Very clean nice view from the room rooms have Netflix Reception staff are lovely just feel very relaxed and comfortable pool and jacuzzi are amazing changing rooms very clean everything was perfect
One of the staff members at pool area wasn’t very greeting we had come down a couple of minutes late and he was annoyed didn’t feel welcomed at that moment and time but apart for that it was great

Signs for toilets and other directions are lacking. All pillows were feather and not good. I don’t understand why 1 of each can’t be provided.

It was conveniently located for. Both the central city and a fairly quick taxi ride to Glasgow airport. The restaurant facilities are very good for both quick bites and a substantial evening meal.
