Great location. Excellent staff. Good breakfast.
Our friends were in room 202 and were woken both nights during our stay. This was due to deliveries to hotel. Also, the duvets were quite thin.

Initial room was really good except for some hot water issues
Alternative room provided was not as clean as initial room, flush was not working effectively and room was little older and dirtier.

The breakfast was fairly good
This was my 1st time to the uk
N so i would sometimes ask the reception on how go about certain things
Initially for the 1st few days the staff on duty was very good; especially a supervisor named Madison and another two male supervisors at night.
But during the later part of my stay there was a girl with short dark hair who was very rude n was a bit racist too, like I needed to get a cab n I asked her n she was very rude
But to people who were from there she spoke very politely
Plus as someone who's not from UK I found it very cold
The heating really needs to be improved ; I caught a bad cold.
I kept asking for an extra blanket through out my stay;
But I didn't get one
Coz when I later went to london the heating was very good

We loved it! Catered to all tastes.
The tv did not have smart options - like netflix or able to add app, it would have been nice to watch movies in evening.

The room looked good and the shower room was good.
Nice towels.
The wine was good value and the location was good.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The duvet was thing
There was no hairdryer and the shower wasn't strong enough.
The buffet Breakfast was disappointing, shrivelled sausages, very overcooked scrambled eggs and no mushrooms.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed and a good size tv. Breakfast had plenty choices from pastry’s to make your own waffles to cooked breakfasts.
