It was literally a stones throw away from the Ovo Hydro which we were going to.
There was some maintenance work going on in the reception area so there was quite a lot of noise in the morning which could be heard in our room and we were on the 2nd floor. So was awake early.

We got a room with a view on the river. The room itself was big, the bed was extra comfortable, and overall very clean.
Staff was nice and professional, even in the morning with tons of guests to assist at breakfast time.
Breakfast was served as buffet but you could also order eggs done your way.
It was a bit out of the city centre but the walk along the river is nice, ideal for a stroll.

They closed the bar/lounge for a private function, so we had to use a meeting/function room that was soulless and looked like a school canteen, Maybe the private function should have been in the meeting/function room instead, And paying guests get to use the bar and dining room. Because of this I didn’t eat at the hotel.Receptionist got us mixed up with someone with same surname, even although we gave our booking name and number to her, so put in wrong room and told no breakfast included. Did get it sorted out but got the feeling the receptionist blamed us for the mix up , em no, it was hers. Her accent was difficult to understand too. So booking in was not the best experience, Rest of staff were pleasant.

Nice location on the river and handy for West End and City Centre
We had an "accessible" room which was spacious but didn't have the same feel as a normal room. Probably would request a normal room in future.
