Comfortable room, good breakfast, excellent facilities and friendly, efficient and flexible service - i was able to delay my check-out time by one hour at no extra cost.
Not a particularly beautiful location but fairly handy for the city centre.

Friendly staff & Clean
Very noisy, located on the 12th floor could still hear traffic quite a lot. Could hear room above using the bathroom & all noise from the corridor. Beds quite hard.

the property was absolutely stunning ! The room was perfectly equipped, the bed was so comfy and the mirrors were stunning. Perfect for the ladies getting ready equipped with a full vanity with LED lights. The staff member at reception was so polite and even upgraded our stay for my partners birthday (young American gentleman from Florida) the staff members down at the health and fitness were super kind and helpful and also had a good laugh. Overall stay was perfect and would 100% recommend.

I liked everything about. The lady at the front desk Shannion was really helpful, took an interest in our trip to Glasgow and arrange for an early check in. The size of the room was amazing. Huge bed, beautiful bathroom and enough room to stretch
