We were staying for my husband's 40th birthday and the staff were so kind and upgraded us to an executive room, which was such a treat! They also left a plate of chocolates and treats in the room. We loved the spa, enjoying the sauna, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfast was lovely, with the freshly made omelette a particular hit!
It wasn't super easy to get to the hotel as a pedestrian, but otherwise it was all fab.

Property was well located in Glasgow. It was a walk to most places which was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Swimming pool was nice with a hot tub, sauna and steam room! although booked time slot it was busy and would recommend going in adults only time for a more peaceful session.
Breakfast options for room service were different to the buffet. Breakfast was very chaotic.Parking is charged at £16.50 per night which seems a high rate considering guests are paying to stay over. It is also more to have a double room than a twin which wasn’t great.

Location and executive lounge were good
The Scottish hair and beauty wards were on the day we arrived. I had asked for possible early check in. The reception was busy on arrival. I completed check in and was told my key for room would be ready in 20minutes. The key was not ready until 4:05pm as they claimed there was an issue with towels. The hotel room was very basic considering it was a king executive. We were disappointed in standard of the room for price paid. We went outwith hotel for dinner due to how busy it was due to the awards. When returning around 9:pm the hotel was very busy and noisy due to awards. There were people in main reception with head in ice bucket committing. We had returned to have a quiet drink but this was not what we got. It was very noisy in the corridors of 18th floor until around 3:30am and I was unable to sleep. What was meant to be a relaxing night away most definitely wasn’t

Perfect location for exploring Glasgow by foot.
The mattresses were pretty hard and uncomfortable. The room was worn and torn, especially the bathroom door. We had our credit card charged with around 85€ for no reason at all. The money had been refunded, but at the price of the hotel I expect not to have that kind of trouble. Parking was also an issue, as we were there by car. We could park our car there for one night. On the second day, the car park was full because of an event. We had to use another car park nearby which was nearly twice as expensive as the Hilton car park and much more inconvenient. Breakfast was okay but not exceptional.
