Hotel facilities were great, pool, gym etc all really clean and had everything you needed for a few hours down time. Staff all really friendly and helpful - from Jacob who checked us in, to staff in bar&kitchen on Saturday lunchtime - all just great. Room was on 17th floor so great views!

Lovely helpful and welcoming staff. Great facilities and again very helpful and welcoming staff at the gym and spa. Room service was quick. Room was pretty quiet too.

Ideal location for C2C at Hydro. The staff were very attentive and helpful, accommodation suited our needs, breakfast was a welcome bonus ….we will be back!

The staff were nice and the location was good. The room was perfectly fine.
The spa / pool area was awful, it could be lovely but it’s run down but worst of all filthy (and our slot was only at 9.30am). The sauna was only half in use with a broken half taped up. The only shower outside of the changing rooms wasn’t working so you had people sweating in the sauna and steam and getting straight into the pool. The floors in the changing rooms were covered in hairs, rubbish left everywhere, towels all over the floor etc

Location was great , hotel was modern and inviting and tastefully designed
I think for the room price breakfast Could be offered or for much less than £22 per head . We couldn’t justify paying £66 for 3 of us for breakfast
