Lovely room which met our needs for an overnight stay in Glasgow. Hotel is well located for accessing by car and then heading into the city centre by foot.

The facilities, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Loved everything about it, some of the staff members we were speaking to wasn’t the politest but when we entered the hotel the lady at the front desk was lovely. Was just a few staff members after that.

Comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Spa facilities.
We chose it because it was close to a venue we were attending. Unfortunately we didn’t realise that to get there or into the city centre you had to walk up massive hills, which was difficult for my mum who has walking difficulties. We soon sorted this on the 2nd day by getting an Uber.

The location and it was comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
I think the parking charge was too much. Ig you're a guest paying a fair amount to stay parking should be provided.

Nice, clean and modern
No draws in the room, air conditioning very noisy and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast all self service including tea and coffee so food or drinks cold by the time you get served
