Super friendly and helpful staff, hotel is well appointed and our toom was huge and very clean. Great shower, lots of towels, air con worked well. Great location, breakfast was delicious. Best place I've stayed in a long time.
No hot chocolate sachets for kuds with the tea stuff, and the hot chocolate machine in the coffee lounge wasn't working. A small frustration. There was chocolate milk in the breakfast coffee machine

it’s really clean it’s wonderful in the inside the rooms are big with lots of space view from windows are amazing.
only thing that i wasn’t to keen with was the price for parking but its not too bad just wish it was a bit cheeper.

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice for a vegetarians.
The only downside was I felt cold in the room and no extra blankets on hand in the middle of the night. The reception was also cold while sitting having a drink after dinner. The doors at the front were open, this was for an expected VIP. Not a good think in January when it was so cold outside.

Very comfortable, staff were great, breakfast was very good. Less than 10 minute walk to town centre. Pool and health suite were fantastic and spotless
Heating system in room had an annoying rattle, not a major issue, but it was an exceptionally cold weekend so we had the heating on a lot and in the quiet of night it was quite noticeable.
Informed reception when leaving and they said that maintenance would be Informed, so I'm sure it isn't normal.
