Good location.
We had an evening meal and the food wasn’t great. The chicken melanise was described with tomatoes and a garlic butter but didn’t come with either. Only rocket covered in Parmesan. The chicken was overcooked. The batter on the fish was overcooked too.

King bed was very comfortable.
Not many restaurants near the hotel., so we were forced to eat at their restaurant. Food was ok.
Had to wait to check in, as a large tour group arrived before us, and only one person was working at the front desk. Breakfast was chaotic, as it wasn’t available until 7am on Saturday(why??), so the tour group went in and filled the place. Luckily we got a table, but many people had to eat standing up. There is only one station for hot food, and they ran out of bacon and eggs and did not replenish it for a long time, so people were waiting. Seemed like they were not prepared for the group, and they should have had the usual 6am start, so the regular guests could get in early.

Location was good, compensation for the no air-conditioning was appreciated. Friendly staff, good breakfast
We were upgraded because of my membership but it didn't feel like an upgrade at all, the air conditioning wasn't working, unable to sleep.

Good location for walking into the city. Comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean room. Good value for money.
Rooms are quite small in comparison to other hotels roundabout. Professional, efficient reception but lacking empathy when you're not quick on the uptake after a long journey!

Great location - lovely view of the Clyde. Room was just right for our needs…somewhere to freshen up and sleep after attending a concert. Breakfast being included was a nice surprise! The breakfast was lovely too - catered well for vegetarians.

Good location with car parking. Clean and comfortable room.
Could do with more tables in the bar area. Main menu on offer was not the same as advertised there were less options available.

The location was close to our venue
Meet and greet was poor . Front of house staff were distracted and not welcoming. Too interested in each other and not guests did nt feel welcomed
Food was poor with very little choice and drinks choice was poor and pricing very expensive.
