Close to the Hydro which was what we needed.
Very noisy room as was situated right next to the lifts. Had travelled with my child who fell asleep very quickly as he was exhausted so was a sleepless night for myself.

Disappointing
Location great. Had room with river view but window small and cramped in corner of room. The receptionist was friendly on check in. Didn't mention when breakfast was or where.
Staff at reception on Friday 7th Nov were rude and unpleasant. We returned from great show to a grumpy welcome back and when we went to sit outside to enjoy the river location with our drink we were rudely told we could not take our drinks outside after 10pm that it was something to do with licence. That needs sorted out. Totally understand the reason it was the rude obnoxious way the rule was explained to us that was inappropriate. Staff need customer service training.

Idea location for a concert at the hydro, staff were lovely and bed was so comfortable!
Room could have been cleaner, one of the towels had an old plaster on it and there was stuff in the drawer from a previous resident
