for charging except for the tv, which was slow and had to be on for the charging to work.

I was given a room for a disabled person which I didnt want. I asked for a change and was told I would need to pay an extra 25. A bit much just to get a bed for the night

Food was lovely, staff friendly.
Room looking a bit dated , needing a bit of TLC . Noisy drain cover on road outside hotel kept us wakened most of the night ( not the hotels fault) .

Overnight stay (19/09/23) prior to very early morning flight from Glasgow. Very slow booking in procedure - long queue needs more desks and staff. Heating in some rooms not working on a cold wet night. Had to ask to move rooms - took a long time to heat up. Other guests had same experience. Only one person working at the only bar at a time of high demand. Slow service in dining area. Food when served was fine. Not a good experience wont stay there again.
