loved the location, loved the room, was tidy and clean .
didn’t like fact never pre warned of a £80 charge for staying until leave, also food was gd but no blackpudding ! not as much pastries out early either.

How close it was to the hydro arena
After booking the hotel and room three months before we arrived to find out the room we had ordered and paid for available anymore

It was a great location for where we were going. Room was lovely and spacious.
The bed was uncomfortable but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay as i understand that you cannot please everyone with the comfort of the bed.

Hotel has great location if you are attending the concert, rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, especially breakfast staff.
