Great staff and location.
Dirty bedding on one of our beds. Dirty bathroom mirror. One can of water for 4 person room. Plastic cups at breakfast for juice and water. Cutlery at breakfast dirty. Both coffee machines at breakfast not working, all self service so breakfast without tea or coffee. A huge disappointment and very sloppy for us as we love Hilton. We sadly will not be back. Definitely not what it was.

Everything was fine great place and staff
Just drink price and that kids under 16 where aloud in steam room and sauna , all other gyms and hotels are over 16 or 14 at lowest age. It’s a place for adults to relax but still has a nice time just went in when kids weren’t in

Really comfortable beds and the room was lovely. The bar is reasonable - £30 for 4 drinks. The room service was fab. Reception staff are lovely and super helpful. EV chargers on site too.
Car park is very tight. And not being able to reserve a space is a bit of a risk.
