Location and friendly bar staff. Easy access parking.
Corridors smelt of weed. Bedding was uncomfortable due to ‘a ‘quilt’ being part of the bottom sheet. Sound proofing between floors and walls inadequate.

It was friendly, clean and the rooms were spacious
The shower was low water pressure and there weren’t any facilities like a gym or swimming pool

Friendly staff, comfortable room, convenience to Hydro, on-site parking, good choice at breakfast.
Bar was closed for function, temporary bar not the same and drinks were expensive (couldn't taste my vodka!)

Staff attitude is generally appalling. Customer facing staff seem to lack basic courtesy, let alone any hosting skills.

Location. The river. The crane. The history (photo of Queen Mary) which you could make more of.
Aircon was a bit noisy, but I switched it off, which I was glad I could easily do.
