The staff were friendly and professional.
There was some building works going on next door and the noise from that and music going on to 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. The bed was a bit on the hard side.

Reading reviews we were wary of what to expect but overall we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in room 411, the air conditioning was a problem. Didn't work properly, making the room cold overnight. Because you couldn't open the window it was unhealthy air.
The light from the control flashed on and off all night,which was quite annoying.
There were stains on the carpet and chair in the room which could easily be cleaned.

Room and bathroom were immaculately clean.
The cooked breakfast was sadly poor quality including the bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.

The beds weren’t very comfortable. And on both nights we had very loud music and shouting coming from outside (the windows didn’t seem to muffle the sound at all).

Great location. Clean and comfortable room.
Housekeeping came into our room early in the morning without knocking (we were showering and changing), shut the door again without saying anything and no apology when I went out of the room to ask them what they wanted. I told reception on check out who did apologise.

Lovely clean room with all that you need. Reasonable size too for a twin.
Breakfast was usual fare. Though the hot food needs a different system as everything drying out and bacon was like concrete. The hash browns were soggy, sweating in their container.
Beds both so creaky and a flashing smoke detector practically above the beds. Hard to fall asleep with that.

Far to hot with heating on all night and no option to put air con on, switch heater off and still far too warm for a comfortable sleep, same in most hotels unfortunatley but comenting as they might actually do something about it, couldnt open window for air.
