The central location was fantastic. Breakfast facilities were top notch, and the staff were all very pleasant and attentive.
The rooms were definitely tired looking, showing signs of needing a refit. Stains, heavily worn carpets, and a window that could not be opened were among the annoyances.

Nice and central.
Hard bed, heating in the room not working, gents toilets in public area had one blocked loo and one without toilet paper. Staff didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay on check out. Felt the place lacked attention to detail.

Room was outstanding, beds were good size and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. TV was bigger than I expected. Hairdryer and ironing board available and the decor was very up to date.
water pressure and shower head were very disappointing.
