The distance to the OVO was phenomenal. The layout of the hotel and the room view was great. The shower had good pressure and a great size. The breakfast was good and the room service food was tasty. Plenty of parking is available and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room had ac which was good as well as an opening window which is rare but something I like.
For me I didn't find the bed comfy so didn't sleep very well but I do think most would be fine. The bathroom was small but still ok.

Overpriced..over 400 pounds for 2 nights to stay in a shoe box with a terrible view .after speaking to other guests who paid half what I paid and got lots of perks where as I got nothing but that's your companies fault I expected a bit more luxury with it being a Hilton but was sorely disappointed..tried emailing your company 5 times now but have been ignored so all in all a terrible experience but that's down to booking.com

Online the location looks so lovely by the water. It was shocking how different the actual location is in comparison. Because of that it is difficult to find something we liked. The restaurant staff was very kind so I will at least say that.
The location felt a little sketchy. When we checked in the staff wasn’t very friendly. Fortunately the checkout gentleman was kinder. The rooms are very small and the bathroom was so tiny. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Staff were incredibly friendly and location for a night at the hydro is perfect.
Just before 9am we were awoken by deafening sound of walls being drilled in the next room (212) which was the end of our long lie which then proceeded to the point where we checked out earlier than planned, not really what was planned after a late night at The Hydro. Room was littered with hairs and we had to call reception to get new towels as the only one which was left for us was stained with what we suspect to be ear wax.

Room was still not cleaned at 3pm and we had to ask for towels, toilet roll, other necessities Male at reception was not very helpful, however everyone else was very friendly and accommodating Room was premium price however some items were dirty and outdated i.e the curtains and chairs
