I went to Glasgow with my mom to celebrate my birthday. We had previously visited Scotland, but had been wanting to go to Glasgow for the longest time. I've stayed at Hilton hotels before, so this was an obvious choice for us. Let me just say, it didn't now disappoint! I was in awe of the interior decoration. Lovely atmosphere, and the staff made it super cozy and welcoming. The room was amazing also, the room service staff took very good care of us. We loved the food (breakfast and restaurant. Shoutout to Niamh for being the friendliest, nicest and funniest waitress we had!). I'd like to give a massive shoutout to Shannon in reception, she truly made my birthday super special and was always there for any questions or to give us any recommendations during the stay.

Comfortable and quiet room. Took advantage of the spa and pool facilities. Easy to book and not too busy. Love a Hilton breakfast, especially in Scotland with a full Scottish- lorne sausage, haggis and tatties scones.
A very minor irritation was the lack of hooks to hang coats on.

The hotel was beautiful, clean. It was near enough the town centre to walk but far enough so it wasn't noisy ideal location. The staff where amazing from checking in, any quires we had & just overall the most friendly helpful kind people. Especially Hannah she was amazing nothing was too much of a hassel & she was lovely with our Daughter who's 16th birthday it was.

Pillows were very uncomfortable as they were too soft and lumpy. However note we did not ask if they had a pillow menu and they did not advise if this was available at check in.
