Good location and friendly staff
The Chinese mattresses belong in a work camp, not a hotel. We had very little sleep which ruined our stay. This is what happens when accountants take over a company.

- Staff were lovely, the concierge who checked us in was warm and welcoming and was happy to recommend some places to us too - it was our first stay in Glasgow. We also checked in early, which was a major win as our journey to Glasgow started at 4am!
- Great location: We took a bus from the airport and then walked to the hotel from the bus stop. We also walked back from Glasgow Central Station in the evening. The hotel is in a very quiet area; had I been alone, I would have felt a little uneasy walking back at night.
- We made use of the gym, pool and spa facilities - fantastic!
- Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities (iron, board, plenty of hangers etc).
- Bathroom was huge, clean and a lovely shower.
- We travelled during the heatwave, rare for Scotland to get so warm, and the AC was great!
- Great to leave bags after check out so we could enjoy the rest of our day in Glasgow.
- We only stayed for one night, we were on the last pump of hand wash and shower gel the morning we were leaving.
- If I had to nit-pick, the carpet and curtains were loudly printed but this didn't impact our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The location was convenient, and the facilities met my expectations. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.
The Wi-Fi in my room did not work throughout my stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a reliable internet connection, but I had to rely on my 5G mobile data instead. Also, while the staff were polite, they seemed quite tired. A warmer welcome and a few more smiles would have made the stay feel more welcoming.

Lovely foyer. Good location. Not too over priced. Clean. Breakfast was lovely.
The room got rather hot in the night, the beds were way too tightly made and it was quite an effort to release the sheets from their tight wrapping!
The carpet and curtains were a bit too busy design.
There were no biscuits in the rooms to go with the coffees and the small milk cartons were insufficient, and one of them was off and lumpy.
