This hotel stay was ideal for our overnight stay after a theatre show. Staff were welcoming and chatty, room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice available. We booked some time ago and at a good rate

Really excellent hotel in a great location in the city.The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast and good bar.
No other meals available but the fantastic Red Onion restaurant is literally across the road from the entrance and we had 2 fantastic dinners there.

Room clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Comprehensive amount of food choices. Hot buffet was fresh and hot. Free drinks voucher given for our stay. Staff happy and helpful!! Close to city centre. 5 min walk to Buchanan street

The hotel is close to centre and is not crushingly expensive, just not great value anymore. Used to be but not so much now.
The breakfast is merely adequate. In the past it has seemed better, fresher and not just something to be eaten because it's included. Bit like the hotel in general; it's ok but getting tired and in need of a makeover. Not terrible value for money by any means but not great either. Shame really.

Price and location are excellent for a trip to the city. Great for shops and theatres
Chose a room on the top floor thinking it would be quiet. However something on the roof was banging all night. The staff were great about it and said they would have maintenance look at it .
