Pleasant
The location, the pleasant staff, the general cleanliness and appearance.
Difficulties with payment which was taken too soon. Not informed about a deposit. Toilet in one room wouldn’t flush. Breakfast not as good as on previous visits. Hard fruit, cold cooked items, poor quality breads and croissants.

Pleasant
The location is amazing
There didn’t seem to be enough staff. When we arrived there was a queue of people waiting to check in and only one member of staff on reception. The waiting staff were inattentive and uninterested e.g. blatantly walking past an old lady who was obviously struggling with the coffee machine. She was eventually helped by another guest. The dinner menu wasn’t very appealing either.

Good
Perfect location for a concert at hydro. Rooms have all needed for a comfortable stay.
Bathroom in room a little small.
Breakfast fine but wouldn't say worth the money. Prefer to order cooked breakfast , not buffet style. Only scrambled eggs at buffet.not sure if you could ask for another type.

Good
Check in reception were most polite, helpful and very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Good quality, spotlessly clean and great items to choose from.
The lack of cleanliness in the room, dust over and around mirrors. Dust on bedside tables and on both lightshades beside bed. Lack of tea/ coffee/milk/sugar in room. Also no drinking water in room. This is very poor service for what I've paid for and the high status and standards we all expect from the Hilton.

Pleasant
The location is perfect for attending shows at the SCE Armadillo. The restaurant staff were quite polite and friendly.
A request for a cautionary £100 fee was requested on check-in even though I expressed that it was most unlikely that I would spend more within the hotel. The night before check-out, when I requested that the pending £100 be taken off from my bank account, a staff member insisted "they can't be sure I wouldn't thrash my room/property" by the time I check out! I found this quite rude and disrespectful. This doesn't appear to be a policy/rule that is applied to everyone! If it were the staff, especially the two that I had this terrible encounter with would have been prepared to provide believable reasons as to why I had to pay a cautionary £100 fee.

Good
Good location for the Hydro
Very small shower room/toilet (and I work offshore), noisy room with a lot of plumbing noises, toilets flushing from above and next door.
