Central location, beautiful rooms, even with fairly compact bathroom
Room was uncomfortably cold, no obvious heating. Staff supplied small heater, so ok in the end

Lots of parking right next to it, the staff were very professional and friendly, it's so close to the OVO which is perfect as I'm disabled and find long walks difficult. The whole hotel including the room was clean. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The shower, although tiny, was really good (the whole bathroom is tiny).
I didn't like the fact they took the money the day before without any prior warning. Luckily I managed to transfer it across quite quickly afterwards.

You pay for what you get. Very reasonable but rooms are TINY and everything is basic and cramped.

Staff, location and service was excellent
Unfortunately our room heating wasn't working staff did give us a heater however it was still really cold. The menu wasn't very good however this was due to new year deliveries.

Location to Hydro. Car parking.
After the show we went to the bar, which was very busy, no problem with that expect there was a few tables but no chairs, so we had to table share and ask people for a spare chair or find our own.

The hotel offered an excellent experience with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good facilities. The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and overall, it provided excellent value for money.
Breakfast was good, but more variety would enhance the experience.

This was an annual Christmas night out with school friends (in our 40s now) and we had the best time. Rooms spotless, breakfast delicious and staff all very welcoming and nice. Cost was also very reasonable compared to other hotel quotes. We will absolutely come again.

The location is superb and bedroom was extremely clean & comfortable. Check in was speedy..Breakfast was adequate and a good selection available. Scrambled egg was good, poached eggs did not look appetising & fried eggs were not available.
I only took a point off for the eggs at breakfast.
