Conveniently located near the airport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
We had issues with the toilet. You can tell it is a fairly old building. We kept having issue with our key cards.

All was was very good. Location to the river, public transport and our event. Lovely breakfast
unfortunately due to the time of year there was limited places to eat nearby due to Christmas nights out everywhere but that is only becaise time of year

The location was great.
Overpriced. Party music played until 1 am. (which we weren't aware of ) noise was awful , and we couldn't get to sleep. Also, i asked for an extra pillow as the ones in the room were far too soft, like marshmallows at around 5.30 pm , and had to ring again at 11.30 pm and was told, (I suppose the porter will them up) only to be brought the same type of pillow

Room spacious clean, comfy beds, we had a great sleep.
Elevators a bit slow. An amazing breakfast, plenty choice, tasty food and drinks.
A great location for the Hydro and Armadillo. Also 20mins walk and your in city centre. Can't beat it. If the below was provided I would have rated 5 stars all the way.
Some facilities in hotel closed because of private function. We used the other bar they provided not what we expected. Had to go elsewhere for food. They did notify us of this prior a few days before. I don't know if I would have booked if I had known beforehand.
