Location was perfect. Short taxi trip to the ovo. Near shops restaurants etc. I liked you needed a card to get access to the lifts to the rooms felt safe. Great stay for the price

Room was nice and modern
Bar/restaurant seemed quite dated. Staff were ok though I had little interaction with them.
Not much space between the wall and the bed made it a bit uncomfortable getting in and out of bed.
Tv was too small to enjoy and air con barely effective.
No parking or discount available at nearby parking added £29 to my stay.

Location, room and breakfast.
I parked in the Q park and then was told that they don’t offer a discount. I booked the property in September last year. Why was not informed by email about this. It cost us £29.00 and I am not very happy about it.

Handy location. Received a free drinks token on arrival.
Room obviously had not been cleaned, found someone else's medication on the floor next to the bin. Shower was dirty.

Good central location and the breakfast was great
I parked in the parking garage across the street as directed in their message to me. Their message indicated that they validated parking at a discounted rate. When checking out, nobody was at the reception desk and someone from the breakfast area came to assist, telling me that there was no need to validate the parking as the cost was £18 and not £29. Well, it was not £18….

Staff were great, many young but showed good experience and manners. Good choice of beers and breakfast was good,. Room was a decent size and the hotel is a close walk to the train station and bars.
Could've done with a window opening, but air-conditioning in the room was good.

Basic breakfast that all places serve, nothing wowing me on offer. Few stains on carpet, squeaky floor and bed, not what I’d expected for a higher quality place to stay.

I liked how it seemed quieter in that area, the rooms were spacious and the aircon was a godsend in the heatwave and breakfast was good
Our shower pressure was weak so unless you had a cold shower the water would come out very slow

Staff were really professional and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel and room were immaculate. I would definitely return.
The only comments I'd have are the hair dryer in the room didn't work but wasn't't a big issue and our room was dark as the window looked out onto a lower part of the hotel roof and surrounded by taller buildings so no natural.ligjht.
