The staff were very welcoming. The room was immaculate and a great size. Tv massive too! Great location. Would absolutely stay again!
Whilst there was a great choice for breakfast, some of the items were really poor quality - the Lorne sausage in particular was pretty bad. It didn't help that the staff were filling up the hot food trays with old ice cream tubs of newly heated food. It was quite off putting. Surely there is a nicer way to move the food around?

Location superb for centre of town. Hotel very clean and staff lovely. Breakfast very good too.
Not anyone’s fault but, the room we were in overlooked a lane which is well used by the public and as we had the window open due to being warm, it was very noisy into the small hours. This lane also used for hotel deliveries. This affected sleeping hours. Remedied by closing window

Comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Check in and out very quick.
Shower not very powerful and difficult to get to right temperature. Someone tried to get into my room just after I checked in- I think the key cards must open all rooms as they managed to unlock door. This should be checked as is a guest safety issue.

Its location for where we were going.
Not got fresh main meals .
Breakfast there was plenty continental options but hot items not a great choice bacon brought out fresh and it was even all dried up only egg choice was scrambled they said that’s all they do.

Breakfast was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed it. One of my friends is coeliac and she was able to enjoy breakfast too. Location was perfect for us as we were going to Pavillion theatre. Staff were very helpful
