Wonderful
Amazing food - one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten.
Quick and attentive service at the bar, with friendly staff.
A nice breakfast.
Well-furnished and comfortable rooms.
Quick check-in.
No hot chocolate sachets available in the room.
Eggs a bit hard; breakfast bar needs replenishing more regularly to ensure freshness.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The food was good in the restaurant and the breakfast was good but rather expensive. Location is wonderful when flying into Glasgow.
The room badly needs updating and has no USB connections to charge electronics. Carpet old and looks stained.
Not a good value for old room and bathroom. Holiday Inn Express very close by is much better for similar price and has complimentary breakfast.

Location is perfect for early departure times from airport. Having live entertainment on site in the evening was nice.
Could do with a refurbishing. Tub and shower facility very outdated. TV was old and did not support any streaming apps such Netflix or Prime etc.

This is a perfect location for Glasgow airport with an easy walk to and from the terminal. The rooms are a bit tatty and tired but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I encountered a fairly serious problem but the manager handled it extremely well for which I was very grateful. The breakfast is good and you can eat very early for an early flight.

The hotel itself was well presented and clean. Room was comfortable, if a bit tired. Staff were ok, but front of staff a bit lacking. The location was nice and close to the airport - if I could have parked there. The restaurant manager (?) was very friendly and tried to be so helpful but his team let the side down
I didn't like that parking was not available. It meant I had to get up earlier than planned to drive to a secure parking place. This was stressful. Staff were not that helpful in advising me on where to find the best parking. The evening meal started off ok, food was ok, but there was a mix up with my table. As I was a lone traveler, I couldn't choose a table and keep it as there were so many other customers. The table I chose got taken by someone whilst I was ordering my food. The staff then tried to note the table change, but it meant the desert went to my original table and not the one I was at. It took about an hour to eventually get my desert.
I got charge for overnight parking which was extortionate and then I had to pay £7 to exit the airport

We had to book The Holiday Inn in a last minute plan change. I was so impressed with how clean and nice the facilities are, especially for a Holiday Inn. It's literally directly across the airport and made for a perfect place to stay before our early morning flight.

Beds were comfortable. Dining room very welcoming. The location was perfect. The price was excellent. The staff were friendly.
The bathroom floor had not been cleaned behind the door. The place is in need of a good paint job.

Perfect location if you are flying from Glasgow International Airport. it's a 5 min walk right across the road thru the bus/taxi pickup area to the departures / check-in area. Meals are available in the lobby pub/cafe Surso you don't have to leave the hotel. Surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel located close to the runways.

The fact that the hotel was walking distance to the terminal was brilliant.
The hotel was soulless and most of the staff gave the impression they really didn’t want to be there. Zero customer service.

very close (200m) from airport terminal. Easy access (even in the rain) early breakfast start time.
Service at the restaurant was abysmal. I chose a set menu for a quick meal. It took 2h. Others who arrived after me had their order taken & food delivered before I was asked for my choice. Food when it arrived was plonked onmy table without warniing, jsut a grunt about enjoy it. Desert arrived without utensils to eat it with. No apology when I went and asked for a spoon ( had pointed out lack of utensils to the server who never returned). Finally I paid with the commnet 'that is 2 hours of my life I will never get back'. At least 3 other customers were served meals & left before I had my 3rd course of the set menu.I was seated in ythe middle of the room & had no interaction with staff that could have led to me being ignored. Perhaps I was too patient.
