Property was fine location is great
Breakfast could be a lot better we were there three days and the second morning restaurant was a disaster No clear tables, cutlery,plates,cups when asked they were short staffed as a paying guest that should never be a problem as they take bus tours they should be able to cater for everyone

Accessible room for elderly parents. No river view , small ‘queen bed’ , no hooks in bathroom to hang toiletry bags or towels . Shower curtain too short, bathroom soaked.

Paid for breakfast. Did not inform us of specific times for coach tours and peak times. Not enough staff to cover the peak time. Was manic. Spoke to reception. Make staff member confirmed they did not know the times of coach party. Then spoke to colleague and she confirmed they did not times of coach party. Really poor. Had to pay for breakfast as policy is that if you buy through third party they cannot reimburse breakfast. No does not matter how bad it is they still get the money.

Beds were comfortable and great pillows. Great for 1 night stay.
Tea/coffee tray was a bit empty, would have been nice if it was full. Really frustrating that the restaurant was closed because of event. Having to use limited room service because we didn't get prior notification that we couldn't use restaurant was a let down. Then having to stand in queue at reception to collect food was an issue or face room service cover charge in this situation isn't good customer service and hot food gets cold while you stand in a queue at reception!

Even I paid for parking, I got a ticket. Up to now, the hotel didn‘t react to my email complaint.
