Good
Good location,nice room, good breakfast
Parking fee was higher then it was on internet, room was not very clean as there was dust and bathroom could be renovated a bit more , no one checked that balm was empty in bathroom had to ask cleaning lady to fill it up

Disappointing
Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit.
Food was grim! How can fish and chips and a Caesar Salad be so bad? Danish pastries like leather! Cornflakes and toast OK!!! Would like to say we got what we paid for but Chef needs a message in our opinion. Thick duvets in the summer are common in most hotels and yours was no exception, took duvet out of cover and slept with just cover over us.

The property was convieniet and close to the location we needed to go. Giving us a good rest before our event that we attended. Breakfast was superb and you can make your own waffles which was quite lovely! The river view was amazing and we really enjoyed the outside seating area while having a pint
Beds weren’t comfortable, sheets had stains, same with towels. Television screen was broken. You could see 3 white like light dots.

Good
Food was excellent and staff very pleasant. It was clean and the room was warm
We were only given one set of towels for the two of us so had to ask for a second set, we were also allocated the accessible room for some reason and there is a lack of surfaces in the bathroom to store towels, wash bags etc. it was also slightly on the expensive side, probably because of events on at the OVO and Armadillo.

Good
Good central location and only a short train journey to Loch Lomond
I thought a £25 charge to check in at 2pm rather than 3pm was excessive.

Nice rooms when a/c working (was not). Good breakfast. Location a nice walk to / from centre
Hefty parking charge on top. Staff mostly helpful but one of them gave misguided tourist advice

The gym was good. The bar was nice but pricey compared to other ones in the area. Location is great for hydro.
Air conditioning was poor. Room was too warm. Staff seemed a bit funny when I asked for extra coffee/milk sachets.

Location and parking
Lovely bed
The air conditioning wasn’t working and despite a fan being provided we found that wasn’t sufficient ( and it was noisy) . We were able to open the bedroom window to let in some fresh air . Dinner in the restaurant was extremely disappointing. There were 4 adults in our party and we were underwhelmed by the food .
Breakfast was okay but pricey .

Lovely clean hotel in a great location for most things in and around Glasgow. Plenty of parking available at the property, although it’s not free which is a downside
I would have to say paying to park at the hotel, although not too expensive seemed a bit greedy. The restaurant is perhaps slightly too small for the number of guests the hotel caters to. We had our breakfast al fresco, which was lovely, but wouldn’t be ideal in winter. I would also suggest taking a small fan for using in your room. We asked for one repeatedly as the room was stifling and the air con did not work, but a fan never arrived. Otherwise we would stay here again. The food was lovely for both breakfast and dinner. A limited menu, but everything was delicious. If going there again I would also request a high floor as the noise from the road can be quite loud. Overall though it’s a solid 8/10
