Clean and fairly modern hotel. Nice bathroom friendly staff and good breakfast
Heating was a little hit and miss and decided after not really working for 2 days to come on at 3am. Also with this the room we were in was next to the delivery’s entrance so was woken up both mornings by a 5:45 delivery.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond.
The hotel room was cold at night. The air conditioning wasnt cutting it but it was December. The only food over Christmas was breakfast. We were told there would be a bar menu on but there wasnt.

In a good location
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Both me and my partner had really bad backs when we woke up. The duvet was paper thin. We had no tea or coffee provided in the room - just sugar. We were woken up both mornings at 6am with extremely loud crashing around downstairs just outside the hotel. It all felt a bit grim as well - the carpets are all stained in the hallways and the sofa in our room had weird stains all over it. It just felt a bit like a hostel.

The location was ideal for the centre of Glasgow.
The worst bed I have ever slept on and struggled to sleep all night as it was so hard. I would have advised reception staff on leaving but we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay, so dropped off our room keys and left.
