lovely stay at the hilton with my daughter, excellant service and friendly staff. Room lovely, very comfy. Will definately return
The room was very warm during the night and we were unable to turn thermostat down, however staff looked at it the next day

I like the Hotel, the name, that fact that it’s the tallest one in Glasgow
I didn’t expect to have to pay for parking… never seen that before at such a big brand hotel.
Also please invest in washing the windows from the outside.

The Hotel was lovely, the room was nice it was, spacious & the beds were so comfy. Great I could access Netflix & other apps via the TV. Shower was very powerful & spacious with a great amount of toiletries, such as shower gel, hair shampoo & conditioner etc. Staff were very friendly & courteous both on reception & in the breakfast room. The gift shop on site was great, I managed to purchase several items, but it’s a shame it’s closing down. I feel it’s a positive addition to the Hilton.
Loved the sight seeing bus, jumping on & off and learning about Glasglow & particular landmarks. It was great. Loved visiting the Transport Museum it was fabulous. I’ve added a few pictures also of the football stadium.
Unfortunately the spa facilities weren’t as I’d hoped. The Hotel is huge & the Jacuzzi in my opinion is just too small for such a huge hotel catering for so many guest. Even though I booked the spa, I couldn’t access the jacuzzi as there were 4 adults in there with their children. Although I made use of the sauna & steam room in the interim I still couldn’t access the jacuzzi due to the small amount of people it was able to accommodate. Breakfast- I found it ok. The quality of sausages wasn’t what I expected, sadly they were basic, the bacon was dried out on all 3 occasions I went for breakfast which was disappointing. Restaurant - I’m unsure if this is part of / or owned by The Hilton but the standard of Pizza served I returned due to expecting a freshly made Italian dough pizza. What I received was what I’d describe as a mass made basic margarita pizza with the topping I chose - pepperoni added on. It was thin & overcooked leaving the pizza hard especially the edges. Bedroom - Room 905. Sadly there was no storage space for my personal things like underwear, socks, night clothes etc as the side tables their drawers did not open. I had to leave those items in my suitcase, which isn’t what I’m use to doing. It be nice if the Hilton could look at this, as it’s so important for me as a guest to be able to fully unpack. However, I was able to hang my everyday clothing in the built in wardrobe which was great.
