The room was spacious and clean, the beds were big and comfortable, the shower was great - spacious and hot! There was tea & coffee available in the room and a mini-fridge. The steam room and sauna were lovely in the spa, and the hotel provided plenty of towels both in the room and for the pool.
The lifts were a bit of a nightmare - one was out of order leaving the other two very busy. Sometimes just to go one floor down the lift went up to floor 20 and stopped on almost every floor on the way down. We tried to use the stairs but ended up in a staff area twice - there was no signage telling us otherwise and staff ended up taking us through the kitchen during breakfast service to get back to the hotel reception. The pool was also tricky to find - staff sent us down some stairs which took us to the car park, then we had to go in the main lifts which was busy and slow again. The pool wasn't overly warm either, and the jacuzzi was out of service.

The hotel was great. Really clean and so well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
We did not book breakfast but I called reception and asked for breakfast was told it was £18 pp then got to the breakfast and was charged £22 pp that was the only let down
