We had a very comfortable room, and the hotel felt clean, cosy and welcoming
Most of the staff members were very friendly and attentive. We had two disappointing experiences but these were the exception, as all of the other members of the team were really great.

Very nice hotel and ultra friendly and helping staff. Breakfast was also really good. Very nice gym and spa in the basement.
Only negative thing about the hotel is that they don't accept cash anywhere.

Great breakfast, all food excellent, friendly reception desk who were very helpful. Decor lovely. Room had good lighting where you needed it.
Complicated lift. Entrance and exit from car park is terrifyingly narrow with lots of evidence that lots of people have scraped their cars. Room was cold on arrival and reset to cold. Floor was cold underfoot.

Wonderful
Stayed here many times. Very comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast. Gym and pool are a big plus. As always, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Two events were in progress during my two night stay and the corridors were pretty noisy throughout the night - no fault of the hotel, I appreciate.
