Room was spacious and very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the location really suited us - easy walking to shops and restaurants as well as great access to public transport.

Great location (train, bus station, shopping), hearty hot breakfast, warm and clean room, street view, quiet room
Friendly staff.
Access to the stairs and elevator is by card only - nice from a security point of view.
The windows can't be opened, so it's stuffy for those who like fresh air from the window.
There's no heated towel rail in the bathroom, so the towels don't dry and you have to ask for new ones, even though the old ones are still perfectly clean. A toilet brush in the bathroom would also be helpful.
The internet was often out.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

Comfortable room and nice staff. Was only a few blocks to the bus stop that takes you to the airport.

Location was spot on for what we were doing. Friendly staff & easy check-in. Room was a decent size & clean.
The room was far too warm & the climate control seemed to be over ridden so you couldn't get it below 19⁰C which made for a very uncomfortable night. Pillows were rubbish.
Breakfast was verging on the point of inedible as the quality of link sausages & Lorne sausage are easily the worst I have ever experienced. Any industrial site buttie wagon would have put these to shame!

Room - noise from the street/ local businesses - poor acoustic insulation.
Room - big dirty stain on the couch.

Room - detector on the ceiling flashing/ strobing all night.

The bed was too small for two people I complained them and ask them to facilitate but they didn’t listen. So the night stays were highly uncomfortable.
