Everything, the welcome from friendly well dressed staff, to the interaction, the rooms are lovely, everything you need, fantastic walkable location to city centre. Great at organising taxis. All for a fantastic price for 6 people for 2 nights over a summer weekend came from Inverness and we were delighted that we could afford such a lovely stay at a lovely well known Glasgow hotel. My self and my daughter used the pleasure facilities which was a lovely experience.

The hotel is really clean, the breakfast is great with a very good selection.

Everything was seamless. We arrived early in the morning, before 8:00 AM, and the staff kindly took care of our luggage so we could head out and explore the city. To our pleasant surprise, we were able to check in shortly after 12:00 PM. The room size was great and very comfortable.
Although the location is central, it feels slightly set back from the main lively areas, requiring a short walk to get right into the city center.
