Location was ideal, staff not so helpful. Ended up having my bank card blocked due to incompetent staff.
Unhelpful staff, my card was taken at check in. I should have been notified that a £2.00 holding fee was taken. However this was put on repeat.
Throughout my day I received messages from ApplePay advising me that my account was compromised.
After about a dozen declined requests from Hilton I called my bank.
Bank of Scotland advised me that they thought this was fraudulent and blocked my card.
This resulted in me having no money to get home on the train and being left without cash in December just before Christmas, which means I cannot even shop online.
I complained to Manager and Head office and they are very unhelpful. I know that a holding charge is taken but the mistake of removing the repetition of this has incurred me inconvenience and costs.

Big room and good ac controlls.
I was attending a function, after this went to Bar area on L2.
It wasn't too late and this closed even to residents.
The only way to get a drink was to go to room and order one then bring it down. . Bit disappointed a hotel of this standard does this.
I've never experienced this level of service, in a top? Hotel.
