Breakfast was good and room was spacious and very, very clean.
Our view, we like to sit and chill with a couple of drinks when we arrive and look out the window, unfortunately this wasn’t possible to do. Didn’t spoil our stay tho. Mattress was hard and I felt it was a bit flattened at my side and I was conscious of having to roll over to middle to stop me from falling out the bed.

The location - city centre is short walking distance away. Bus station and numerous train stations are accessible.
Hampton rooms are always clean and tidy.
Didn't like a lengthy wait to be checked in.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Apart from the haggis. I thought it was OK but my haggis loving partner wasn't impressed.
The lack of parking due to the change in your car parking facilities. We were redirected to another Hilton carpark, which cost us nearly £18. Also, your Web page says this other car park is a 3 min walk to the Hampton Hotel. That is misleading.
