Great location for a show at the sse hydro. An easy walk to the hydro as well as a walk into the city. Room was clean. breakfast had a good variety but cooked breakfast items not great quality.
The Room was very basic, the bed wasn't very comfortable. Not ideal being a completely cashless hotel. We wouldn't book again.

Breakfast was dreadful and the room really sterile with minimum additions eg no water provided. The spa area was too crowded for comfort.. no place to put a towel and v noisy with several young children at 630pm on a Saturday

The hotel is quite old, especially the room we were given but it is well maintained and very clean. They clearly practise good hygiene, which I really appreciated. The location is also a major advantage as it is very close to the city centre, making it convenient for getting around.

However, the facilities were a major disappointment. We were unable to use the pool, jacuzzi or spa, despite these being advertised on Booking.com. Considering the amount we paid, this was very frustrating…. I didn’t pay that much just to sleep in the room; I expected to actually enjoy the facilities advertised by the hotel.
The rotating entrance door was also not working. We also thought breakfast was included when we made the booking, but were told that it would cost an additional £18 per person. The Wi-Fi was not free either, which I found very disappointing given the price of the stay.
Overall, the hotel is okay, clean and well located, but I don’t feel it offers good value for the price we paid. It would be much more reasonable if all the advertised facilities were actually available and basic services such as Wi-Fi were included.

Beds were very comfortable
At the rates charged paying guests should not have to pay for a further £16.50 for parking on top, it feels like the Hilton is trying to squeeze every last penny out of there guests and in my opinion shows a lack of class.
Brolley rental at the front entrance at £26 is ridiculous aswell.

Parking, staff, hotel room size.
Horrible room location backing onto M8 with an adjoining door to another room, through which I could hear all their conversations and what they were watching on tv. Absolutely awful. No biscuits and a tiny amount of water in the room. No hand soap by the basin-only body was to wash my hands with which made them dry and sore. Mediocre food in lounge lobby bar.

Wonderful
The room was beautiful and the extra touches such as the welcome on the TV were great. Extremely soft bed which gave a perfect sleep. The restaurant and executive lounge was excellent and all staff were very attentive and professional with the food being first rate especially the omelette and the gentleman that served it always went above and beyond with a wonderful smile. The spa offered a great way to unwind too.I would also recommend the afternoon tea as it was simply perfection.
The only complaint I can give is the car parking is extremely expensive at £16.50 per day and £3.50 for each hour thereafter as you have already paid to stay at the hotel I think this is an unnecessary expense. Also they really should put back the ATM that was once in the lobby as you prefer to have cash at hand rather than going into the streets of Glasgow.
