Staff on the night shift were outrageous and would not serve me a drink, apparently my husband had been cheeky but they would not inform me of what he had said and they wouldn’t serve me a drink, it was my birthday and unacceptable quite frankly.

Air con room 202 was noisy during the night, Room clean, Breakfast was ok could have been hotter and the hash browns were soggy. staff polite and helpful.

Booked a stay for my daughter and her friend as a present. She told me that the staff were super friendly, the room was great as was the WiFi. The breakfast was also recommended. Great central location.

Location very close to the city centre. Also very comfortable, quiet and clean room and we slept very well.
Breakfast on the whole was good but would have been nice to have some veggie sausages or bacon options in the cooked breakfast, also poached or fried eggs would have been good too, as scrambled eggs were a bit overdone. It would have been nice to have a thicker duvet. We kept the heating quite high as duvet was very light.

Good location, couple minutes walk to the centre.
Good breakfast included.
Room was clean and spacious.
Bed was quite firm and the bedding material made a lot of noise.
The hotel carpets were being refurbished whilst there, so a lot of noise from that.
