The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions and continuously pointed me in the right direction. The food and service is #1!
The Hilton Hotel is a stone throw away from, restaurants, all entertainment locations and the city centre. Public transportation was a whiz, ?
I would definitely recommend the Hilton on 1 William Street, to all visitors traveling to Glasgow.

The room was big, clean, and super comfy.
I didn’t like the fact that the location was far from everything. At least a 15 min walk. As for the hotel itself, there is nothing that I didn’t like.

as a person with reduced mobility (walker not wheelchair), i appreciated the contact 'interview' about the fire hazard. the room was great and spacious. personnel was polite and helpful. the 'spa' center was a great plus. the room offered space, comfort and pleasant decorations. personnel was very polite, helpful, .. well just 'super great'. there seem to be only 1 person to help with the luggage's. a very helpful and pleasant person but not always available. colleagues should come to help when more customers are in 'need'.
there was only 1 rather small closet and only for hanging clothes. there is room for a second closet between the window and the internal wall. as a person walking with a walker, it would have been nicer to be automatically offered a shower chair. we asked if one was available and got one. the garage entries and way out are absolutely not suitable for somewhat wider cars (kia ev9) we tried to enlarge the wall but only got a less wide car :-( . more parking places should be reserved for customers with difficulties

The room was wonderful, although we were lucky to get one with kind of a view. Other rooms had funkier views. Great location and easily walkable to a variety of places. The breakfast was plentiful, lots of options. The restaurant had a limited, but fine, menu.
No small store to purchase a few items. Absolutely cashless; no change at the front desk, no ATM.

Hotel staff were so kind after we had to make a last minute booking after having a horrible experience with another booking that night. Everyone was so kind and accommodating for us. Everything was provided for us and place was clean.
