Location was great
Bathrooms need a little upgrading and the mattress was so hard, some people like that but my hips hurt all night

Great location with very handy parking. Nice rooms with great shower
The air conditioning was very poor. Made a lot of noise but did not cool the room

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection for regular folk and an ok collection for a gluten-free eater.
The location allowed for easy access to Bellahouston Park for a concert and into the centre for food and fun.
The cleaning staff turned off the air conditioning and closed the window of the room, even though it was already warm in there.

Good
Perfect location for exploring (if you don’t mind walking) close to music venues.
For the price we paid for one night (249, river view room) the room was very basic. Dirty tiles in bathroom, cracked sink, basic shower and broken fixtures. I expected it to be a little more well kept and a little more fancy for my money, eg, bath/double shower. Yes it was river view but heavy thick net curtain in front of the window with no way to hook back to enjoy the view.

The bed was very comfortable. We didnt buy anything but loved the idea of the shop in the foyer. Restaurant food was lovely and staff extremely polite and accommodating. The reception staff were also very good and were able to provide us with a fan as the room was abit warm. The shampoo and condition provided were also 10/10.
The hairdryer in the room was abit weak and holding the button down to keep it going was abit of a task especially when it took longer due to the power of the hair dryer not being great. Also no toilet brush.

Pleasant
The property was lovely and clean, The reception staff were very pleasant. Modern decor and a good location.
The restaurant was complete mayhem for breakfast. Quite a small area , lots of very stressed staff running around and openly swearing! Which everyone in the queue were shocked about. It was a buffet breakfast but they had ran out of bacon, which created another queue waiting for more. The lady before me asked about eggs was told " There is nobody to do it, we are too busy." ( this was by a young male staff member who also smashed a glass and again acted very aggressively angry! . I understand there were a few concerts and festivals that weekend, so it was very busy , but there was no need for the chaos that was the morning after.
