Breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind.
The dinner at the Whisky bar was extremely slow. We ate at the hotel to save time as we were tired but it took longer than expected. Two hours for a meal and the gratuity was automatically included. The staff and waiters were very kind but we would not eat there again.

Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for us very friendly clean top class food would highly recommend rooms spotless very comfortable we used all pool and gym facilities too
Nothing to complain about only one little blip never enough milks left for teas and coffee but was soon sorted

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the view from our window over the city was amazing. We ordered dinner to our room which was delicious. We had a swim in the pool. The breakfast was also done to perfection. I look forward to my next visit.

The check in is at 4pm, I arrived at 12:30 and I checked at 1pm. I recieved a complimentery welcome cakes and a bottle of prosecco. I was so happy with the staff and the room.
