Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy
For £200 per night I would have expected a choice of tea bags in the room. There were no herbal or caffeine free options. A wee biscuit would also have been nice. No water was supplied. There was only one working lift for a very full hotel.

Breakfast was poor, paid nearly £14 per head was ridiculously overpriced for what was on offer, wetherspoons would have been better choice and better tasting and better staffed, For a hotel of Hilton's standard to have no fried eggs, no hash browns and no potato scones, when i enquired about this they said they where waiting on oil heating up even though breakfast was served from 7am we went down @ 9am and staff standing around chatting and carrying on, and one foh girl had nails like talons and was scared to lift the plates off tables correctly incase it damaged her nails. On way down to check out we nearly fell over plastic bags and towels discarded by cleaning staff all over the corridor floor near their cleaning trolley.

Rooms were comfortable, warm ,bed was so comfy ,room was clean and bathroom was nice ,good shower.
Not enough condiments for coffee Main bar was closed,understandably for Christmas events and was pre warned but small bar had no atmosphere, no choice of beers

Booked this hotel for a gig at the ovo, could literally see the building from the hotel room window. There's a Nisa around 10 mins walk and a McDonald's too. Taxi from the hotel to the centre was £10. Hotel was nice and clean, quiet, comfortable.

nice location with a good view
staff were strange when asking why i had booked an accessible room, room was disgusting dirty spoons for tea/coffee, white stain on the wall behind the headboard, floor had crumbs and the bathroom had grime all over. i have stayed at the hilton many times and never had an experience like this very disappointing

Breakfast, location and the bed cofort were excellent.
Noise from a private function 2 floors below was excessively loud how ever did finish at 11pm, also the pillows were to soft for my liking although my wife found them very comfortable

All of the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was easy to access and there was a wide range of food available.
It was a but difficult to keep the temperature in our room cool enough to allow for sleep.

The location of the hotel was great for a concert at the Hydro. Just a few steps away. Cocktails were good and the bar nice overlooking the river.
