From check in to check out I was satisfied with everything.
There is a holder in the bathroom for paper hankies but it contained toilet roll I would expect the Hilton to have a better standard.

Super big comfortable bed.
Paying an extra £10 for parking which wasn't mentioned until after booking. A tenner to park your car in central Glasgow overnight isn't the end of the world, but I didn't expect it at a hotel I'd booked on the basis that I could leave my car outside.

Woken up from 5am with i think was heating system, we were in room 223 which is very very loud with mechanical sounds.
