Location was ideal and modern enough.
The fact that is was a Cashless hotel. Card only for everything is disappointing.
Also someone managed to unlock my hotel room door with their key card and entered the room whilst I was in the bathroom and my partner was lying in bed. Obviously an accident and no malice however it is a security issue.

Amazing breakfast. Lovely building, decoration, lobby and room. Loved the pool area too.

Dinner service very poor. Shared starter that took 15 mins to arrive and waitress asked if we were ready for our mains which we were and they arrived 50mins after she removed starters . Only a burger and fish pie so not rocket science. Breakfast was good but other than that would not eat anything else there expensive and very poor service.

The staff were very nice and friendly
It was clean, however my stay was disturbed due to our next door neighbours who were very loud in and out of their room all night and knocking on our door, which made us very uncomfortable and stressed as we couldn’t get any sleep all night

The space in the rooms were excellent and the place was very clean
I didn’t like the fact that kids are only aloud in the pool before half 5 at night then it was fully booked anyway so didn’t get swimming

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect, the staff, the room (stylish and spotless), huge and comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious hats off to the chef :) We will definitely go back in the future, one of the best hotel we've ever been to if not the best.

The disabled changing facilities at swimming area we are very poor and not very clean the pool was to cold for the kids

We stayed just for 1 night to break up our journey from Liverpool to the highlands, and with timings we didn’t get to see much of the hotel, but the room was lovely, very clean and a good size. Breakfast room was beautiful, lovely staff and lovely food. We would definitely book again if we return to Glasgow.
