The room was comfortable and warm
Maybe staff should wear name badges and uniform white trainers are not very good breakfast was good over all bit quality of hot food could be better.

The bed was too small for two people I complained them and ask them to facilitate but they didn’t listen. So the night stays were highly uncomfortable.

The staff were all lovely !
There was nothing we didn’t like , we paid extra when booking for breakfast but it’s already complimentary as part of your stay . We were disappointed that we had paid extra for an inclusive service . This was the only let down !

great location , friendly staff , good breakfast with great time and choice . reception avalible 24/7 and also provided extra tea and coffee at reception
the pillows are to soft for a comfrotable nights sleep in my option . the shower cubical while generally clean has mold starting on the seals and there was a couple of hairs still in the shower basin

Great location, friendly, curtious and very helpful staff,rooms were very clean,plenty of towels and daily service provided,tea and coffee facility, excellent breakfast with very good choice,including a waffle iron,and the food was hot.
Nice touch with 2 free drinks and a 10% discount when joining the Hilton Honors.
Would liked to have seen something better than the overpriced snacks available, something simple like sandwiches and possibly soup.
Reception area gets cold with door opening onto street when anyone walks by, possibly need to look at adjusting magic Eye sensitivity.
