The breakfast, the room and location were excellent. The staffs were friendly and always ready to help, pay attention to the smallest details, which we loved.
Few hiccups were the swimming pool was cold, knowing that there are families especially babies who are going to use the swimming pool during their stay. Also, the staff taking too long to clean our room when she saw us leaving to take our breakfast (it happened twice).

Location was great. Room was perfect. Getting the connecting room was a big deal for us and it made the stay a lot more practical and enjoyable. Having the 3 kids gave us more space and separate rooms to allow for the youngest to sleep without being disturbed.
Everything was as we expected. Nothing disappointed. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Service was great, couldn't complain.

Comfortable stay, very clean. Comfy bed. The gym was good. Breakfast was great at additional cost. The location was good. Rooms were quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Location is not the best specially because of the views you get from the room windows. You can only see the M8 and buildings surrounding the hotel. Maybe higher rooms have a better view.
Can't think of anything worth to mention, the hotel is great and the price of the room matches the quality of the hotel

Me and my daughter had the best time! The breakfast was amazing and every member of staff was more than willing to help in whatever way they could. The cleaners were exceptional. We can’t wait to return.
If I’m being really picky. I would have loved it if Malibu could have been included in the executive lounge but thats just because that my go to drink.
