The shower pressure was a bit lame, I get saving water is important but come on, it's Scotland, we get plenty of rain there's no need to be that stingy with the water.

Cheap for one night
Considering how quiet the rooms were the creeky floors next door made it sound like the neighbours were in my room. It wasn’t good. Breakfast was a disaster. Milk in cereal was off. No mugs as dishwasher had broken down day before. Lack of cutlery and the food was squashed into a corner with folk going all roads. Stayed in Maldron recently and was superb. Expected more from a Hilton. Room was a disabled room too and a sliding door that was hard to slide shut room 217. Very disappointing but can see why it was £83 B&B for the night

Great rooms and service. On arrival, the aircon gave an error, and this was promptly resolved and an alternative was given.
The location was a bit far from the station.

Close to main shopping streets
Couldn’t get hot water for a shower first night. We then went to reception no one would help said they couldn’t get someone to look at it till the next day. The bed was rock hard not comfortable at all same with the pillows. Went to make a cup of tea the kettle was dirty inside and dust on top of it. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock either. Hairdryer barely worked the hot breakfast was not great tasted very cheap the choice of other breakfast was a lot better. The WiFi wasn’t great. Would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed
