Very clean hotel, even saw housekeeping cleaning the elevator. Rooms look value for money. Other than the negatives, it is a fantastically central location, perfect for King's Theatre, get it at a good rate and it's easily worth it.
Pillows were awful, 2 each in a double and they just flattened immediately. Mattress sounded very springy, couldn't feel any foam or cushion at all. Felt like a camp bed. Bed is the most important factor in a hotel, so was a shame.
