Everything in this place is amazing, starting from the amazing and very welcoming staff to the most comfortable bed and spacious room

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect, the staff, the room (stylish and spotless), huge and comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious hats off to the chef :) We will definitely go back in the future, one of the best hotel we've ever been to if not the best.

Great location, walking distance to shopping centers and galleries. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Cheerful staff.
The breakfast could do with an upgrade to cheese selection and salads. The pool was good but colder than expected.

The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions and continuously pointed me in the right direction. The food and service is #1!
The Hilton Hotel is a stone throw away from, restaurants, all entertainment locations and the city centre. Public transportation was a whiz, ?
I would definitely recommend the Hilton on 1 William Street, to all visitors traveling to Glasgow.

The room was wonderful, although we were lucky to get one with kind of a view. Other rooms had funkier views. Great location and easily walkable to a variety of places. The breakfast was plentiful, lots of options. The restaurant had a limited, but fine, menu.
No small store to purchase a few items. Absolutely cashless; no change at the front desk, no ATM.
