Very Good
Good location with car parking. Clean and comfortable room.
Could do with more tables in the bar area. Main menu on offer was not the same as advertised there were less options available.

Disappointing
The location was close to our venue
Meet and greet was poor . Front of house staff were distracted and not welcoming. Too interested in each other and not guests did nt feel welcomed
Food was poor with very little choice and drinks choice was poor and pricing very expensive.

Pleasant
Close proximity to the hydro.
The room was far too hot, the air conditioning didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable

Location....good to stay here as it was close to Concert venue
Not a lot but the hot water control in the shower was too difficult to adjust.....

Exceptional
good buffet breakfast, much choice. great view overlooking the river from our room.hotel was pretty central to go where we wanted to visit.
didn't much like the car park, horrible cobbles. I tripped but thankfully never fell to the ground. wouldn't like to be in it in the middle of winter

Good
Nice location on the waterfront although the walk into the city passes through some quite rough, undeveloped areas. The outdoor seating area was particularly nice on a sunny day.
The breakfast offerings were mediocre and it was very crowded at breakfast even when coming early.

Pleasant
Superb view.
Comfortable bed.
Toiletries.
Staff friendly.
Clean.
Tea tray refilled each day.
Great location - next to OVO Hydro.
Car park good size but parking fee applicable.
Safe available in room.
Large shower due to being an accessible room.
Choice of egg options at breakfast.
Nice to sit outside with drinks from the bar.
TV - no option for smart tv apps, e.g. no options to sign in on Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc. Tried to get the tv guide up several times but 'unavailable'. Had to go on phone and google 'What's on TV'.
No dried fruits, prunes, sultanas etc for breakfast but did have waffle maker with waffle toppings...why? Square sausages...awfully tough.
Safe in room unusable.
Bit overpriced for facilities (lack of smart tv / parking charges / no water in room.)
Room far too hot - cooling option air conditioning not working. First night, didn't sleep because of it. Spoke to cleaner who brought me standing fans to see of that helped. It did, thankfully.
Milanese chicken for evening meal not great.
Had to ask for water at the table.

Disappointing
The fact it was near to venues
Rooms small bathroom very small. We had dinner in restaurant and it was not good at all in fact my husband was ill the next day. Breakfast was chaotic as not enough tables for number of guests. Breakfast itself was OK but we ate little after my hubby was feeling bad from night before. First hotel in Glasgow I have been in where no water provided in the room. Many hotels to chose from in Glasgow but this will not be one we use again

Breakfast
Evening meal not available due to booking system issues. Hard to understand the issue as many other people were using the restaurant, but apparently I could not.
