The rooms, reception staff, swimming pool, breakfasts etc were great.
Unfortunately there was a fire alarm evacuation in the evening which I felt put added pressure on the restaurant and kitchen staff. There was also a private function being held in the function suite which also meant the kitchen staff were under more pressure. We were able to get a table for 5 people in the restaurant after the fire drill without having a booking but we had to wait longer than usual (1 hour for our pizzas and pasta), the restaurant wasn't too busy and the wait didn't really bother the adults but our 3 hungry children were getting fidgety within themselves.

The staff were very attentive, very well dressed and the hotel was very well run and clean.
The area where the hotel was next to the motorway. However you could barley hear the traffic.

The staff from the onset where wonderful they couldn’t have been any friendlier we had a 6 and 4 yo children and they were given a art set each .

The staff were not very pleasant there were a few nice ones room dirty floors scratched other room floor had a dent in it .Room swrvice was good 1st time, no drinks second time wrong and cold

The young lady at morning breakfast that showed us to our table was a delight. The breakfast both delious and a wonderful choice. The haggis (that I have never had before) amazing. The young man in the bar on Saturday was also very chatty and lovely
Was disapointed the cheaper room didnt have the coffe machine :( Its not so much that I didnt like it just like the pods
