One thing- MURDO!! He was rude and unpleasant on arrival. On arrival we were paying cash, murdo rudely advised they don’t accept cash. No where on the email does it state cash cannot be accepted when booking! After moaning he accepted my cash but chucked the left over change on the counter along with my id- not even having the decency to hand it back and no manners what so ever. He didn’t tell us where to go either once we had checked in- we had to ask which he just rudely pointed to the lifts, no mention of what time check out was or when breakfast was served. Nothing was explained and all because he was in a mood we paid cash! Absolutely ridiculous! Payment is payment whether made via cash or card there should not have been an issue at all. Nothing worse than poor hospitality. Pillows in room are not great and beds are quite hard.

Took offence that I arrive 20 minutes before check in to be told that I could sign up for Hilton contact system to be signed in early! Cheap and distasteful! So declined and at 2.50 pm was asked if I wanted to check in! Poor show from a large chain who wanted my details!
