The interior of the hotel was excellent. I had a very nice double room with a large comfortable bed, a handy desk and chair, a large modern television and a decent sized bathroom with a clean modern shower. The staff were very helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning before I had checked in, and in the afternoon once I had checked out. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection of cooked items, but they were very tasty.
The exterior of the hotel is a bit insalubrious, and the elevators made disconcerting creaky sounds, however these were very minor issues: the big problem with the hotel was the noise from outside. Even though my room was on the third floor I was woken up on both nights by the noise of people on the street, which spoiled my stay. Given that it is not exactly a budget hotel, the management need to invest in triple glazed windows.

Lounge area quite cold & drafty when automatic door kept opening. Sears in this area (& the one in the bedroom) not that comfortable.

Made to feel welcome , and as our room was ready, booked in a bit earlier so left our case in our room, as we were going out with family (16 of us) for afternoon tea to celebrate my 70th Birthday!
Just an observation , there was one member of female staff working with food at breakfast and her hair is long and was hanging loose!
When I worked in this trade it was a rule for hair past shoulder length had to be tied back or pinned up . ( I'm now retired so this may not be the norm) .

Brilliant location to everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast more than enough options. Complementary hot drinks was also a nice touch as we arrived too early for check in.
Checking in staff also supplied us with a list of tried, tested and recommended places to eat list which is a fabulous idea. Saves time trying to find places and then be disappointed.
The layout of the room was very well thought out. Everything you could possibly need.
Air con/heating in our room kept playing up showing an error and found the air con in the bar area a bit chilly as you also have doors opening abd closing.
The staff were amazing with rectifying the heating us....done immediately.

Easy to get to from the bus station by a short taxi ride, very clean, quiet and a great breakfast. Staff were friendly too.

Location was spot on for what we were doing. Friendly staff & easy check-in. Room was a decent size & clean.
The room was far too warm & the climate control seemed to be over ridden so you couldn't get it below 19⁰C which made for a very uncomfortable night. Pillows were rubbish.
Breakfast was verging on the point of inedible as the quality of link sausages & Lorne sausage are easily the worst I have ever experienced. Any industrial site buttie wagon would have put these to shame!
