Great location for the SECC.
Very annoyed that I was informed that the restaurant wouldn't be open (Private Function) a day before we were due to travel. Substitute bar for residents that was full early but no food.

The room was comfortable and with sufficient space. It was clean and well equipped.
The very short notice that the restaurant would be closed for dinner. We had intended to dine here but we're left scrambling about trying to make alternative arrangements. Breakfast was excellent but poorly laid out and no staff to welcome us to explain where everything was.

It was a great location for the concert we were attending. We had stayed in many Hilton hotels across the world.
My room wasn't ready. The ladies toilets in the main reception was not clean. And hotels will insist on putting the softest pillows they can find on the beds - it's murder for my neck and back.

The room was nice and bathroom was spotless when we arrived. Mini fridge is a nice touch.
When I went for a shower in the morning the water was brown and then it wouldnt heat up. I called reception and they said they'd had a water issue earlier so just to run the shower for 5-10mins and it would heat up. After about 10 minutes it did. A little text message sent to all visitors would have been a nice idea if they had known about it from first thing in the morning. Would've taken the hassle out of the situation and would have been really simple. I also had the wrong amount deducted from my bank. It should have been £145.53 but £154.53 was taken. It was sorted at the desk but something to watch out for.
