Cleanliness, quality of room and bathroom, breakfast. Staff freiendly and helpful.
Central heating control instructions difficult to follow and controls difficult to set.
Plug in handbasin didn't work and table light didn't work. Reported to reception but not fixed.

Reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance is clean, and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for one night for my friend and I. The breakfast the next morning was fine, your standard continental breakfast with hot food, pastries, yoghurts, and fruit.
The only real downside with our room was a gap in the window that let in quite a bit of air. It was very very windy during the night so we felt this quite a bit, it's not the end of the world at all, just a bit annoying.
